The place looked beautiful when we arrived! But the rooms weren't as nice. The mattress was too soft, and had lost all of its support (you felt like you'd roll off if you got too close to the edge). Sheets/towels seemed clean, and the visible surfaces were ok. But the window was full of dust/weird debris, handles were sticky, and definitely needed a deeper cleaning. The bathroom had several holes in the walls, like they cut something out/took something out and didn't repair the hole. The rooms were super humid, so bad that when I took my clothes out of my bag when I got home they were wet. The other parties with us made the same comment. They do not have a fridge or microwave in the room. I was impressed with the breakfast! Not a lot of choices but what they had was great quality. Location, it's not too bad being right off of 680 and Dodge, but it's really hard to get to it. I gave this place middle ratings because I would stay here again, it's better than probably half the places I've stayed in Omaha. And I don't think it would be hard for this place to do just a little bit better to get up to one of the better places.

If I could put zero stars I would. I booked a reservation for a king size bed and for a pool, when we arrive check in takes 30 minutes. Finally get to the counter to be told that they don’t have king beds, but queens are the same size (which any one with half a brain knows that isn’t true) we get checked in and they charge us more then what we booked online for. Pool is closed go figure. Hallways smell like vomit. Room floor feels damp. No fridge or microwave. Staff doesn’t know what there doing. For having the Wyndham name they sure don’t live up to the expectations. Very disappointed for what we paid per night. We’ll never stay here again.

***BEWARE STAFF WILL FRAUDULENTLY USE CREDIT CARD DURING AND AFTER STAY**** Check in process started off great. Until I seen an extra charge on credit card, after talking with staff was informed (we figured out together) it was the person that checked in before me charges. (No one could or would explain how this happened) was told management would reach out me during my 4 day stay (never did. Keep getting oooh they are not in yet) waited to see if charges would drop off (they didn't). Called after my stay to see if I could get a resolution and was told once again management is unavailable bu staff member would reach one of the members of management at home that could fix it and they would follow up. The next day I have four fraudulent charges on my credit card from this property, still no one has reached out. ROOM..didn't clean room the last two days but had clean towels (interesting concept but happy nothing was stolen). Room looked to have decent beds and furniture. Breakfast that I did try was decent. **Personally I will never stay here again nor refer to anyone I know.***

I travel alot. This is one of the worst hotels I've ever been in. We had to stay here for hockey tournament. First the rooms are gross. They have an awful smell. Like makes you wanna vomit. The carpet has tears and stains all in it. The rooms are nasty. When I checked in someone was smoking in the lounge area and the staff did nothing. Every morning we were promised breakfast and every morning there was no breakfast. The bar is not open in the hotel so you have to go out. But the hotel is at the end of a dead end road away from anything. Horribly run, services promised aren't delivered, everything smells moldy and nothing is close by. This hotel is disgusting!! Stay away! Only one person on the staff apologized for everything. But they just need to find a new job. Wyndham should be ashamed to have their name on this place.

The rooms are so bad.. the pool is decent even though there's not a hot tub. The reason I will never stay here again is the service. The front desk employees are laughable with their act to be juggling so many things.. when in all actuality they are just lazy and terrible at their job. They are judgmental and rude beyond belief. There's absolutely no consistency beyond the fact that they are prejudiced and crooked as they come. Don't stay here. Horrible management will leave you overcharged and unamused.

Stayed for business. Rooms were dirty and appliances were broken or missing from the room entirely (phones, microwaves, irons, coffee makers). Showers were ice cold. Hotel food was overpriced and extremely unpleasant. Conference room was not equipped with basic accessories, and did not even have a working lock (despite what we had been told). I truly hate writing negative reviews but this one was well deserved- with a lot of work this would probably be a fine place to stay, but as it is right now, I would never recommend this hotel to a traveler.

I wish people left more honest reviews on this place as I checked google and yelp before booking and they were all decent 3/4 stars. Upon arrival there was no parking up front as I believe an event was going on. Trash was overflowing in the front and one door did not work so they use a red velvet rope to prevent anyone from entering. We were put in a room that was overwhelmed by the smell of musk from the mold and water damage in the bathroom. There is no vent/fan in the bathrooms. There is NO hot water. The beds have huge sinking spots in them and are super uncomfortable. Not enough electrical outlets and they plug the appliances into the front of the desk where you walk. We were moved rooms the second day after the mold smell became too much and the second room was no different. The rooms are dirty and so are the common areas- hallways, elevators, dining area. The pool is overwhelmed with chlorine and your skin and eyes will burn for hours after, even after a shower. The breakfast is “free” because they don’t have enough food to feed their guests. By the time we made it down at 7am there was nothing but crumbs left and when I told the girl restocking the napkins, she brushed it off and no additional food was brought out. Expedia and myself have been trying to get ahold of the manager by email and phone for 5 days and have not received a single response. We are just trying to get a refund for this horrible stay. DON’T STAY HERE!

One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. Definitely would not stay here again. This was the hotel we had to stay at for my child’s tournament, otherwise it would not have been my choice. The lobby area is nice, and looks renovated. That’s where it ends. They lost my reservation upon arrival, and took quite a while to retrieve it. (The city was sold out, so no back up available.) The hotel says it has a restaurant, but not one server or hostess was to be seen. The only employee working like a mad woman was the bartender. The hallways and rooms are extremely dated and dirty. There was dust on almost every surface in my room. The bed was lumpy. No smart TV, so you can’t login to any streaming apps. The coffee maker didn’t work and when I requested a new one, didn’t get it until hours later. Stains on the carpet. Just overall a gross room. Then… dozens of people at the hotel got sick with food poisoning or norovirus. When we reported it to management, they seemed unconcerned. No compensation, resolution, or plan. The health department was notified. Choose elsewhere!

Do not stay here Where to even start, the service is slow and took 40 minutes to get checked in. The poor lady checking in was struggling but every time she called for someone to help nobody turned up until the 4th phone call for help. The hotel doesn’t smell the greatest and the pool water smells worse. The first day there the water only smelled a little bad but the second day it smelled awful. Maybe it was a bad chemical day for the water but it smelled gross. When we got to our room it smelled musty. We found someone else’s clothes in a bag so it definitely wasn’t cleaned that well. When house keeping came in the next day, they only emptied one of the trash cans. The clincher happened on our second night when we found two cockroaches in the room in the middle of the night. After telling the front desk, they seemed a little concerned but didn’t say much other than they would call and exterminator. Over all I give it a 2 because at least the beds were comfortable and the food was good. Definitely would not recommend.

The lobby looked great when we first entered, but there are many things that need some work. The gym treadmills all had large tears in the belt and one of the two in the room wasn't functional. The pool area was extremely foggy and had no towels. We had only two towels in our room and was only given one more upon request for our family of 5. There were also some particularly rude staff members, insulting our youngest over a simple understanding due to a language barrier. High expectations but low delivery.

Stayed for one night while visiting family in early May 2022. Checking in took over 30 minutes because there was no one at the front desk. Once checked in, I attempted to shower and freshen up after my flight. Suddenly I noticed the towel I placed on the floor was stained brown. The entire floor was covered in disgusting brown sludge. The sludge spread out of the bathroom onto the carpet - visible brown stains leading out the bathroom towards the entrance door. After looking some more I found the wallpaper was peeling off with mold underneath. I complained to the front desk, who quickly changed me to another room. This room was at the end of the hallway, much cleaner and looked ok. Unfortunately there was no hot water and the television was broken. I decided to go to sleep and report the issues the next day. The next morning I complained again and the young lady at the front told me she would personally escort me to another room so that I can get some hot water to freshen up and get ready for the day. Upon entering the third room, the lady came back out and refused to let me look inside. No idea what she found inside... I decided to forgo my shower and just checked out. The staff told me the hotel was just purchased and was being remodeled. Apparently the new manager allowed bookings to take place and abruptly quit. The place is a complete mess. I was assured the new manager - Alexis Ely would reach out to me about my stay, but I never received a call. I have never given a negative review, but this place felt dangerous to my health. Do not recommend.

Let me lead by saying the staff at the hotel are AWESOME! Everyone we interacted with from getting desk to maid service to food and beverage was extra helpful and super friendly. And the complimentary breakfast was good and hot every day and did not disappoint. However, that does not overcome the fact that the hotel is in need of updating and some deep cleaning. Our room smelled like stale smoke and at times we could smell cigarette smoke coming in through the vents, that coupled with the decor made it feel like we were in an early 80's time warp. When we got home, we had to wash everything we brought because it all smelled like smoke.

This hotel is in renovation mode and we felt they are on right track. Hotel lobby will have a very nice bar/lounge type area.. Staff very nice and accommodating. Our room was very nice. We were upgraded at no cost as they did not have type of room we had originally reserved online. Pool not open at this time but very nice as well. We were heading out early so didn't have breakfast but offered at your own expense. We will visit again when in the area.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. Had to leave a message for the manager because I wanted to discuss my issues and he couldn’t even bother to contact me. Very professional The breakfast was a box of cheerios, warm milk, a bag of bread and hot water. The front desk argued with me that we were informed during check in which was a lie, then tried to convince me it isn’t on the website. It’s listed at least three times that there is a free breakfast. The beds were sunken in, the pillows reminded me of goldy locks and the three bears to hard to soft and just odd. Mold in the bathrooms. They had the side door of the hotel propped open with a rock so anyone could walk in. The pool was the only positive from the experience

We were warned at check in that possibly no breakfast would be served " because the truck did come". Rumor is the real reason was the heath department shut it down. My guess is they don't have the staffing to pull it off. Either way I ain't buying the truck story. No compensation for the lack of the advertised breakfast not being included. Lots of guest really PO' d. Shampoo and conditioner so old they won't come out of the bottle. Hot water barely warm enough to take a shower. Exit door propped open with a rock as the key reader doesn't work. Not a good experience at all. Staff chastised us for using the poory designated "staff only" elevator. Laundry room out of order.

We got in late so we couldn't use the pool but it looked really nice. The breakfast was continental and had both hot breakfast items and for breakfast items. The rooms were really nice and clean. The beds were comfortable to sleep in. The lobby was quiet and peaceful. The staff was nice. I would recommend.

One of the worst hotels I have ever seen. Check-in process was painfully slow, the people behind the front desk did not know how to use computers or hurry. Beds were comfortable, but phone in room didn't connect to the front desk, microwave and coffee pot could not be plugged in, and some mornings we had no hot water. The continental breakfast was non-existent 3 days in a row. One morning they had a package of bagels, a cantaloupe, and cereal. The hotel bar looked nice, wish it would have been open. TVs in the lobby were playing inappropriate horror movies that gave the kids nightmares. The day we checked out, one nice employee (Tanisha I think) gave us sincere apologies. The rest of the staff was indifferent every time we went to the front counter with a complaint. I believe we were severely over charged for hockey tournament price when the prices online were significantly cheaper.

The receptionist was very rude. The pool never did open and it should have been because there was nothing the matter with it. The breakfast sucked. There were only a hand full of eggs that were cold, no plates, the juice was warm, and the fruit was MOLDY! There was no place to plug the coffee pot and microwave in at our room. If this is the only place to stay sleep in your car!

Half the accommodations were out of order. Laundry, one elevator, ice machines. The bar and on site restaurant or whatever was closed the whole stay.. the free breakfast was toast, they had the waffle maker but no batter. The staff claimed they did not receive a food order. We saw the food delivery yet the following day, there was still toast. I walked down later at night and asked if I could use a microwave and the guy tried to tell me there was one in every room. No, we did not have one. He said he would have one brought up the next day. I was checking out that day so at least the next guess may get that. I also heard someone in upper management telling a staff member to “send out mass emails to people from out of town. Say whatever is needed. Just get people in the door.” I am the person from out of town and lying about what you have may get me in the door, but it makes me mad after the fact. Why lie? We spent more than we usually do based off what was showed and ended up having to spend even more because there was no breakfast, or a way to heat up food available. It was very disappointing. The pool was nice though. And the day time front desk lady, with the beautiful rainbow hair was amazing! She was just great and so very kind, especially to my daughter. Top notch human.

The room was spacious. I was a little disappointed with all the stains on the carpet and could have used more water pressure in the shower. The hotel was nice and quiet. My husband and I were beyond disappointed with the breakfast. The images on Expedia did not match anywhere close to what was offered. There were plain bagels, strange looking scrambled eggs and sausage, that was all. We ended up not eating breakfast here. Honestly, one reason we selected this hotel was because of the breakfast photo. Be warned that the picture is not what you'll get.

It was an ok place. No breakfast, that is worth eating. I was kinda upset about it. I asked for extra towels, but I did not get it. But the swimming pool was nice, btw, I went to the pool area to get more towels. I will probably find another hotel to stay at while visiting omaha again.

Lots of room for improvement. Beds were clean and comfy, and the lobby was grand. Too bad the experience did not add up to the grandness of the lobby. The room was clean except for the "hard" to reach places like between the chair and the wall. Hallways floors needed vacuuming like whoa. We booked a room with two queen beds, but the beds were actually full, not queen. The staff was very inattentive to keeping the continental breakfast stocked; almost everything was gone within 1 hour of it opening, and the trash cans were overflowing.

  • 1/5 Lacey M. 10 months ago on Google
This hotel had potential. The lobby is very welcoming and looks to be kept up. The downfall is the cleanliness of the rooms. When we walked in the room was dusty, like hadn’t been clean in some time dusty. I didn’t think much of the dust. The issues arose when my son and I who were here for a tournament were about to get into bed. My some crawled into one of the queen beds and then jumped out all freaked out. When I asked what was wrong he said something was in his bed. I jumped up pulled back the covers to find food, candy to be specific in the bed under the covers. It looks like someone made the bed and left it for a guest to find. Gross. How long has it been since this room was cleaned. I called the front desk to let them know, mind you it was 11:00pm and we had to be up at 5:30 for the tournament. It was too late to get a new hotel so I asked for clean bedding. They said they would send someone up right away to bring some. Fast forward to 20min later and still no bedding. At 11:20 I called down a second time and they asked me to check the floor outside my door, still no bedding. At 11:45 I finally went to the front lobby and requested the bedding as it still had not been brought up. Finally the front desk worker went to grab some ans brought it to me in a blue laundry basket. I then had to go back to my room, strip the bed and remake it before being able to go to sleep. It was midnight before we were able to get into bed. If the beds weren’t cleaned and bedding not changed what else is not cleaned? I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and will take my $ elsewhere in the future.

Being honest, the hotel is being remodeled, and you've got to expect some issues because of that. That said, there are some very positive things to say about this hotel, and some flaws that I can't write off to "under remodeling". Walk in, look around, and the decor will make you think you really scored a huge win - it's pretty nice! Getting to my room I immediately noticed that the towel rack in the bathroom was absent. My towel can rest on the top of the toilet, no sense making a fuss. Looking for a place to hang my clothes I find that there are no doorknobs for the closet doors. Turns out, I can open the doors by sliding my tires under the door and pulling out open. Roll with it. Remodeling. Having to ask for new toiletries in the bathroom because nobody is cleaning the room - that's not a remodeling issue - that's sloppy. It happened all but one day. On the bright side when I asked if they could put a phone in my room (no way to call the desk if needed) they responded quickly and pleasantly. Bottom line, the front desk folks were pleasant and helpful, and would do anything to make you happy - but nothing seemed to happen without asking. On a positive note, everything was clean and no bugs or anything like that - it just seemed that the hotel was having growing/remodeling pains. The free breakfast is actually pretty darned good, with multiple hot items including eggs and two kinds of sausage plus orange and one other juice - no complaints. Their dinner menu is limited, but whoever is coming for them really puts on the effort to ensure you will be happy. I ended up taking the meal to my room simply because it felt strange being the only person eating there. A nice lobby, really good breakfast, friendly and helpful front desk, lousy housekeeping, clean.

Although the rooms did not have a microwave and a fridge the rooms were actually really nice and cleaned very well. Very good price. Staff are very friendly! But the biggest Star rating 10 out of 10 for the restaurant in the hotel! If you haven't tried their food it is an absolute must! We had the lemon cake yesterday and it was by far the best lemon cake my husband and I have ever had very moist and very good flavor! We had the steak tonight and I'm not a medium rare girl but yesterday after talking to the nice gentlemen that runs the resteraunt I decided to try it medium rare! It was so juicy and so tender and had just the most delicious flavor a steak could have! The first time ever I could actually enjoy a good steak! My husband and I both agree that it is by far the best steak we have also ever had! Oh and don't let me forget to mention the size of just 1 steak was enough to probably feed 2! Very nice cut! And when I say the fat melts in your mouth it literally disintegrates in your mouth! The mashed potatoes were freshly homemade and had amazing flavor and again I can't think of a time I have ever had mashed potatoes that good! We also got a chance to try the cheesecake as well as the coffee cake and again a job well done! We were very impressed with the restaurant all the way around! If you haven't stopped in to try it please do! They are open from 5pm to 9pm I believe! I promise it won't disappoint!! Huge shout out to them! Very glad we got a chance to try them out! We will be stopping by again next time we come through that's for sure!

Beautiful entry. Good location. Nice price. Awesome gym and pool area. Super yum breakfast included along with free parking! Rooms are spacious, modern, and nice. Great beds. Bar until 10 PM. I have stayed here twice, and each time, there has been some type of malfunction, unfortunately. The first time, there was water damage because of a big storm, and the water was IN the hotel rooms and ceilings, and we had to switch rooms. And this last time, they were doing renovations and left dirty wallpaper lying in the hallway, and the entire floor smelled like chemicals. The area under the sink was jacked up in our room and wall not closed. Also, there was no blow dryer. Sad. Anyhow...overall, the entry is amazing, food and staff are great, but this hotel needs to kick it up a notch with their interior and hired construction workers. I am not sure if we will stay again. 😕

All staff were very pleasant. Hallways & elevators need some attention. My room needed alot of attention! Spot stairs on several places on the carpet. The room smelt like how a bar smells that has been around since the early 1900's, stale beer & cigarettes. I do not smoke & all my clothing that I did not wear, had to be washed due to the horrendous smell. We did not ask for another room, our fault. But the staff was super friendly!!! And a pretty darn good breakfast every morning! And no outside noise - traffic or airport that's a plus too.

First off, DON'T READ THE REVIEWS FROM THE PAST. This hotel is wonderful. It had been closed for 4 years due to Covid and transformed in that time, with staff and renovations. You walk in and first thing you find is a wonderful, decorated lobby. The desk staff have smiles on their faces and are welcoming. Every single staff memeber from the front desk to the kitchen are warm, friendly and very welcoming. Willing to help and asking if you need anything. The rooms are decorated nicely with 4K TVs. Beds are firm but not hard and the rooms are very clean. The managment is walking around asking if you need anything and willing to help in any way. We travel alot to different states and places I can say without a doubt this is becoming a 5 Star place. HIGHLY RECOMMEND to any lone traveler to families. You don't feel unsafe in this place. A BIG THANK YOU AND SHOUT OUT TO THE BARTENDER THAT BOUGHT US DESERT FOR OUR BIRTHDAYS. That was certainly a plus for us and very thoughtful.

The hotel is not a 5 star hotel - a little old. But the rooms were clean, the bed was great, that the staff was good. Excellent value for the price. And, for ma (retired), an excellent location - easy access, many options for restaurants.

Phenomenal service from Nancy at the front desk. She was very warm and inviting for our entire stay. The room was great. The space was clean and spacious feeling. No demerits for the breakfast service either, your typical standard hotel breakfast, but kicked up a few notches. All around good experience.
