This is a beautiful spot, with the tree in the middle of the bar. Great place to have drink. Great bar staff and I really like the house cocktails, especially the Pierce Arrow! There is seating all around the bar, as well as some small tables in a side area. There is also a server for the side area tables. This bar also provides drinks for the Committee Chophouse.

The atmosphere was just what was expected. Attentive waiter, and wait assistant. The seafood platter was so filling, cocktails delicious and the desserts were yummy. Had coffee after just to relax a bit. Went to the attached bar next door. Again staff very good and drinks were delicious.

I was excited to try this bar given the positive reviews. It was such a disappointment and I ended up leaving. When we first entered the hotel, we tried asking the front desk to point us in the right direction of the bar. First, she ignored us and then attended some other people. We approached her again and asked one more time. She did not even looked up. No smile, not even complete sentences. Very rude overall. We finally found the bar. We were told to sit down. We sat down and waited a solid 20 mins. No one came to take our drink order. We just decided to leave. Terrible service!

If you have the wallet bandwidth, this place is impressive. We had a late-night drink and small dinner, and we were quite impressed... the caesar salad was very tasty, and the shrimp salad was great (more like the cocktail sauce was very tasty!). The wine choice was excellent, and the whiskey choices were very well organized. The bar-lady was very knowledgeable, and made our evening quite nice. The enjoyment PER DOLLAR maybe was a bit lower, thanks to the high prices, but it was a nice experience!

I absolutely love this place! I’ve had both breakfast and lunch and have been so satisfied. I’d recommend to anyone. Such a fun atmosphere

The Cottonwood Room is a beautiful bar located in the lower level of the Kimpton Cottonwood Hotel. The decor is gorgeous and the vibe was fun. Specialty cocktails are unique and yummy. Service was excellent. Many of the guests were overflow from a wedding reception and it was fun to see all of the beautiful dresses!

The atmosphere is classy and cozy...loved every minute there!

Had reservations for 3 couples Friday night, we were seated and greeted right away. Food was great, though quite pricy. Server was attentive and knowledgeable. I ordered a bottle of probably the cheapest red blend on the menu (which was still over $80) to have with dinner. I was really the only one at the table who knew anything about wine (which is not THAT much). He brought it to me to taste and then poured for our table. At the end of the night, getting the bill we realized he upgraded our bottle w/o asking to the Liter which ended up being over $70/couple! I don't know if he assumed a regular bottle wouldn't be enough for 6 people so took liberty...but my husband drank none, and everyone HAD other drinks, just wanted a little wine with dinner. I never would have ordered that. That's shady AF IMO!

Very, very cool place in Omaha, Nebraska but in fairness I didn’t see any cotton, wood or cotton / wood combinations but I hadn’t eaten in about 12 hours before I got there so who actually knows. Warren Buffet lives there (not at cottonwood)

Sat down for a drink with my husband and asked for a mock tail due to being pregnant. The bartender literally scuffed and sighed when the other bartender asked her to make one. Definitely won’t be back. Don’t come here to order a mock tail.

Great atmosphere and staff is extremely helpful. Make awesome cocktails too.

This is a destination place. The wine is a great selection, but not cheap. However, the atmosphere? Beautiful! Do lighting. The TREE! The backdrop on the bar. The artwork! It's really a destination stop In Omaha for a drink or two. Really recommend.

As you might imagine, the original Reuben Sandwich is pretty good!
