Gives Marriott a horrible name, Don’t waste your money! Run down and dirty. Couldn’t see out the window it was so coated in grime. Our kids’ room was down the hall and I was scared to have them walk back and forth - signs posted to use both deadbolt and security bar when in your room!! Did not feel safe and couldn’t sleep. We’ve stayed in much bigger cities and felt more safe in our hotel/parking lot. Disgusting used condom by the garbage. Never going back.

I checked out as fast as I checked in. The hotel was gross. The building looks like it was an old apartment building or old hotel from the 1970s. They redid all of the rooms which were decent inside. BUT the hallways had disgustingly old carpets and old lights, the door barely unlocked to the room, and the floors of the lobby and elevators were very dirty and needed mopping. I couldn't stay comfortably at the hotel, so I asked for a refund.

This was by far the worst hotel stay I have had. Our family booked this for a 3 day volleyball tournament. The shower in our room was just warm enough to get in the first night. The next day the water was ice cold. The hotel tried to fix it but whatever they did was temporary as we had to call down and ask the front desk to “reset” the hot water so we could get back to barely warm water. Not a good situation when you have a sweaty kid who needs to take a shower. That was only the start. In the morning, Saturday, we had to play at 8 am so needed to leave the hotel by 7:15 am. Thought we could eat the breakfast at the hotel quickly and take off except it wasn’t ready until after we left. Thought Sunday would be better since we didn’t have to leave until 8 am. We were wrong. Breakfast still wasn’t ready until after we left. On top of that there was a lot of commotion from the cook, who seemed visibly upset. Not a great atmosphere. After the games, our team would want to hang out and talk, which we did in the lobby, but the lobby doesn’t get cleaned up. Trash might be picked up, sometimes, but the tables were sticky and not cleaned during our stay. The restroom on the first floor was also particularly disgusting, not sure when they were cleaned last. Lastly, the rooms seemed cleaned when we checked in, so there was that, but the walls are thin, so if you have people on either side of you, you can hear them moving around. Will not stay here again and will question any Four Points by Sheraton hotel we see in the future.

I asked for the manager to email me, but he/she never did. Aside from not having hot water in the shower on two separate days, I was absolutely furious when they completely locked the front doors one night leaving me out in the cold with no way to get in. There is a front door that leads to a foyer, where there is a second door with the key-card reader. They locked that first front door, so that I could not even get to the keycard reader. I was out in the fold pounding and pounding on the class, calling the front desk to no avail! Finally, I walked all around the hotel and found another door in the back with a keycard reader. What if that had been my wife and children, or my mother, or someone elderly? Absolutely unacceptable! I cannot believe they did that. I have never had a hotel do that. There is no excuse.

They came in and cleaned while we were gone, super invasive. And charged us an extra $50 without telling us why. Called and reported to head office, and they filed a report. Edit: After reporting to the head office, instead of letting us know why they charged us, they canceled the charges. Very telling. The front desk staff were super friendly, though.

So many things were wrong with this hotel. There is no pool on the property nor is there laundry facilities. The desk clerks were very unfriendly and never did get our stay correct. The shuttle service is very unorganized and we waited so long for it we ended up taking a taxi back to the hotel. The only reason I gave the two star is because the rooms were very clean and well kept.

We’ve stayed at this hotel a few times on road trips between Denver and Chicago. The rooms are always clean, nice, and affordable. There doesn’t seem to be a lot of entertainment, bars, or restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. However, the staff told us that the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to take guests to downtown Omaha. The best part about this hotel is the service. The staff members are all very friendly and attentive. We decided to eat at the hotel bar last night and we were surprised by the quality of the food. The menu is small, but the food was hot, fresh, and tasty. Donovan (the bartender) and Minkah (the cook) were incredible. They were very friendly, engaging, and helpful. They deserve to be recognized as valued employees! The employees make the hotel as great as it is. We were very pleased by the food, drinks, and service after a long day on the road.

Room was nice. Fine to stay in. My complaint was the breakfast. I booked a room for 4 people and was given a voucher for 2. Had to pay $12 a piece for my other 2 breakfasts. The breakfast is buffet style and it was ok but frankly I have had better food in the Army and that is not compliment.

Location was kind of sketch. Lots of Homless in the area, but within a 10 minute drive of downtown. Service was great, good breakfast (but cost extra). Rooms were okay. Standard, nothing too fancy, dusnt give enough toilet paper or towles so we had to go back dow. To front desk. We had to switch rooms because our first one had standing dirty water in the bathtub. But they quickly got us a new room.

Terrible hotel; stay elsewhere. We stayed there and had items removed from our truck. The front desk attendant caught them in the act and never called the police! They refused to let me see the video of the suspects and had so much disrespect during the whole process. The rooms were degraded, and the were not cleaned well. For example - there was still a coffee pod in the coffee maker. STAY AWAY!

We had a late check-in and upon arrival, the lobby appeared closed. The lights in the lobby were dim. However, a nice young lady was indeed working. She explained the lights are dimmed to deter transients from entering the lobby. Apparently, the lobby couches are comfortable for sleeping. Our room was nice and as requested. The hotel was less than 2 miles to our planned event. Very convenient. When we returned later in the evening, the lights were once again dim. So, not just an odd occurrence. The hotel sits by itself, near I-480. I would think as a female working the front desk, I would be frightened as well.

Locked out of my room and received no assistance!!! Can’t make this up, I literally don’t know where to begin. I first get to my room and noted that the door had some marks where it was evident that someone had attempted to break into the room. I should have acted immediately, but hindsight is 20/20. Fast forward to my 2nd night I return from a work dinner and the door guard (metal lock at top) has self engaged. I was locked out, with my medication in the room!!! The hotel staff tried to open the door and told me THIS IS NOT first time it’s happened to this room! But they couldn’t get it open. The general manager Raymond never answered the phone calls from his employees and they gave up with no concern for the fact I couldn’t access my medication. I ended up having to call a lock Smith myself 6 hours after getting locked out, it was 2:15am. Then the hotel refused to pay the locksmith. I’m appalled.. don’t stay here. Take your chances at a super 8… horrible customer service. And clearly the facilities are lacking and unsafe. If someone had a medical emergency, or if I had with no access to my medication, they would not receive the care they need in time. If I could give 0 stars I would. It’s frankly dangerous to stay here.

Shuttle driver promised return ride to hotel after Pink concert. She literally said regardless of time. When we called her right after getting out of the concert she said she was done for the night. Called the hotel and they didn’t help. Ended up waiting for over an hour to snag an Uber when it was 97 degrees out. We would have made different plans if the hotel couldn’t follow through on its promise of a ride to and from. Regarding the room, traffic sounds from the highway were easily heard all night and the A/C kept shutting on and off. Omaha is a grat place to see a concert but would definitely recommend staying elsewhere.

Where do i even start? When i got there, there was nobody at the desk for 15 minutes. I had called and set up the reservation at $105 with a pet. It ended up being 141$ after fees PLUS a $50 per fee that was not disclosed!! On top of that, the “included breakfast” was closed for the weekend. The bathroom in my room was in rough shape, and had mold at the base of the shower. Will not ever be back.

The entrance can get a little uplifting but the room is very clean and smells good. Pricing is right too. A lot of parking space available, breakfast was not bad at all.

The gentleman at the front desk, Youssef, went above and beyond to make me feel accommodated and cared about. While this may not be the most upscale hotel I've ever been to, he made me feel like a five-star customer. Very kind, welcoming, and thoughtful. :)

I was pleased by the central location and ease of use in the parking lot. What really made this a worthwhile property for our stay was the warm and exceptional customer service. Keep up the great work!

Extremely rude at checkin. Did not give me my full Bonvoy points. Called to inquire about the points and the manager hung up on me. I love Marriott, but PLEASE avoid this hotel.

So, hey - it’s a good hotel for the price and the front desk staff member was friendly upon checking in. I stayed one night. There was an issue with the shower drain backing up. Normal..but then a brown liquid came up too. Not normal. Pretty gross. Probably something wrong. I was in a rush to leave the hotel in general and I feel bad for not alerting the hotel staff in person myself. However, I did want to let them know so I reached out online and told them about it (and shared a photo). I’m a little disappointed that, after five days, I never heard back. Hopefully they fix the issue.

The room was nice for a two star hotel I didn't see much difference in service compared to a 3 or 4 star hotel. It was a last minute option but it's still much better than Air BnB

Go somewhere else. Alicia at the front desk was the most unhelpful person I’ve ever dealt with in 20 years of booking hotels for our employees. After booking and paying through Expedia she refused to take a credit card over the phone to secure the room. Keep in mind the room is paid for. After 45 minutes of our employee sitting there I booked through another hotel. No manager to talk to either. I don’t leave many reviews but this is the last place I would ever stay in Omaha.

Rooms are a little outdated, but beds were comfortable and furniture cute & practical. The shower had a bar partially blocking faucet level, we had to force it over to get hot water. No free breakfast buffet they tried charging us $11.99 for powderd eggs and microwaved sausages. Also, cigarette butts everywhere, and the police felt the need to sit in the parking lot after an incident. I never got the details, but having been traveling across country this Marriot chain disappointed.

Angie at the front desk and the entire front desk team were so accommodating during a most difficult time for our family. We had two different stays at this property, and both were smooth from check in to check out. We couldn't have asked for a friendlier, compassionate team. Thank you. The Johnstons

Economy hotel, not worth the price when others nearby are much better. Terrible road noise from the highway and neighborhood traffic. Paper thin walls that allow you to hear every noise, including a toilet flushing from neighboring rooms - that includes above and below. Lukewarm water in the shower and oddly sparse furniture. It’s relatively clean but that’s about it. Certainly doesn’t feel like a Four Points and won’t be returning.

It’s a small quirky location that is absolutely fantastic! The staff goes up and beyond! Especially the night front desk Alicia, she makes you feel welcomed and loved and so many laughs were shared with her😁 please consider this hotel on your next adventure!

We were here for a softball tournament down the road from the city. We started setting up our reservations in Jan 2022 with Angie the GM. All I can say is amazing!!!! The check in staff, front desk staff, breakfast staff in the morning, the rooms were super clean, lobby super clean. Ease of getting to highway was just down street, Walgreens down the road and city eateries within 5 minutes. The only bad part of this stay was we won all of our games so we didn’t have to stay another day. Angie we thank you so much from our whole softball team to your whole team. A plus plus. We wish all of our stays could be this pleasant when we travel.

The Four Points is a affordable priced hotel right central to Creighton, Mid town crossing, and the med center. We have stayed here a few times because of it's location. Location and Affordability with great Staff is what it has going for it. The actual comfort and offerings are lacking. King size rooms lack outlets or any power sources on one side of the bed which is tough with 2 people. Exhaust vents don't work.... (Stinky Steamy Bathrooms) Hot water has taken 10+ minutes to get. Also if you are a frequent Marriott or Bonvoy Traveler they do not let you charge to your room so f&b credit/points are tough. Overall the hotel has great staff affordable rates, however it misses on comfort and quality levels.

This was the worst stay I've ever had! Service was horrible! Was told I couldn't upgrade on night one, said none were available! Even though atleast 5 online stating available. The room I was in was not the room on my app I was to be in. Night two, I couldn't even get a complimentary cup of milk. I had to Doordash a cup of milk just for a bowl of cereal. All lights shut off at night, including front desk lights, which made it very uncomfortable coming in and out. Especially when the night security guard ran up on me coming in the doors even though I used my key to get in. Overnight staff just sits on the couch I'm the dark all night talking to security. Literally a HORRIBLE stay from beginning to end!
