If you only can get one option, go for the signature bun (better description below) Delicious buns in a counter service cafe. They have some half both seating if you prefer a comfort seat. The single chairs have padding on the seat but is wooden on the back. We were greeted by a very patient cashier who explained all of our options to us. Thankfully there was no one else in line so we didn't hold anyone up. We chose the combo meal to try a bit of Everything Signature bun 5 stars There is a reason why they are well known for this. It's slightly sweet, lightly crispy outside, a pillow soft bread texture inside... With coffee and caramel flavors. Kafta sandwich 4.5 stars This was my favorite sandwich option out of the two Chicken escalope wrap 4 stars This would be the standard safe bet option Karak tea 4.5 stars I was originally told this was decaffeinated but it's made with black tea. I do hope they get a decaf version though it might not be possible since they are a chain. I felt the meal was a pretty good option at 15.99 with 4 different items. We exchanged the soft drink for Karak tea. We were given a choice of size. I'm not sure if there was an upcharge though since my friend paid for me. Parking is available in a large lot shared by other businesses.

So glad I made the trip to come here! My w family visited their location in UAE and I’m excited to say the flavors were on point and it was such an awesome experience! The karak tea was delicious and the vanilla latte was velvety smooth! The signature bun was my favorite as it had great texture in the outside and an amazingly soft and flavorful interior. If I lived here I’d get 12 signature buns at a time! The kafta sandwich was also delicious with bold and bright flavors. Super fresh!

The signature buns and coffees are absolutely amazing! The original bun is my favorite. We tried a few different ones and they are all great. The fresh juices are really good as well. They are not pre juiced and are juiced at the time of order. We have tried the broccoli cheddar soup, the chicken wrap, pasta salad, pappa salad, and the mozzarella sandwich. Everything is very well made and the plating is beautiful. The owner is very sweet and welcoming! Highly recommend this place.

If you follow me, you know I love good eats and good customer service. This place has both!! It is rare to find these days. The atmosphere was great and these buns are amazing. I added fruit to my cinnamon bun and I was extremely pleased with taste, presentation, and quality. This is definitely one of my new spots. I highly recommend.

We came to this place a couple of times already. Tried different buns and drinks. I especially enjoyed eating the classic coffee bun. I am so glad we have a new place for breakfast and snacks. This restaurant is nice, clean, and well setup. I highly recommend this place to anyone living in Omaha and it’s surrounding areas to come try this place.

Wow! Wish I would have discovered this place sooner. The coffee is so good, the Karak tea is so unique and tasty too. Everything is so fresh too and made to order. Highly recommend the bosca bun and caramel latte. The owner is very nice and helpful too!

If I could, I would give this place 75 out of 5 stars. It’s so incredibly amazing and authentic. The care put into every order is amazing. You really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. The Turkish coffee is a must!

Had lunch, we had the kafta sandwich and the falafel sandwich, both were OK, a little too much cilantro for our tastes. The highlight was the signature bun we split worth the trip for sure would go again for buns and coffee for sure. The pineapple smoothy wasn't worth the cost, a bit on the small-size and was very tart.

PappaRoti’s buns are out of this world. If you haven’t tried their buns then you’re missing out big time. Highly recommend their classic bun and all other buns with the Turkish coffee. Authentic Malaysian Bun with really nice dine-in ambience. Their Karak Tea is also the most beloved item on their menu so make sure you try that.

Today was our first time eating here - what a gem! We will definitely be back to check out more of the menu. Today we were on the hunt for a light lunch for our family (2 adults plus 2 kids 6 & 7 yrs old), but their menu appears to shine also in the drinks and desserts sections. We said we’d totally come back for coffee with business buddies as well as just for a sweet treat with the kiddos. Make sure to download their app to sign up for points but doing so will also earn you a free signature bun (the basic one), what a delight that was, so tasty! Never had anything like it 😋. The younger gentleman also there taking orders and preparing the food was excellent - great customer service as well as good food prep and presentation skills! Glad we finally decided to check the place out!!

This place is a true hidden gem in our city. The only place where they serve authentic chai without calling it chai latte. Made just like Maa makes it at home and without which mornings don’t start in our desi households! They have the friendliest staff and diverse food options with signature buns, sandwiches, mezze platters, non-veg, and veg options. There is something for everyone. The food is baked and cooked fresh daily with quality ingredients. You can taste the freshness in their Tabouli and Hummus. The marriage of all the flavors hits the spot, and the atmosphere is cozy and modern—a great place to eat and also study/work at. Highly recommended- 5 stars!!!

Go here Go here GO HERE!!! This place is absolutely amazing! The Buns are absolutely incredible. Even if you don't like the taste of coffee like me, the coffee buns still taste incredible. Also highly recommend the cheese sticks and McDonald's style french Fries.

This is my first time being at this place and I was having some relatively high expectations for it. I was initially wanting to go for a signature drink with a signature bun, but the man at the counter told me that 2/3 of the menu would not be available until 9 AM, and it was currently 8 AM at the time. "Fine," I told myself. I was hoping use a coupon for my original order, but I didn't want to make a big deal about it. You can't get everything in life. So, what caught my eye was this drink called "the Turkish Coffee." I decided to go for that and the order came out to be $4.37. I was hoping this would be high quality, super fancy, and delicious coffee, especially at this price. Well, once I got my order, I was a little surprised that it was actually a REALLY small cup. Okay, no problem. I've seen this before like with macchiatos. But, when I took my first sip of it, I immediately noticed that something was off. There was this odd watery, burnt chocolate taste that I had got. The texture felt something closest to a badly made hot chocolate, and the worst part was the leftover grounds that began to form residue on the sides and bottom of my cup. I wasn't pleased by it at all, and it left a bad aftertaste in my mouth. Now, would I say you shouldn't visit this place? Well, I only tried out one small order from PappaRoti, and for all I know, my order may have been a fluke. Or, maybe that is what Turkish Coffee is supposed to taste like. Either way, I have little doubt that the rest of the menu will taste much better than this. I might actually come back again and try something else; something more basic and regular. I would highly recommend though to watch out for the Turkish Coffee. To me personally, it just messed with my day. I will be willing to improve my rating if my next visit will prove to be better.

Tasty! Kinda pricey but the carma mocha ice cream was very good. Better than the vanilla. We went with the mind frame we would get dinner and a treat. We feel this is more of a dessert or breakfast place- not really a 'meal' place. Very loud inside as there was a large group of about 7 inside so it was hard for my husband and I to carry on a conversation at a small table. There is outdoor seating but it was very hot that day. My husband works outside daily in the heat so we decided to stay inside where it was noisy. We did enjoy our dessert though!!

I enjoy this place. I saw it on TikTok and it looked good so I went. I’ll be back to try some other things on their menu. Nice atmosphere and the buns are really good.

Food was so good I'm definitely comming back. I love to try new places to eat. They have delicious coffee, if your feeling adventurous you gotta try this place and the two ladies who were working at the time were super friendly!

Great buns, signature bun was fresh and warm, great with honey on top. Great menu of desserts, sandwiches, snacks and drinks. Great to have this chain in Omaha of all places!

The place is nice, chill ambiance. Food is yum. The Karak chai is our favorite and who can resist their buns. We have tried almost all the flavors and everything tasted good. I hope this place gets more visitors as the food is delicious and the owner and people who work there are sweet.
