Employees are absolutely fantastic at this location, the only reason for one star is 100% the prices. Eight dollars for one drink after your most recent price increase. You just lost a customer. You guys are by far more superior quality then Starbucks, but I cannot pay eight dollars for one drink. For my family of four to come there and get drinks cost about as much as going out to dinner. I hope you take this review the heart!

I went inside this establishment and pleasantly surprised! Very clean and didn't realize how much seating there was here. Both employees were so friendly! I tried the new butterscotch blended coffee, and now I think this is my new favorite

as a first time patron from out of town, I had no idea what to expect or what they offered. these people were so friendly and helpful. It was unbelievable. Five stars are simply not enough. I had no clue what to order. and the lady was very patient with me asked me what I usually drink, and chose the perfect option for what I was looking for. The place was clean, the muffins were to die for, and the coffee was excellent!! I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great coffee!

Okay drive through experience. The service was good but I wasn't impressed by the breakfast sandwich I had. It was pretty bland and the cheese tasted like cheap cheese. The mango smoothie was good, although not natural.

Always a quick place to stop for a cup. Staff is friendly and effecient! The drive thru runs well.

I've been coming to this scooters for a couple weeks now and most of the ladies look miserable and act like they really hate their job but Lisa who works drive thru weekday mornings is a GODDESS!! So thankful for her and her bright smile, helpful tips and great conversations every morning! GIVE THAT WOMAN A RAISE ITS HARD TO FIND EMPLOYEES LIKE HER THESE DAYS!!!

It's OK. Coffee was fine service was good but need new or clean fabric chairs. Didn't really excited me.

I've only been here once, but it was a good experience. The drinks weren't outstanding but they were adequate (they weren't bad at all). The real attraction of this place is the large area to hangout with others. This is a a good venue if you have half a dozen people and want some space to hang out.

Since we live off of 84th and Old Cheney, we swing by this scooters very often as it's so close to our place. The service is quick and the staff are all very courteous. Even when there is a sizeable line of vehicles it generally moves pretty quickly. The other day, I ordered a wet cappuccino at the line and when I got to the window, the young lady confirmed whether I had ordered a dry or a wet cappuccino. I confirmed that it was a wet cappuccino. She said that they had accidentally made a dry one and so she apologized and gave me the drink for free and made a wet cappuccino for me right there. That was what I would call top notch customer service!

The food itself was fine, the study environment was near 0 with even lower customer service. The three girls working tonight (11/30/2023) dont know what customer service is. Insulting my friend for having a bad chip in his card, as well as closing almost TWO HOURS EARLY! They were vacuuming (so noisy) and turning lights off at 7:00pm. I’ve never seen such an entitled and arrogant group of high schoolers than the ones working that night. Not calling out orders, taking in a group behind the counter and not helping customers. Horrible customer care.

I really don't care about the atmosphere...just the coffees. They have got an iced blended drink that they call an Almond Joy. It is excellent.
