Saddle
Creek
Breakfast
Club
is
a
small,
hip
breakfast
and
brunch
spot
in
Omaha,
Nebraska.
The
menu
features
a
mix
of
classic
and
creative
breakfast
dishes,
all
made
with
fresh,
local
ingredients.
We
recently
visited
SCBC
and
had
a
great
experience.
We
started
with
the
Saddle
Creek
Standard,
which
is
two
eggs
cooked
to
your
liking,
crispy
hash
browns,
and
your
choice
of
breakfast
meat.
The
eggs
were
perfectly
cooked,
the
hash
browns
were
crispy
on
the
outside
and
fluffy
on
the
inside,
and
the
breakfast
sausage
patty
was
juicy
and
flavorful.
We
also
ordered
the
Dos
Salsas
de
Maria,
which
is
an
open
faeburrito
filled
with
over
easy
eggs,
avocado,
rice,
cheese,
and
two
salsas.
The
burrito
shell
was
homemade
and
delicious.
The
salsas
added
a
nice
kick
of
flavor
but
I
also
amped
it
up
with
some
ghost
pepper
hot
sauce
from
Volcanic
Peppers.
The
ambience
at
SCBC
is
casual
and
relaxed.
The
restaurant
is
decorated
in
a
vintage
style,
and
there's
a
small
patio
out
front
that's
perfect
for
people-watching.
The
music
is
also
on
point,
with
a
mix
of
classic
rock
and
indie
tunes.
The
service
at
SCBC
was
wonderful.
Our
server
was
friendly
and
attentive,
and
she
made
sure
that
we
had
everything
we
needed.
We
also
appreciate
that
they
offer
gluten-free
and
vegan
options
on
the
menu.
Overall,
we
had
a
great
experience
at
Saddle
Creek
Breakfast
Club.
The
food
was
delicious,
the
ambience
was
perfect,
and
the
service
was
wonderful.
We
can't
wait
to
go
back!
Make
sure
to
get
here
early
because
parking
is
limited.
