Loved this place. Really good food and service. The servers were really attentive to everyone's needs, I was surprised they managed all the people there only between 3 waitresses and did not forget anything! Many locals were here, so this was a nice dining place to have brunch. Recommend it if you're in Omaha.

Went to Harold's for breakfast with a friend of mine. I had never ate there despite driving past the place a thousand times over the years. It's an Omaha favoritensince 1958? They food was decent and the employees were friendly. The service was a bit slow. The decor is definitely old school diner. I like that. My aunt and Uncle ran an old diner and it brought back a few memories. I had the Susie Special. Scrambled eggs mixed with hash browns.

This is just one of those diners you always want toncome back to. It's unique layout is actually quite brilliant! I wish more places had this concept. You know it is a great place, too, when right before it opens you have a line of people already there. The food and atmosphere is that good! It isn't crowded or long wait times. That isn't what I am getting at with people lined up. It's just it is a place you want to go to. Service is quick because of the layout, and staff is very kind and upbeat. The food is fantastic! Exactly, the comforting food you wish for in a diner. Well played! This will be a place I go to often!

Really good breakfast spot we ran into while in town. They are open for a late breakfast, I believe till 1 which is convenient for late breakfast lovers like me. I got a Susies Special which had hashbrowns, eggs, and onions all scrambled together and a pancake on the side. Plenty of egg and omelet options, many types of pancakes or waffles or french toast. Definitely something for everyone. It was delicious. We all finished our plates and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The staff was all nice and helpful. Classic old diner vibes. Would go again.

Fantastic vintage dinner serving coffee, donuts, breakfast, and lunch! It was clean, fantastic service, not greasy. Good diner coffee. We tried both breakfast and lunch items and it was all delicious!

They don't do to go orders on the weekend because someone ordered a lot of food and the waitress didn't finished the story. She only stated to go orders only Tuesday- Friday no weekend orders I was just in there yesterday. And I specifically stated to several waitress I care for my mother with alzheimers and dementia so it's easier getting her food prepared because it's a hassle caring for her and makes my life a little easier so I will be in everyday their open to order and no one said anything to me about not doing take out on Saturday or Sunday.

Very typical American breakfast place. The store is quite small and it gets full easily. It has a very classic diner look. It took us awhile to be seated cause it was a peak hour when we get there. The staffs were very friendly and engaging. The breakfast food was ok but I loved the freshly baked cinnamon roll. The serving time was quite long but it was understandable. The staffs did pretty good job.

It has been years since I have been here and it is still the same. Old time diner with great food and service in the heart of Florence. The waitress provided great service, being prompt and kept the coffee and water full. The food was good as well. The only opportunity I would say is getting the tables cleaned off quicker for the next guests, as they were busy for a Thursday morning. Other than that, the experience was good and would recommend stopping.

Everything was cooked perfectly, slightly underseasoned, but overall great food! Our server was fantastic, she gave us a couple donuts, because we were first-timers, the donuts are awesome as well!

Great place! Friendly staff and great food! It was super busy for a Wednesday morning before 9am but our waitress was very prompt. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. This was our 1st time there but I know we will be back!

Very cute little joint for breakfast and brunch. Staff members are all very friendly and it gives old school diner vibes for sure. Great atmosphere and home like service. Food portions were appropriate and decently priced, you have to try the cinnamon rolls! Definitely will be making this one of my go to breakfast spots.

Such a CUTE place with friendly service, excellent koffee, and uniquely named and delicious food items. Make sure to check out the Jack Nickelson booth, try the homemade donuts and bakery items, and enjoy this family owned diner!

Out of towners looking for a warm, hearty bite. Harold's DID NOT disappoint. I had chorizo platter and wife had eggs and toast. Both were excellent! Definitely recommend and will be back.

Made my first stop at this place yesterday when my wife took me for birthday breakfast! Amazing food, fantastic service and loved the whole history and vibe. Breakfast nachos are a 10/10 recommendation and you will never find your coffee cup empty!

Harold's serves great diner food. Something that is harder to find nowadays. My egg scramble and pancake were perfect! Our waitress was friendly. Food was prompt. Restaurant was clean (even the restroom, which shows they keep a clean shop). I would recommend to anyone deciding if they should go. It's worth a visit.

The food had great flavor. I gave it 4 stars only because it came out not completely hot. It was busy so I chalked it up to that. I didn't complain about it because my eggs and hash browns were still steaming. All in all it was great! 100% would recommend and go back again! Oh and the service was fantastic!

The BEST breakfast steak in town!!!!! They were busy and my life partner and I had to wait a minute for them to clear the table we were at as the last bite of the previous dinner's steak sat on a plate before us. It smelled so good we just had to order some of our own and we ended up making sure the waitress told the chef how wonderful everything was. Melt in your mouth breakfast steaks cooked to perfection and they even know what blue means (Pittsburg rare). The most evenly cooked, mouth watering breakfast steak I've ever had. As we left my life partner and I agreed that THIS is our default breakfast go to. Everything else was amazing too. Eggs cooked exactly how they're ordered, to perfection, hash browns not to crispy but not at all mushy, all so good!!!!! Edit: and they even make their own donuts. Chocolate, cinnamon sugar, and vanilla. My life partner and I split a vanilla and it was the best donut I've ever had. I added this as an edit because it was the best donut I've ever had but that steak was so good I forgot about it until after I posted this ☺ So good!!!

Really warm service, homey diner. I had a delicious veggie omelet with some original and perfectly cooked hash browns. And a bottomless cup of coffee. I was persuaded to take away two homemade donuts, which were the capstone to a perfect breakfast

Food is good , all the wait staff are friendly and helpful. But the new coffee sucks. My wife is a big coffee drinker but when the cafe went under new management she took one drink and that was the last drink. We will be looking for a new cafe for our coffee. If we could take the staff with us we would.

Walking in Harold's has a classic vibe where you can get an experience from the past from the wait staff to the taste of the food. It's like going back in time. They have classic dinner-style dishes. In the morning and need to find a breakfast place Harold's is the place with outstanding service and a good old-fashioned breakfast that tastes like grandma used to make. Pancakes eggs sausage bacon hashbrowns plus many and they cook it to your liking. For lunch try a burger and fries. So I'm not going to give you everything on the menu, you just have to go and find out for yourself.

We went on Father's Day so they were busy, but the waitress was great and I loved the breakfast nachos!

This was my first time at Harold's and I'll definitely be back. In the picture I shared of my steak and eggs, the steak was definitely over cooked. Extremely. Tougher than a rubber sole. But I nicely told the waiters and they made it right. The new steak was definitely worth it. The kids enjoyed the atmosphere and the whole staff was very welcoming on a busy day like Mother's day.

My family and I stopped in for breakfast and enjoyed ourselves. This neighborhood diner definitely is a valued part of the community. You could tell that people had been regulars for years and decades and I understand why. The menu offers a wide selection of straight-forward breakfast options and a few fun gems too. The meals we all ordered were good and hot! I definitely recommend stopping in for a satisfying breakfast anytime.

We had an excellent brunch! Portion sizes were fantastic and the food was delicious!! Not too long of a wait to get our food after ordering, and there was no wait to be seated. The prices were super duper reasonable too! If I lived here, I would definitely frequent this place.
