We absolutely love old market. So many options for shopping, food, drinks, and just general spending time out. The vibe is very low key, nothing feels rushed and a great option if you're looking for something to do on a weekend. Highly recommend checking out some of the small shops and food stops. You won't regret it!

Great atmosphere, shops, bars, entertainment, restaurants and art!! Now there are grocery stores too! Or get a tattoo and a vinyl record from one of 3-4 locations. Very hip vibe. Musicians on the corners playing hallelujah.... fantastic.

I just love the Old Market. Great shopping, food, and bars. I could spend hours looking at the architecture and people watching. Always a good time.

The Old Market is a must if you are in Omaha! The candy shop and collectible toy shop are the best! And there are soooo many great restaurants to choose from! A carriage ride is awesome and gives you some history of the area and buildings! Definitely worth checking out!

We love love love Homer's. They have a large selection of rock. Blues, country and everything else. Records DVD, visit, cds, you name it. Great for gifts. Don't forget your gift certificates. HOMERS HAS THE VERY BEST RECORDS. anytime I am in a record store and hear ALL THE YOUNG DUDES I know I'm in the right place.

Old town Omaha, a lot of small shops and restaurants. Some vacancies as all did not survive COVID-19 slow down.

Never been to Omaha and I was so stoked about this quaint cobblestone neighborhood with interesting shops and cool vibe. Love the lofts being made from old factories and the architecture. Beautiful surprise just driving through glad I stopped !

I LOVE the Old Market! You can come to this area for everything, literally. Massage, dentist, shopping, coffee, food or fine dining, hotel, play area for kids, outdoor socializing, ice-cream, wine tasting, Christmas decorations all year round, boba, lock-in rooms...... and the list goes on!!

Omaha native here. The Old Market is the tried and true staple of Omaha. In the past 30 years, Omaha has really grown. There are plenty of districts to enjoy...aksarben, midtown, the Blackstone district, Benson, etc. The Old Market still reigns supreme, imo, partly because of its charm, partly because of the amazing restaurants, and in no small part due to the growing and thriving downtown, including the capitol district, just a short walk away. Check out La Buvette in the Old Market. You won't be disappointed.

Most stores close around 8... so do your shopping early if you're going to eat dinner.
