Had a two night stay here amid good reviews and affordable prices. The decor and ambiance around the hotel was fun and exciting. Always felt safe. Minimal Noise. Gym was clean and had plenty to do. Speakeasy was a relaxed vibe and was not intimidating at all. Room and bathroom was spacious and clean. Within walking distance to downtown Complementary use of umbrellas, bikes, and occasional wine/champagne Cons: room doesn’t get ice cold, woke up warm frequently (an issue that I read in other comments) Staff: friendly but not as professional Impressed by Indigo, would go to other Indigo’s around America based on this stay.

My family and I had the pleasure to stay at this beautiful hotel. Our stay was exceptionally pleasant here. Easily the nicest hotel in all of Omaha. The manager Matt, demonstrated such great customer service, so kudos to him. More hotels should aspire to show their guests the customer service that this hotel gives. We will most definitely be staying here the next time we are in town. Highly recommend.

Excellent new hotel in downtown Omaha. I was visiting for a comedy show at the CHI Health Center and I stayed at this hotel as it's just a few blocks away and is easily walkable. Staff was friendly upon arrival and provided welcome amenities to match my IHG elite status. The room was quite large and very modern, with a large bathroom as well. Unfortunately the bar and restaurant was still under construction so that'll be something to try next time. Parking was also a bit tricky but pretty standard for a downtown hotel. Overall an excellent hotel in an excellent location if you're looking to spend some time downtown for shows or a night out.

My partner and I stayed here over Easter weekend and we both really enjoyed our stay. The staff were always pleasant and helpful, and were so welcoming to everyone. The rooms are amazing, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We had the pleasure of getting a front-facing room and it was fun to see Omaha lit up at night. The only issues I had with the room was the fridge (although retro and fun looking) was a tad too small, the bathroom didn’t have much counter space (minor issue), and I would rather have had a regular coffee machine instead of a Nespresso machine (my partner enjoyed it though). Other than that I highly recommend you check this place out if you stay in downtown Omaha. It’s such a cold and interesting building inside and has a lot of history about the times of prohibition. The hotel was walking distance to lots of cool places as well (Old Market), and driving distance from the suburbs and everywhere else. Thanks for a great weekend!

Throughout my time in Omaha, I had family members visit and try out a few of the area's hotels. This was by far the one they liked the most. A new hotel in a great spot on the edge of downtown. I can't comment on all aspects of their stay but they had none of the complaints that they had at previous hotels.

A very nice hotel for the price. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed for remodeling while we were here but there are plenty of other places to eat. The rooms are clean. The shower could use more pressure but that's pretty normal for a hotel. The way this hotel was built is really interesting. Very comfortable. A pretty good home away from home.

Beautiful property! The combination of the old brick with contemporary decor is super cool! Service is top notch, from the valet parking to the service desk, to the guy cleaning the elevator. Anna's Place speakeasy is a hidden gem, literally. So much fun and a great place to meet for a drink and visit.

I am absolutely in love with this hotel. I fly around the United States all week long going to different hotels I have never been at such a wonderful, classy hotel. It is extremely elegant cost efficient and the service is fantastic. I would like to recognize two employees who did an outstanding job helping me and offering excellent customer service The first one helped me with my check in her name was Maya she was absolutely wonderful. Did a great job at checking me in and understanding the things that I needed. Also like to recognize SADE who did a fantastic job and helping me get an itemized receipt for my employer thank you ladies. I also want to mention that that hotel smells absolutely amazing , it is such a great smelling hotel. I never thought much about it before as this hotel has definitely leveled up my expectations. Great location in downtown within walking distance to restaurants and river front. The hotel is in a beautiful old converted building with plenty of it's history visible, in a good way! Plenty of quirky touches throughout and including in rooms. Parking lot is to the side of the hotel and it's not big. I parked with no issues late afternoon but you may struggle in bust times late at night. Restaurant was closed when I was there so breakfast was a grab and go style. That is the only reason I've knocked a star off. Quiet in rooms and a very good size. Bathroom has pump pots on the wall with body wash and shampoo which is a huge plus over other hotels (no slippery bar soap and environmentally friendly!). Friendly staff.

Love this hotel! The building is beyond cool, the rooms are such a breath of fresh air compared to any run of the mill chain hotel. The staff is accommodating and so kind. Especially Natalie! She made sure we had everything we needed, and even told me my outfit was cute 🥲 the housekeeping staff was amazing as well, they didn't even bat an eye when I requested 4 Nespresso pods for my morning. Definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Downtown area of Omaha. So many great things to do, and having a comfortable hotel with such a welcoming staff right down the road is a huge plus. Will absolutely be coming back!!

Really cool looking place with a neat room design. However the heater wouldn’t cool down so it was always hot. Also, the walls were thin so you could hear the neighbors really well. But the employees were very nice, just couldn’t fix the heater. And the location to downtown was excellent as we saw a show at the Steelhouse. Overall, pretty good! Just really warm.

We were very pleasantly surprised with this hotel! Aside from the impressive cleanliness and amenities, we enjoyed the thoughtful way the hotel was restored. It’s just lovely! And we could not say enough about all of the great staff! We have already recommended the Indigo to friends.

Favorite Omaha hotel hands down. Retro 20s/30s theme. Clean decor, not too busy. High level staff. "Speakeasy" bar off the lobby. Small, intimate place with high level craft cocktails, no cheap artificial mixers, hand made syrups, etc. Grab & go breakfast. Nespresso machines in rooms. Shuttle service to Old Market & airport. Good downtown location. $30 day valet parking or free parking garage across street. New bar restaurant opening 2024 on-site. Showers have regular heads plus handheld. Great price for quality place with great central location to downtown.

I come to Omaha often for work. This is by far my favorite hotel! Mia, Alex, Sade…I can’t compliment you enough! Having worked in many service industry jobs, I can feel & see that this place treats their employees well. Keep doing it right, Indigo Omaha! I recommend you to EVERYONE. See you soon.

We had a great stay here! Our room was very clean, staff was extremely kind and helpful, and housekeeping was consistent and met our needs. Located downtown, not only was I pleasantly surprised how quiet it was, but there is so much to do downtown that this hotel is in a great location near likely anything that one would want to do. Their shuttle service is very helpful as **available parking downtown is very limited**. That said, with the hotel’s happy hour, the speakeasy located inside it, and the lovely Astute Coffee next door, you don’t have to go far for some of the area’s delights.

This place is so clean! I was impressed with how well cared for the whole facility was, from the front door, to the elevators, to the room, it all looked freshly cleaned. Staff was wonderful and we had a restful sleep. What else can you ask for? We will definitely stay here again!

I am a Bride and we booked a hotel wedding block for our guests (43 rooms total) - I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay or any brides that are looking for a hotel block downtown. The affordability of the lower block rate far surpassed the need for being directly downtown in the Old Market for location and our guests greatly appreciated the more cost efficient option. Not to mention that it is completely renovated and we received multiple compliments from guests at how nice the hotel was - very well done mid-century modern tying in the history of the building. Many guests, myself included, stated it was one of the nicer hotels we have stayed in (and I can be a little bit of a hotel snob). The beds were comfortable, tall ceilings in the rooms and rooms feel larger than an average hotel room - the suites are massive! The staff was so helpful, warm, inviting and Dan the hotel manager was incredibly helpful through the entire process leading up to our wedding weekend. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised with how special they made us feel our entire stay. They even surprised us with roses, chocolates, & champagne on our wedding night. We look forward to a future anniversary staycations here!

Great place to stay in the downtown Omaha region. Excellent location and really nice rooms. It was like an unfinished basement feel in the rooms, but with furniture and no spiders. They present it in a cool and modern way that makes it really nice to stay in. Check in was quick and easy, as was the grab-and-go breakfast. I would recommend this 100%. Thank you, Hotel Indigo!

This was my second stay here at Hotel Indigo in Omaha and just as wonderful as the first. The location is close to downtown/Old Market. The decor and ambience is beautiful. There was some construction for a new bar going on but we never heard it and made me excited for what’s to come! The rooms are gorgeous with exposed brick and it is easily the quietest hotel I’ve stayed in. You never hear other guests talking or doors opening and closing. This will continue to be our go to place to stay when in Omaha! Our front desk attendant, Madeline, was wonderful as well.

There were renovations going on when we visited for vacation, but even so, I loved it. Nearly everything was great: the service was very friendly, they played amazing music in the lobby, the speakeasy had the perfect mood, the rooms were clean and stylish. The only thing we had problems with was finding parking other than the valet parking.

This could be a perfect place for a couple without kids, the place didn't have a restaurant open yet or any amenities for them, my husband and me went to take a 🍸 drink in the speak-easy bar. The costumer service was great with Sade trying to find the best room for us, she fixed her mistake after she gave us a wrong room that was dirty but she was really helpful. The decoration is great and beds are comfortable with beautiful and comfy pillows, even though our restroom was freezing (15°F) and was uncomfortable to take a shower after a busy day 🤨when I called to know where was the heater for restroom they told me that for the location of my room (corner) that was normal!! Just for this I don't think we could come back.

Hotel is convenient for visiting Omaha downtown. Also has parking for guests. It is a dog friendly hotel however there is no grass area available. There is a mulch area but that had a lot of cigarette butts which can be poisonous to dog. A suggestion is to have container by the door to go to parking lot to have cigarettes deposited. Also I don’t know if Nebraska has different laws for handicapped available. The exit to parking lot has no ramp or automatic door opener. Also doors that open into hallways have no automatic openings. Also on February 10 the fire alarm went off. There was only a strobe light in the bedroom no voice alert but in lobby there was verbal alert

Very nice hotel, centrally located with a fantastic, helpful staff. Everyone I spoke to was very kind and didn't hesitate to help out when I had an issue with the parking garage next door. You can tell everything has been newly renovated. The rooms are clean and new, very well designed.

Gorgeous hotel in a prohibition era building. Renovations kept all the original brickwork and ceilings which adds to the flavor of experience. Rooms are very well decorated to compliment the structure. They also have a speakeasy next to the microwave and behind the popcorn I definitely recommend đź‘Ť

We stayed here for a fun staycation experience and it was amazing! The decor and aesthetic is unmatched. Excellent attention to detail. Our room was spacious and very clean. The employees are kind; the bottled water at check-in is a nice touch. The location is close enough to major downtown restaurants, events, etc., but far enough away to enjoy a quiet night's sleep. Anna's Place is an added bonus and don't miss out on visiting Astute Coffee next door!
