Where do I even start. The food was unapologetically awful. Cold, flavorless, and mid range over priced. The waitress we had was disappointing to say the least. Did not refill our drinks, our table was cluttered with app plates, empty cups, and menus she never took back. For an appetizer we got the Nacho cheese dip with taco meat. It was luke warm and tasted more like expired canned cat food than it did "taco meat". The fried shrimp was pretty good. We won't be stopping back.

Bathroom smelled like puke before I even went to the bathroom, but the manager decided I was the one that puked & decided to confiscate my table's drinks and refused to give a refund. Literally shouted in our faces that she wasn't giving a refund and stormed away before we were even able to finish a sentence. Calling tomorrow to see if we can get a refund but if the other "managers" are anything like her, my hopes aren't high. Something tells me they just wanted to close early since every time I've gone they close the place out 4 hours before posted closing time. Just wanted to add that there wasn't even proof of any puke, it just "smelled" like puke. Not my fault you don't clean your bathrooms.

Good place. Good food. GREAT PIZZA. Seem to be understaffed at times. But I also usually go mid week, so I don't know if u can blame them for that. Highly recommend the pizza. Nice to have your own t.v. in a booth. (Seats 4) Good spot to play keno. Bar tenders are on top of it.

The food and the service was excellent. Women's volleyball was playing and it was so loud we couldn't even talk to each other. I don't understand why you have to have it so loud ,we're there to watch the game not listen to it

After work, beer and early supper. Chicken fried chicken on point. Served with a side of mashed red potatoes and a gravy that was excellent. Side salad was a good portion that was much more than just iceberg lettuce. Beer selection has something for everybody. I had Boulevard pints that were good and cold. Sarah was handling the bar and the food window and made it look easy. Great service. I'll be back. Thank you!

I’ve been here twice now, I waited to leave my review, because my first experience was truly awful. The food was bad, the service was bad. Second time the food was better I highly recommend the fried shrimp. The cheesy dip was not very good, it came out almost room, temperature, with no flavor. And the chips were stale both times.

Talk about a sport lovers dream! Personal TVs at your booth that you control. Games of all kinds on the multiple big screens. Food was delicious and quick. Staff was friendly and having fun.

Great place to meet friends! Our food was good. Service was great. Lots of TVs to watch sports. A popular local hangout.

Ordered fried pickels and boneless wings that came cold and greasy. Pickles look like they got tossed in batter and smashed into a ball and fried. Kids food was cold as well. Took forever to get any kinda service. Had to wait 10 minutes for drink refills. Not worth the money spent.

Love the Monday through Friday 3p-6p half priced appetizers...my favorite is the bone in wings !....consistenty yummy...found a new favorite " fajita pizza"...not on menu but they will make it upon request sometimes. Tonight food was cold, salad was limp just not up to its usual standard...not sure why.

We went for lunch. They forgot about us so it took forever to order and then we waited forever after asking for a check and box. We saw thw waitress sitting down on her phone then she would say oh sorry when she finally showed up. The cheese steak wasn't very good. Mushrooms from can and old tasting. I wouldn't recommend. The fries and wings were good though.

Horrible service, felt like we were bothering the wait staff. Chili fries were ok. Nobody seemed to know what they were doing. Gin n tonic tasted like water. Chairs and booths were ripped up, all high top table chairs were wobbly. Doubt we'll be going back anytime soon. And we were frequent customers. Sorry IceHouse, you need to make some adjustments.

Was in town for a hockey tournament and needed a late night dinner. Kitchen is open late so we gave it a shot. Food was really really good. Service was even better. Heck you can order a plate of bacon. Who doesn't love that?

I came in from Florida..yesterday. walked threw the front doors.. The "ICE HOUSE "smelled like a dirty diaper. Me and company entered the dining area SAME. TURNED AROUND and ate at La MASA. It was delicious... Clean your restaurant...unacceptable!!

Can't remember our waitresses' name, but she rocked! She appeared to have, not only tables outside, but about a third of the tables inside. Showed true professionalism while testing us like we had known each other for years. Fried pickles and Philly pizza were awesome!

Relaxing local pub. Not pretenous. Outside tables available. Plenty of seating inside, long bar. Sports on TV. Wifi. Clean restrooms. Helpful wait staff. Some bottles of beer kept on ice. Local craft beers available. Bar food. Crispy french fries. Adequate parking.

Had a great time watching basketball and eating wings with the guys. The wings were pretty good, and the atmosphere was enjoyable. Our server kayla was really good. Customer service was on point, and she had a great sense of humor and moved fairly quickly with orders and refills. Definitely my best experience there yet.

I decided to check out the Icehouse for their steak special that they advertise on their website as their Monday special. Upon arriving, the less than enthusiastic bartender informed me that is only a lunch special although their website doesn’t specify that. The website should be specific about when they offer their specials. Won’t go back.

Not a fan of some of their sauces, tasted as if there was cinnamon in their honey bbq wings. Great service though, and monitors to enjoy the game.

First time in 9 years that I've been back to the Icehouse. I have definitely been sleeping on this place. The minute you walk in you wanna dance. The music is upbeat. You see people smiling and talking. You also see some waitresses dancing while waiting to serve. It was happy hour. I ordered a strawberry daiquiri which was a nice size and a great mix of liquor, sweetness and lime. I also ordered a Honey BBQ bone-in wings. The chicken was fried well done and very crunchy which was great and the honey BBQ sauce was wonderful. A great blend of honey and original BBQ. I appreciate my waitress Taylor, she was nice and appropriately attentive. Ask for her if you go in. I was there on Wednesday. Enjoy!

Our service was a little slow, but the food was cool. Had the fried shrimp and fries and I'd get that everytime! We also had the artichoke dip, it was ok, tasty on the garlic bread, ok with the chips. I think the dip could of used more garlic. We played keno and watched the game, it was cool that the booths have a personal TV. A little outdated, but was perfect for watching the games and grabbing a bite. The menu had a few other things I may try in the future.

The food was ok but the fries were hard as rocks. The server could care less about anything and smelled like cinnamon Glade. Not just a slight scent but if she was within 3ft it was overpowering to where I had to hold my breath. The blue cheese buffalo burger was great. They had many different games on so we could keep track of multiple games.

We ordered the Cheesestick Pizza appetizer, and the Philly Cheesesteak Pizza for our main dish. I am a big fan of Philly Pizza, and this was probably the best I've ever had. It was cheesy, and creamy and savory. Both dishes were excellent, and we really them and the leftovers. Our waitress was super on top of everything, and very friendly. We had a great experience and will definitely be back.

OH. MY. GOD. Delicious food and an amazing selection. They have something for everyone. The booths have personal TVs, keno at every table, pull tabs, and other games. The staff was super friendly. There was a wait for the bar, but that was due to one of the two bar tenders calling in. I will be here again next time we are in town!

This bar’s name implies that it is a hockey bar. It’s one of the fist places to come up when you google Omaha hockey bars. But when we asked we were told they do not have ESPN+ (Which has rights to nearly all NHL games) and therefore could not play any NHL game. I had to get my laptop from my car. The food was good but we specifically trekked out here to try and watch NHL

Talked these wings up for two days, did not get the same wings I’ve come brag about to friends. Also our bartender was horrible, she didn’t write down our order and had to ask us twice what was it we wanted. Get home and our wings aren’t charred so thanks ride lady for nothing. Wouldn’t go here again, Oscars is where it’s at.
