I
didn't
give
5
starts
on
food
because
we
only
had
the
fetira
with
honey,
but
the
menu
looked
yummy.
I
called
ahead
and
took
a
large
group
to
do
the
Ethiopian
coffee
ceremony.
A
lovely
young
woman
with
a
beautiful
smile
in
traditional
dress
roasted
the
coffee
beans
in
front
of
us,
brought
it
around
for
us
to
smell,
and
then
ground
and
brewed
it
for
us,
in
three
consecutive
rounds.
There
isn't
a
lot
of
explanation,
and
between
rounds
you
can
chat
and
move
around.
The
menu
looked
wonderful,
but
we
only
had
the
fetira
(tortilla)
and
honey.
A
slightly
sweetened
popcorn
and
(ginger
or
turmeric?)
cookies
are
served
with
the
coffee.
The
service
was
so
attentive
and
we
all
really
enjoyed
it.
Don't
do
the
ceremony
if
you
are
in
a
hurry.
The
first
cup
is
strong
but
with
cream
and
sugar
it
was
sooooo
nice.
The
second
and
third
cups
get
progressively
milder.
We
highly
recommend
the
ceremony
for
coffee
lovers
and
for
a
wonderful
Ethiopian
experience!
