Small and modern, with a cute cozy section in the back of the cafe. Seems like a great place for remote working. Zoom/phone meetings could be tough with the music and bean grinders going, although this is true of any coffee shop. I ordered a latte with caramel sauce and it was delicious. Similar flavor to a caramel macchiato from Starbucks if you’re looking to support a local business instead!

If you have been looking for an elevated coffee shop in Omaha, you just found it. The interior is absolutely beautiful. There is a gorgeous bar with screens above showing the menu. They have a small pastry case and a computer at the front of the bar where you order! You place your items in the cart, type out the name for the order and pay. Then you wait until they call the name for the order. I ordered a hot tea (English Breakfast) and an iced coffee, The PB Mixer to be exact - I obviously had to try the peanut butter drink! It was delicious! The tea was served without being steeped which was a nice touch because I love being able to control the amount of time I steep my tea. I also noticed that the brand of their teas is one of the very best! If you are ever in West Omaha, you have to stop here!

This was our first time trying The Grind Coffeehouse, and the coffee was very good. They have some milk alternative such a almond and oat milk but they did not have coconut milk. The service was fast except it is all ordered online through a QR code or kiosk instead of connecting with an employee. The ambiance was nice and quiet making it a great place to study, work, or meet up with a friend.

Favorite New West Omaha Coffeeshop! The Grind is hands-down my favorite new coffee spot. The coffee itself is incredible (I'm a bit of a coffee snob, and have a Jura machine at home, so it has to be good if I go and buy a cup from somewhere). The interior is stunningly beautiful and cozy. I regularly meet friends or clients here, because I know it's the right cozy vibe for a great conversation. Do yourself a favor and try it out! It will quickly become your regular spot. Oh, and also, I love that I can order online and the coffee is ready when I show up. (You can order online when you arrive if you want to, as well. My hubby, who isn't so keen on online ordering, found it helpful that the staff was there to help him place his order and answer questions he had in store to get just the right customized drink) My daughter loves the Thai iced tea. Some of the best we've had from around town!

The Grind Coffeehouse has become my #1 go-to coffee in Omaha, and a favorite spot both for meeting friends and for picking up a cup to-go. Their light roast from Oddly Correct in KC (Good Girl Roast) is the best and I recommend it to anyone who will listen. Definitely check it out.

I really like the atmosphere here. Very modern, clean, and relaxing. The macchiato I order was great. Exactly the coffee flavor I was looking for. The cinnamon coffee cake was even better! Ordering here is a little different utilizing a kiosk to self order. I personally don’t mind it but it may be difficult for different generations.

Modern. Comfortable. DELICIOUS. The Grind Coffeehouse is exactly what's been missing in this part of town. The design is beautiful and intentional. Clearly a lot of thought has gone into the menu, both food and drinks. It's also just a genuine pleasure to spend time in this wonderful little spot. The products are high-quality, the space is truly special and the service is speedy. And their oat milk lattes are some of the BEST in town. BONUS: it's also locally owned by small business owners. Highly recommend!

This is my favorite coffee shop in Omaha! The flavor of their coffee, espresso, and syrups are so much better than any other coffee shop like Starbucks or Scooters. You can tell they take their time with crafting each drink. I always place a mobile order and the staff is quick to get it done if I arrive early. My go to order is an iced vanilla oat milk latte. I order this from every coffee shop and gotta say The Grind wins! The pricing is average and not too bad compared to other coffeehouses. I love the interior of the The Grind and it is a great place to study. Staff/baristas are respectful and quiet, so it is easy to get work done. Other coffee shops, sometimes the staff is obnoxious and unaware that there are customers in the lobby. I wish The Grind had an app or easy ordering and some type of point system.

This might be the cutest coffee shop in West Omaha! Excellent menu and adorable ambiance. I stopped by in the afternoon, right before close and got a peach mango refresher. My kids loved the chocolate banana loaf. I can't wait to come again in the morning to try their coffee.

My family stopped in for the first time today. Our anxious wait for them to open was worth it for a perfect afternoon reprieve. All three drinks (coffee selections) were heated wonderfully, added flavors were just right and not overly sweet, and the atmosphere was simply alive. It somewhat reminded me of an espresso cafe in NYC that I enjoy visiting. We are looking forward to another visit soon and it just may be my new go-to. Well done.

My husband and I tried out this coffee shop for the first time yesterday and loved it! My iced latte was the best I’ve had since moving to Omaha, and their avocado toast is my new favorite. The staff was super friendly and helpful even though they were really busy. We’ll definitely be back!

The Grind is SO GOOD. By far my new favorite coffee shop. Especially now an incredible coffee place on the west side of Omaha. I love getting a hot latte and their avocado toast is to die for. The Chicken salads are also a delicious lunch. The wait for a coffee when it was really busy was highly worth it. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an incredible coffee and experience!

I couldn’t be more happy to have such an incredible coffee shop in Omaha! The atmosphere and vibe of the coffee shop is so elevated and cozy. Perfect spot to get work done or study. The drink options are like no other coffee shop. The staff and service have been amazing and efficient since opening day. You have to try to Mama Mo’s iced tea (Thai iced tea) it’s my absolute favorite!

Such a great coffee shop! My boyfriend and I absolutely LOVED The Grinder. We also tried the warm, blueberry muffin... yum! Great atmosphere, friendly employees and so cute inside. So thankful this is 5 minutes from my house!

Stopped by opening week to check out what all the hype was about and we were not disappointed. Got a latte and had to try momma’s iced Thai tea. Both were perfect. And I’m quite the consumer of Thai teas so my vote isn’t won easily. Atmosphere is welcoming and staff were friendly and clearly excited about helping customers find the perfect drink or snack. Great spot to meet friends or get some work done away from the office. Ordering from the table was a nice perk as well. Will be back soon!

The prefect atmosphere to get some work done or to meet a friend for coffee! The Grind Coffeehouse smells divine as soon as you step through the doors. It has such a calming atmosphere. There is a back area that would be perfect to sit and visit with a friend or plug in and get some work done. Ordering is quick a easy! You can order using their QR code or their kiosk. I had the Thai iced tea which is a recipe from one of the owners mother. It is flavorful and soothing! The triple berry tart is sweet, tart and flaky. I highly recommend this locally owned coffee shop!
