Central Park Plaza

Tourist attraction Historical landmark Business center

👍 One of the few upscale areas of downtown Omaha. It's a very enjoyable place for lunch time walk or to grab a bite to eat from one of the area restaurants. A friend is going to fly his drone through the 10 foot wide gap between these tall skyscapers. Check my YouTube channel to view the video.

It's pretty centralized, I guess, but I didn't see the park anywhere.

This is a pretty cool little enclave. There are 4 tables in the shade and a Starbucks nearby. If you need somewhere to hang out for a bit, this is a good option.

Great design. Starbucks right on the corner where we had lunch where we enjoyed the overall simple environment.

Old office building, sketchy elevators and all. Bathrooms are outdated, maintenance is slow to get to things. It is nice to have a starbucks on site. But since Sullivans stopped doing lunch, there is no longer a lunch option in the building. There are tons of others lunch options, it is downtown after all, it was nice to not have to leave the building on overly cold or rainy days.

A great place to walk and see the fountains and river. If you are a runner this is a great park to run through.

All the elevators don't work. And the employees are too new they don't know Crown center background and future, the vision.

It's an office building. Elevators sound like something out of an old scifi movie.

The architecture was nice, however the homeless laying around was a bit of a distraction. It lacked maintenance, as the water was littered with dead fish! They added blue dye to the water which clearly has had a negative effect on things. I didn’t even bother taking photos.
