When we checked in the lady was very rude. "What do you want?" in an annoying tone was how she greeted us. Then my key didn't work. While I was in line to get my key fixed another gentleman was at the counter telling the lady that the room she just gave him was not cleaned! She was like "oh, I don't know how that happened. Here try this room," as she handed him a new set of keys. "Try this room." Really lady?!?! Once I finally got into my room, there was an opened half full shampoo bottle, 2 old hard bars of soap, no conditioner, and no lotion. Weren't to sure if our room was clean as well as the toilet seat was up.πŸ€”The tub and sink had no stoppers. And the tub was not pretty to look at in general. The shower head was barely hanging on and looked like the tub needed a super good clean. The only thing we liked was the continental breakfast in the morning was typical and edible. The location was good.

First greeted by a bad odor, that seemed to only increase as we got closer to the room. The room itself looked like it hadn't been cleaned - used Qtip and sticker on the floor. Hair, dirty chairs, tables, etc. The sink did not drain well. Broken drawers, no towel rack, weird shower. Pretty much only stayed and didn't complain because we were so exhausted and traveling with three toddlers well past their bedtimes.

Here are the two stars: one is because it was close to Werner Park, which is where we were going, so that was nice; two is the continental breakfast, which had a pretty decent selection and was nice to have before hitting the road. Other than that, I can't say a whole lot of positive things about the hotel. It didn't feel particularly clean. We asked for bedding for the foldout couch and it had several stains on the sheets and comforter. Several tiles were loose throughout the bathroom and 'kitchen' flooring area. There was a musty smell in the room regardless of what we did with the thermostat. The foldout couch itself was probably the least comfortable 'bed' in existence. My husband wanted to sleep there because it was closest to the door, so he wanted to be there for safety reasons, and at some point in the middle of the night, he moved to the floor because it was more comfortable than the 'bed.' The actual queen bed where my son and I slept was fine, but certainly not enjoyable to sleep on. It just did the job. There were renovations going on while we were there, which is fine, but there was a constant smell of paint, and the hallways were so much warmer and more humid than the rooms because of the work going on. The sound wasn't an issue, and the workers were all polite. Our room (queen with foldout) did have 2 TVs, which was nice when we were trying to let our son sleep but we still wanted to watch some baseball. Honestly, if we come back to a Stormchasers game, we will be looking for somewhere else to stay.

I wanted to extend my reservation for an additional night, but I found the interaction with the front desk manager to be somewhat unpleasant. It felt as though I owe her a lot, and the manager's tone was less than accommodating. The fan was not operational, and the entrance from the freeway was undergoing construction with a lack of detour signs, making it challenging to locate the hotel ot to exit to the freeway. The overall impression was that it didn't appear to be a secure and safe environment. It would be beneficial for the hotel staff to strive for a more hospitable and welcoming environment; this is not a hight end five star hotel that you think some people won't deserve it.

The young man at the front desk was so kind and helpful. I enjoyed my stay. Everything was perfect.

Hotel was tore up and being remodeled. They ran an air compressor literally right outside our door until 7:30 at night. The location was very convenient, but we would not stay there again. We booked for 6 nights. On the third night we expected at least our garbage to be picked up and from then on we bagged it and left it outside our door. When I approached the front desk about the room being cleaned I was told they didn't clean the room until we checked out but she handed me a stack of towels for us to use. I think if they are remodeling parts of the hotel they shouldn't book rooms in those areas.

This place was pretty terrible. They only had a smoking room available and to their credit they warned me it did smell of smoke, but it was late and I didn't want to go looking for another hotel. What they didn't tell me was that there were several large stains on the carpet, cigarette burns on the comforter, a tub that will never be entirely clean, and the bathroom ceiling was cracked and crumbling. It made the lack of elevator completely trivial by comparison. And how hard is it to use a little spackle to cover old bolt holes before you paint? Service gets 2 stars simply for the smoke warning, but I can't bring myself to rate it above a 1 star overall.

This place is not ready for business. It may be one day, but until then, they should not be scamming people with their pictures or offering it as an option. We arrived late, around midnight. Our "non-smoking" room was clearly a smoking room. It smelled horrible, and had ashtrays in it. We asked for a different room. The next room didn't smell like smoke, but it smelled like mold. Half the lights didn't work, the bathroom was very dirty, the carpet was stained. I killed the juiciest bug I'd ever seen on the wall. If it wasn't after midnight by then, I would have left immediately. I left the very next morning despite my two night reservation. Don't stay here!!

Reservation thru Priceline. I wish I would've slept in my Van. The room I got smelled like cigarettes, everything I touched felt like nicotine on it. I wasn't a smoker until I rented this room now, I Mean it is Disgusting, even The Whole Hotel Smelled Like CIGARETTES BIG-TIME & they Overcharged me Too almost 100$ for a room I wouldn't have paid 29$ for. It's Horrible. Please stay Somewhere Else, you Don't want a Gross Room Trust Me

This place is very dirty and it made me uncomfortable to stay here. There were cigarette burns on the sheets, there was what looked to be skid marks (feces) on the fitted sheets, the bathroom needed cleaning, the shower head was disgusting. The list goes on. This place is very unacceptable and I would stay away from it. I only stayed about 1.5 hours and I never received a refund for my awful experience.

We just spent 3 nights here. It is a decent place to stay. The rooms were surprisingly quiet with it being located right off the highway and next to a cement plant. The bed was comfortable. The pillow choice is the only complaint I have. I would have much preferred traditional american pillows, and at least 4 of them. The location rating is because it is minimum 20 minute drive on highways to get to most of the fun things to do in Omaha, but it is not really a big deal if you are prepared. All in all a decent experience for an inexpensive hotel.

The state of the rooms was questionable. My kids immediately asked if we could sleep somewhere else after the first night, and I personally questioned sleeping in the beds. The staff couldn't have been rude if they tried.

It served its purpose. However maintenance is lacking. No sink stopper and no faucet aerator. Shower head could use some TLC. AC could not be controlled properly. This was an Econo-Lodge that wasn't properly maintained.

Rooms are OK. Prices are a little on the high side for the hotel quality. Convenient location for accessing the highway. Hotel could use a lot of updating.

This place is disgusting!!! Do not stay here!! Sink was clogged, shower head broken, blood stains on carpet, dirty sheets, dirty toilet, tub. Breakfast was a joke! Rotten fruit and dirty everything in eating area!! Had to sleep in my sleeping bag. We traveled for 12 hours and very tired, didn't look at reviews, wish we would of. Trying to get reimbursed, but no such luck! This place needs shut down!!!!!

At first glance, it seems like it's okay. Once you get into your room and look around, things change. Comforter was stained ALL over, big black stain on it as well as other stains. Staff weren't rude but not very helpful when needed, either. The bed wasn't even made all the way, and towles were like sand paper. I wouldn't stay here again.

Absolutely the worst place to stay! We pulled in the parking lot around 8:45pm and there were people all over outside raising hell and drinking like it was a nightclub parking lot. With having 3 kiddos with us we were even sketchy to get out of the car. Walked into the lobby and hit with a incense smell that would knock a horse out with. The gentleman was nice and got our room which when we did the online booking we requested conjoining rooms and that's what we paid for but when we got our room it was just 2 beds and not conjoining. The room was absolutely disgusting. It smelled like urine and the tub had a yellow film in it. We ended up eating the cost and booking another hotel in downtown Omaha. We were a family of 5 traveling from out of state to go to the Omaha Zoo. So needless to say, we will never book a hotel here EVER!! The pictures on the site are deceiving and alot different than in person.

I see a bunch of bad reviews but honestly I can’t complain. My room was clean, I was having issues w my door and the manager gave me another room with no issues & again very clean. It’s nothing fancy, but it’s a very comfortable hotel. I could tell it was clean because the first smell I smelled when I walked in was clean floors, I also saw the cleaning lady clean for hours every part of the hotel. I was planning on leaving and going to a cheaper hotel for my second night here nearby for my second night but every other place was sketchy and by the vibes I didn’t feel safe but I felt really safe at this place, especially being a woman staying by myself. I’ll probably never come back to Nebraska lol but if i did I would def stay here again.

rooms were neat and somewhat updated. the price was a little steep but inflation is affect it. the best part of the stay was the staff. they were kind, knowledgeable, compassionate and genuine.....those qualities go a long way and enabled me to overlook the few things i already mentioned before.

This place is not for the faint of heart. Do NOT believe the website pictures. First of all, the room door did not latch or lock as the lock was broken off. Their idea of fixing it was to paint over it in the hopes that no one would notice. The bathroom fan sounds like a semi is trying to dragrace. Guess we will be doing our business in the dark. The pool is out of service and the General Manager claims we were informed of the broken pool at checkin even though she was not the one to check us in. She must have psychic powers to know what we were told when someone else checked us in. The General Manager also refused to work with our booking company to get us a refund for this awful place. Not to mention they have exorbitant daily pet fees in which we were not informed of prior to check-in even though we said we had pets. There are cigarette burns in the bedsheets and i am pretty sure i have seen dead bed bugs in the room. I am sure there will be more atrocities as these hours crawl by. **EDIT** Bedbugs literally crawled on the bed after the initial post! Gross!!!!!!!
