I stayed here for 1 night before a flight. Clean, well maintained and felt somewhat new. Great location near the airport but also a quick drive to the old market district. Friendly staff. Easy, no hassle stay. I’d stay here again.

Clean rooms with comfortable beds, free internet, and complimentary breakfast.

The TV didn’t work, which was included in the price. The counter person said he couldn’t help. Hampton refused to give us a discount. We were told we could move to another room, after we were unpacked, showered and in our night clothes. I’m staying at a Hilton for a week starting tomorrow. Same company, I expect they won’t do anything to fix this.

Check-in and staff were fine. Didn't spend much time at this hotel, we arrived late and had to be at airport early. Great location for that. We did notice the room smelled funky and was dirty. Seems to happen much more since covid, no one cleans. The shower was especially nasty, needs some updating and cleaning! Oh, and be careful they don't add on a random charge for "tourism". It might just show up on your bill! I got ours refunded.

There is no checkout at 4am. Even when calling the posted number. The shuttle left me since I could not check out. My company policy is review the bill print the receipt. Had to spend $20 on Uber. No management present.

Thankful that front desk services was kind enough to bring me a key to another room after letting him know that the A/C wasn't working. Carpets need a deep cleaning, otherwise it's a clean and quiet hotel.

Hotel put a miscellaneous charge of $6.95 on my bill and refused to explain what it was for and wouldn't refund it. Breakfast starts at 6 but wasn't fully set up until 6:45, hopefully you aren't in a hurry! Room was ok. Not much for food nearby.

DO NOT STAY HERE... The hotel itself is nice, but the location is crime-ridden and has a problem with vehicle thefts. I suspect someone at the hotel here is involved. My truck and uhaul was stolen from the parking lot as I slept. I would bet money someone who works for this hotel is involved in the heavy vehicle theft ring going on in this area. Mine was not the first in recent months and another got stolen nearby just a week after mine... this place is sketchy as ..... you get it...

Close to the airport with a gas station right up the road. Clean rooms with a friendly staff. Great value for a spot to crash before a flight. Would stay longer without hesitation

If you read online somewhere that the shuttle runs 24hrs- no it does not. I even called to verify the pickup location for that night. Then all of a sudden my next phone call they said it stops at midnight. So plan to get an Uber if you have a late flight. I arrived after 16 hours of travel to a dirty room. I went back to the desk, got a new room. Desperate to go to shower and sleep. My shower was luke warm at best. Then I decided my best option was to just turn the tv on and sleep… and the tv wouldn’t work. I’m not a Karen, I’m usually pretty easy going. But I travel for work and am growing less tolerant with shenanigans.

As a loyal Hilton customer, I found this hotel deeply beneath the brand standards - front desk person upon check-in was unfriendly (and this is in the mid-west!); nobody was ever actually present at the front desk. The person, instead, would come out of the back room when a customer came to the front desk, and the displeasure at being disturbed was palpable. The coffee at 7 am was cold - which means either the containers don't maintain heat or this was yesterday's coffee. When I opened the microwave to heat it up, the interior was horrible! There were other issues, but why bother - I am never staying there again.

**EDITED** Before reading, I have amended my review. The manager must have decided to honor the rate of which we were quoted. When we received our receipt, it was the original rate. I stand with my statement on how rude the women was to me. *Original Review - Below* We booked two nights for an employee of ours to stay here. Last night when we booked the room, we were quoted $179/night plus taxes and fees, I was told roughly $400. We agreed and booked the rooms. When we got the receipt, it was for $257. The breakdown was $179 for the first night, and $229 for the second night. I called just now to express my concern of being told one thing and charged another. The lady I spoke with was one of the rudest and most unprofessional people I have ever worked with. She stated that the second night was charged more as it was a "Birkshire night." This would be fine had I been informed this. We have already given the affiliate we are working on behalf of the charges for the hotel. Now we either eat the cost or charge them more, both are bad options. To be honest, I would have been fine with paying more had the conversation been handled professionally. As expressed earlier, the lady I spoke with, was one of the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. I asked to listen to the recorded conversation and see what was shared in the phone call. She acted like she was fine with that, however, I was left on the phone alone speaking my frustrations. I understand businesses are not a perfect representation of all of their staff, however, this staff member has left me very frustrated with this company.

We stayed at The Hampton on Abbott Drive near Eppley Airfield in Omaha last night as Diamond members. We did not receive bottled water as we usually do, had to hunt down the front desk person who was eating fast food and watching TV in the breakfast area. She didn’t look at us but simply said “name”. She barely spoke and gave us the scripted locations for the pool, gym and elevators. We immediately went to our rooms to change to swim. The pool tile above the water level was disgustingly grimy, both ladders were flimsy and not bolted to the pool deck, and there were no towels. When we returned to our room the AC was grinding, the TV didn’t work nor did the WiFi. It was spotty for about 30 min then nothing. We reported both. The lovely front desk person (I’m being sarcastic) said there was no one to fix any of the three problems. We tried rebooting the TV but to no avail. SO we tried sleeping in the noisy room, awoke for our flight, went downstairs to again report these issues. We were supposed to receive a $25 discount on our room per the cheerful front desk person but once again, there was no one at the desk. We waited for 10 minutes but had to leave. On top of all this, the carpeting in the halls was filthy, the elevators were dirty and gross and even the front desk had garbage and sticky food on it. No one seems to take pride in this property. By far the worst Hampton Inn in which we’ve ever stayed.

Good place to stay if you are flying out. Close to the airport and they have free parking unlike the downtown motels.

Great hotel! Very clean and friendly place. The front desk was a top notch! I was able to take a shuttle to the airport as well and I was very happy that they were able to squeeze my tight schedule! When I’m traveling, I’ll be definitely staying here again.

Best hotel around with the best staff! Always a great stay and great food!

It’s was a good stay, but: the drapes do not block the parking lot lights on the sides, the bathroom door is a barn style and has a 2” gap at the bottom allowing little privacy, bathroom door was dirty, the milk at breakfast was sour, and we were missing some towel types. The pool was great, would be good to have a clock in there.

Air Conditioning works really well. And the best part is no matter how low you set thermostat, you aren’t even charged for.

This hotel is worth more than you think. The service is awesome. My family enjoyed staying there especially the pool.

Nice airport property for convenience. The fit and finishes are a little tired and could use some touching up. The room we were in could use a deep clean. It wasn't terribly dirty, but it was evident that only the visible floor and countertop surfaces were cleaned, digging a little deeper, behind furniture and behind vanity legs in the bathroom revealed the lax cleaning.

Great place to stay. Clean, bright, orderly property with a well trained staff. 4 minutes from the airport and car rental. They have an airport shuttle.

Room was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff though took a few minutes to appear on both front desk visits. Shuttle service ran a little late but very friendly. Recommended.
