This
is
one
of
the
worst
emergency
departments
i
have
ever
been
to.
I
feel
like
a
waisted
trip
of
2
days
to
er
dpt.and
hospital.
I
went
there
at
9:30am
a
few
days
ago
or
so
and
it
was
about
4pm
or
so
before
taking
back
to
er
room
to
be
checked
out
by
the
doctors.
When
taking
back
i
saw
many
rooms
that
were
empty
and
nurses
and
drs
be
so
lay
back
talking,
laughing,
texting
on
their
phones…
etc
is
terrible…
and
patients
suffer.The
front
lady
with
guy
working
in
the
reception
are
horrible
with
patients.
This
lady
is
sarcastic
and
rude
and
the
guy
tells
you
to
wait
5-10
mins
after
you
have
asked
several
times
you
would
like
to
leave
and
go
to
another
er
dpt.
I
kept
asking
him
over
and
over
again
and
basically
being
ignored
like
i
was
nothing
and
just
didn’t
matter.
He
kept
telling
me
he
would
let
nurse
know
and
for
me
to
be
able
to
leave
i
would
have
to
sign
a
release
form
but
i
never
saw
that
release.
Then
after
i
spoke
to
the
girl
upfront
again
who
was
working
with
him
she
told
me
that
i
was
next
in
line
to
be
taken
back
to
a
room
after
it
got
cleaned
out…
i
told
her
i’m
only
waiting
another
30mins.
Since
i
had
waited
over
5hrs
or
so.
It
was
ridiculous
how
unorganized
and
unprofessional
they
treat
patients
and
can’t
get
their
s***
right
to
get
the
patients
who
are
suffering
with
pain,
injuries
or
illness
back
to
rooms
and
get
them
treated.
Then
you
hear
them
sit
back
all
relaxed
and
gossip
about
patients
right
in
front
of
the
patients?!
It’s
not
right!!
When
finally
upfront
lady
took
me
back
with
the
wheel
chair
and
i
told
her
i
was
very
sorry
and
that
i
wasn’t
trying
to
be
rude
when
asked
to
leave
and
get
form
signed,
i
was
and
still
am
in
lots
of
pain…she
got
very
angry
and
started
to
go
off
on
me
basically
raising
her
voice…
i
felt
her
anger
and
hate
with
how
she
was
wording
things.She
shouldn’t
be
anywhere
near
patients
the
way
she
speaks
to
the
patients
as
it
wasn’t
just
me
but
another
couple
and
many
other
patients
i
heard
which
also
told
me
how
she
spoke
to
them
as
well.
Manager
or
owner
of
hospital
needs
to
get
on
top
of
these
issues.
Most
ppl
always
excuse
medical
people
and
say
that
they
are
all
short
of
staff
and
with
covid…blah
blah…
etc.
NO
that
is
just
not
the
only
reason…
it’s
because
there’s
are
Drs.and
nurses,
and
staff
who
have
lost
compassion
for
patients
or
maybe
never
had
any
to
begin
with.
Maybe
those
need
to
find
another
profession
since
they
can’t
be
kind
and
caring
to
human
beings.
Doctors
have
taken
that
hippocratic
oath…
however
nowadays
it’s
not
about
saving
ppl
lives
and
getting
them
healthy…
but
all
about
the
$$$
thats
all
that
matters
in
their
eyes,
we
are
basically
another
number
they
gotta
get
us
in
and
out
and
move
on
to
the
next
#.
I
could
say
though
that
the
one
Doctor
i
saw
i
believe
it
was
dr.
Wilson
was
a
good
doctor
and
same
goes
to
the
one
nurse
who
treated
me
to
get
me
ready
until
i
was
admitted.
That
is
why
i
added
those
stars
besides
having
to
add
at
least
one
so
i
can
write
this
review.
As
far
as
after
getting
admitted
to
the
hospital
almost
about
everyone
was
nice
however
they
need
to
be
more
coordinated
with
the
doctors
and
other
staff.
Doctors
who
had
told
me
they
would
come
back
to
my
room
and
see
me
after
my
mri
results
never
came
back
to
speak
to
me
and
it
was
the
nurses
mostly
who
did
all
the
work
and
gave
me
all
the
referrals
when
dismissed.
Then
hospitals
wonder
why
nurses
burn
out?!
Some
nurses
need
to
learn
though
or
get
some
more
training
that
is
not
very
nice
for
patients
to
hear
them
gossip
them
to
other
nurses
or
staff.
Not
all
nurses
are
that
way
but
i
understand
we
all
human
and
make
mistakes
or
don’t
think
before
we
act.
I
saw
more
compassion
and
kindness
from
a
few
nurses
and
other
staff
who
worked
at
the
hospital
with
no
medical
background
but
yet
were
more
professional
than
the
actual
professionals!
