We love their steak burgers and french fries. We stopped in for dinner and it wasn't too busy at all. We were greeted by their friendly staff and placed our order. Our order was done in no time at all, and everything thing was great. Then we had to order some custards to go.

Don't go to this location at all. It was filthy and unkept...service was lackluster apparently they have size options now for their sides which I was not told at the time of ordering so I had to complain about how we got jipped on fries and I looked stupid when the manager on duty said they have size options now for all sides. As far as the food it was okay, other locations are much better. Other patrons had to basically request the place to be cleaned. Had we not already ordered we would of walked out...see disgusting pictures of how unclean this location was...

This is the first time that I have ordered cheese curds and they have proper crunchy breading without a soggy greasy mess like other locations I think these have an unbelievable taste to them compared to any other location I've been to, love it

I have not been inside at all so I didn't address the atmosphere. Food is always delish. However, if u want cheese on your fries.. Ask for it on the side. We didn't and they put so much cheese, you couldn't even taste the fries. It really was just a pile of not great tasting liquid cheese with the fries sticking out. Not even real cheese. I should have asked before I ordered. No flavor at all, so we threw them out. I usually love their skinny fries and sauce together and thought a little cheese would be tasty. Everything else was great. Burgers are always hot and fresh. I never regret a burger there.

Every time I come to this place to get food there is never a clean table in the restaurant and the condiments station is filthy and the floors look like are never swept or mopped. - Food is aways hot and fresh. - Service is always friendly. Try the cheese curds with the caramel sauce.

The service was great, everyone was super friendly. Especially the girl taking orders inside. The only fault was the cleanliness, trash cans were full and there were just bits of trash all over the floor. The tables were also kind of sticky.

Love this place... I live in California where this place doesn't exist.. I always get it when I come to the Midwest... But delivery is tricky.. I got chilli frys and asked for bbq sauce... I got no fork and no sauce... I ended up throwing away the fries.. Too hard to eat without a fork.. I love bbq with burger.. threw away most of the burger... Grain of salt experience.. But not good this time ...

went to order a ice cream and they says we have ice watery runny you serious. How a custard place dont have ice cream ? canceled my ordered. Will never go here again.

Not very clean. Disappointing - wish I had read the recent reviews, before I suggested the family eat here - it used to be clean. (Although there were replies to the reviews, it doesn't appear anything has been done to correct the cleanliness issue.)

Went at noon on a Sunday, had to wait a few minutes for someone to take our order. When we were helped they were friendly and fast. Food was ready in a reasonable amount of time. Burger was good, fries were a little extra done, not burnt, but more done than usually. A little tight to navigate thru tables in main dining area. Overall was a good experience.

In drive thru. First in line. Ordered two double burgers and two fries. Got home only got one burger. Called Freddie's. Lady said they were busy and for me to come and get a burger or she would send me a coupon. Your food is decent but not worth chasing. If you cannot complete an order for two burgers are you ever going to be not busy enough to be right?

Went through the drive thru, got home and both of my burgers were wrong. Mine was missing bacon and the other was supposed to be a double and they gave me a single. The single I added ketchup to, could barely taste it and the onion was overpowering. The cheese fries were skimpy and lacking.
