Terrific venue! Great local music scene highlighted by plenty of room to sit while also having a large area available to get up close to the stage. Don't miss the upper-level seating, which is limited but worth arriving early for.

Called the venue day before show to ask if show was all ages , I was reassured it was so we purchased tickets only to get there and be told it was 18+. The guy checking IDs said "best we can do is offer you a refund" but then was told no refund. The venue should have known and not lied to us about getting in and offering a refund they were not going to then honor.

Great place to catch a concert! Lots of small-medium and some large names stop on through when touring. Saw The Brook and The Bluff! Sound level was well managed and crowd was energetic and lots of drink options!

I have had the best times at this music venue. Very good sound and plenty of place to demonstrate my performance level dancing skills. Not to brag but I’ve been told I dance better than Elaine from Seinfeld. So, I got that going for me, which is nice.

Saw Rocky Horror live production two weeks in a row. Great staff and venue. An amazing performance of Rocky Horror. The cast did a wonderful job. Cannot wait until next year's show. Looking forward to seeing other shows at the Slowdown.

I have been to many of concerts in my life, but Slowdown has to be one of my favorite venues. I have seen 3 shows in total here but plan to see many more. The staff is very alert and accommodating. They have a good sized bar, nice bathrooms, and a balcony. The place is well kept. Slowdown provides an intimate setting to really connect and enjoy the performance. After going to shows here I'll never go to a big venue again. The tickets have also been very affordable. Great place!

Have seen a couple of bands at The Slowdown. Love the intimate space, sound and staff. Sleigh Bells was awesome! And for you designated drivers out there, they got you covered with free pop refills and free water.

Great location to enjoy bands. Staff has always been super friendly and they do an amazing job. Most recently saw New Found Glory acoustic tour and it was amazing!

Carnifex, Signs of the Swarm, and To the Grave put up a killer show. The Slowdown is a stellar place with a huge pit area, a full stocked bar, and a great staff, who kept the floors clean throughout the whole show.

Pretty sure I’ve already left a 1-star review when their security guard pushed my sister to the ground and they refused to show us the video footage. But here’s just another reason to avoid The Slowdown. They wouldn’t let us into an ALL AGES show because of expired licenses nor would refund us. I understand not serving someone, but refusing entry into a concert with literal children there? Policy or not, you guys and your arrogant attitudes suck. If you genuinely love music don’t go here. They are purely for profit.

Very spaced out and has lots of room to move around. Very happy with my experience visiting Slowdown for the first time for a concert.

I really love the layout of this venue for music. The lower pit in front of the stage is a nice big space and then the extra charge seating around the edge of the pit is nice and higher up so it creates a good view of the stage. I didn't see the seats on the balcony but I can only imagine they are great as well. Service was good and quick. All around great experience. Will definitely be coming again. Edit: Need to mention that the sound qualty was excellent!

Always a great spot for shows. Parking isn't always the best, I recommend getting a ride or if you don't mind a little walk. But that's Omaha for you. People that work here are frickin awesome!

Nice venue but extremely overpriced entry fees... $37 for a 2hr show and the dj didn't even get on stage until 30 mins in... Would not recommend.

Staff were amazing and so kind. Loved the atmosphere and the intimacy of a small venue. Appreciated the door opening process being slow and organized!

The Slowdown is a great venue! Had an amazing time every time I have been here. The last show I went to was Shawn James and it was a 5 star performance!!! Check out Cyber Skull Media on YouTube for me story and videos from that event!

This is hands down one of the best venues in the Midwest. They have great bar staff and a huge venue in downtown Omaha. They have the coolest shows and the best sound and space.

Slowdown has a really fun, laid back atmosphere. I really enjoyed the set-up and the drinks were pretty good too. I first went for a show and then for a pep rally. Both were super fun.

Cool venue, big variety of seating. I saw a Sunday night comedy show, so maybe not the most representative night. The bar is pretty basic, they carry a decent selection of beer including Athletic N/A beer.

They put on consistent good service for the shows they have. Small enough to be intimate but large to pull in some bigger names than you'd expect. It's a good venue for sounds and light wether or not your on the small side or larger side.

Great venue. Sound quality was solid. We surprisingly had a very easy time finding parking on a Saturday night. They had free water, love to see it. Seats close to the stage if you don't want in the pit and lots of tables in the back, still able to see the show.

Incredible venue! Mike Campbell and the Dirty Knobs we're fantastic! Excellent acoustics and a rockin' good time!

Wow! Loved this venue! Really intimate feel and the sound and lighting is just awesome. Two stages at opposite sides set up depending on how popular the artist is. Some seats and tables in the bar area, and reservable seating on the sides of the bigger stage. Will definitely be coming back here for more concerts!

The venue itself is nice but the staff is super super unfriendly and unhelpful. Make sure you double check their requirements for all ages shows because u need a notary and the website DOES NOT make that clear - tons of kids were stranded outside with no help from the manager at The Garden last night. The staff also suffer from power trips and will refuse to help you - luckily I was able to get my little sister in but this was definitely the worst experience I've EVER had a venue. I haven't ever written a bad review on anything but this experience was genuinely awful - I've worked customer service since I was 15 and I've never been as disrespectful as these people. In conclusion, double check that you have everything you need at the door because u WILL get turned away if u don't and u will not receive any help from the staff on anything.

What a venue. The staff there are all fantastic, there are tables to sit at of you don't want to be down in the "pit" area, and the room gets *loud* when the musicians start playing. This is my new favorite concert venue.

Really nice concert venue! Good sound and lighting. Nice sized pit in front for standing and lots of seating in back + reserved seating along sides and in the balcony. Reasonably priced drinks (for a concert venue).

That is a great place to party 🎉! I went there for the "Be Our Guest: Disney DJ Night" and that was awesome! I didn't have any drinks there except water 💦.
