This place is awesome!! We were in town on business and stopped by. After that first visit we stopped by each morning after. Really cool concept with the cereal and you can play vintage video games. Coffee was really good and they have this cool machine that will print a picture or words on your coffee. The guy serving us was there every morning and was great! Wish I got his name. He was so proud of the place I thought he was the owner. Really look forward to coming back.

Love this place so much! First off, lots of clearly marked vegan options for cereal, drinks, and dessert. It is 5 dollars for cereal but it is a good deal because for that you get a bowl with up to 3 different types of cereals, 2 toppings, and a choice milk including almond or oat as well. The drinks are all really delicious. I had the Wario World energy drink and my girlfriend had a chai tea latte and both were delicious. Sunday at 12 was really busy but they got through the line fairly quickly. The inside is really fun and funky, with retro games at some of the tables. Overall I really enjoyed it and will be going back.

This place has such a fun and simple scheme. Lots of options for coffee and the opportunity to customize your latte with your own picture. There is a great cereal selection with plenty of options for toppings. The cards for selecting your cereal options are by the register, holding the line up when busy since people can’t make there decision and see all options before getting to the front of the line. It would flow better if the register and the barista switched locations and there was a board displayed with all options visible when you walk in. Overall, the staff was very friendly and it was a neat place to get a fancy bowl of cereal.

They serve coffee and cereal in a retro 80s setting. Its quite easy to order. Lady barista was patient helpful and enjoyable. They have retro games customers can actually play. Food came out fast. Was fun to order. Not too busy sunday am.

I got the Selena with is Caramel white chocolate, cinnamon chai and I very recommend! My daughter thought it was hilarious to have gummy bears in her cereal 😂

What a vibe !! Super chill and the flavors are on point. This is the type of cafe that feels like home. The exposed history of the building adds a layer of authenticity and character. There have to be thousands of books on the shelves. Customers are welcome to read. There are also records and pottery. Downstairs there is a quiet area where you can read or work remotely without distractions. Prices are perfect for a coffee shop. Not crazy expensive. All the pastries looked amazing. 10/10 recommend.

What a fun place! Don't go if you are on any kind of diet because this is a sugar overload. Cereal, coffee, energy drinks, and video games - what more could you ask for? A bowl of cereal is your choice of up to three cereals and two toppings. You can go wild with the combinations. The also hand craft energy drinks with video game themed names! Great, friendly employees and a fun place.

This place was really great. Fun retro games to play, lots of cereal choices, and fun toppings. What I really thought was a nice touch was that the sleeve on my coffee cup had what I believe to be a hand-drawn design on it. Really enjoyed a light breakfast here.

The cereal + toppings was a fun twist. The drinks were exceptional. The latte art is so fun and impressive. Our only negative note is that it is so tiny and there are about 6 places to sit. Forget getting a table with a game console. Maybe in a few months the crowd will die down. Overall, we had a positive experience.

This place has such a fun, nostalgic vibe! With a selection of coffee, lotus energy drinks, and lemonade shakers, there's something for everyone. The cereal selection is amazing and the most difficult decision was which cereals and which toppings to get! Additional elements include a variety of both indoor & outdoor seating, retro video games like Pacman, a local Maker space, and a little free library. The staff was super friendly and upbeat despite a busy crowd!

This space is gorgeous, unique, and such a fun concept! The coffee was great, and loved the options for Lotus energy drinks and non-coffee beverages. I’m not even a cereal person really but it was a ton of fun to build my bowl from so many choices, and it was delicious! Absolutely recommend for a family outing or weekend date.

Such a fun experience! We had a great time customizing our lunch cereals. They have quite a large amount of options to pick from. They have some speciality lattes available as well. It’s a super cute environment and an overall great atmosphere.

My son and I had been wanting to go here for a while. It's such a cute idea for a little breakfast spot! This place is just so cute and we had a great time playing games, looking around at the odds and ends they have for sale, and if course eating our cereal.

I got a hot latte with honey and it was perfect. Good quality espresso. Fun interior with games, cute seating, and interesting products from different vendors. Wish I could give the service more stars, very patient and attentive. Sociable and kind too :) I’ll definitely be stopping back the next time in the area— competes with some of my favorites (bad seed, and the mill).

Super cute place for cereal lovers! Heard about this place from a friend of a friend and had to give it a try on our last morning in Omaha. The retro atmosphere is cool. Several different cereals to choose from as well as coffee's. The kids enjoyed being able to make their own creation and ate every bite! The old school games were also a hit that they just had to play.

Ctrl cereal and coffee bar in Omaha, Nebraska is a must-visit for any cereal and coffee lover. The cozy and trendy atmosphere give off a retro vibe and makes it a perfect spot for a weekend breakfast. The cereal selection is impressive, offering a wide variety of cereals from classic favorites to unique and exotic flavors. The toppings bar allows for endless possibilities to create your perfect bowl of cereal. The coffee selection is also noteworthy, featuring a variety of espresso drinks and brews made with locally sourced beans. While your smashing your bowl of cereal make sure to play the retro videogames they offer throughout the store. The staff at Ctrl are friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to help customers make the perfect cereal and coffee pairing. Overall, Ctrl cereal and coffee bar is a fantastic spot to indulge in some delicious cereal and coffee while enjoying a laid-back atmosphere. I highly recommend it and give it a 5-star rating.

I have never been anywhere like this - what a cool concept. Love the old video games you could play - the place was overrun by children, though, so we didn’t get to try them out. They have a coffee stencil printer, so I got a coffee with RBG’s face on it. I did get some cereal with fruit on it, but that was nothing special. Would be nice to have some options for those of us who need something other than sugar for breakfast. Really neat experience!

This is by far one of the best spots in Omaha, the costumer service was great and the cereal was just as amazing. The whole shop is an experience as you walk in, it is filled with many games to play and many seating options. Highly recommend.

I've been wanting to try CTRL ever since hearing about it and FINALLY got the chance. Such a great concept and cool ambiance. I took my 13 & 11yo niece and nephew and definitely got some "cool aunt" cred. Highly recommend (& don't skip the cereal milk latte)!

A perfect lazy Saturday morning stop. One of my favorite things there are the lotus energy drinks. Think Rebels from Dutch Bros. We're Oregon transplants and miss Dutch Bros so much and the lotus drinks are so so similar. The cereal is good too! I'd like if there was a small option since I'm a boring adult and feel a bit sick if I eat that much sugar but feel bad about the food waste if I don't. All in all, definitely worth a try
