Good food choices, but can be loud. The place is a typical sports bar with good food selections and specials. They offer a kids promotion for free kids meals with the purchase of a djs dugout tee shirt. The servers at this location are hit and miss. We found we got better service sitting on the Southside of the restaurant. They offer a lot of TVs for all your sports fixes and a small arcade for the kids. They also offer live keno for those who enjoy it. Overall they have good food at decent prices.

Music bingo every Tuesday at 7pm… so much fun, it’s free to play and the lady does a great job with it. Nachos are yummy, Bloody Mary can be great and can be so so… but it’s worth the gamble when you get a good one!

We went here for the Music Bingo and dinner on Tuesday, had an excellent time and really enjoyed the food and drinks too. We all tried something different but I can say I personally liked the nachos, mozzerella sticks, boneless wings and chicken wrap with fries! Everyone enjoyed their food and the drinks were delicious too. Excellent location with attentive servers and a good atmosphere 👌

This was one of the absolute worst experiences in my life. Every single thing I ordered was disgusting. My drink was made wrong, my food was cooked in nasty old oil (that both my waitress and the manager told me was why my food was gross). The service was some of the worst I’ve ever seen. Barely busy and we had to wait 15 minutes before someone even came by to take drink orders. Multiple lies from both servers and the manager, from one person saying she can serve alcohol when she couldn’t, to the manager telling me he didn’t know he was out of something when he admitted he knew 30 minutes prior. Somehow, our ticket was about $20 more than what it should have been, but after being asked to leave after telling the manager it was unacceptable to continue serving fried food when they knew their old was bad. The sheer incompetence of every person working that I interacted with. Two of four meals were inedible and it was a hassle to get them removed from our ticket- even after the food I didn’t even touch was taken away before anyone had started eating. The fact that Omaha can vote this place as the “#1 Sport’s Bar in Omaha” is astonishing. There are really worse sports bars in Omaha? I’d be surprised.

When the manager responds to the question of “Are you the manager?” With “Unfortunately…” that says a lot right from the start. A group of us frequent the Welch Plaza location during the week, and it is growing consistently worse. In terms of service, and quality. There are many times that we will wait 15-20 minutes for service, only to be told that the kitchen is closed. At 9:45. We’ve been waiting 15 minutes. You read that right. The staff regularly gets orders wrong, regularly forgets items on orders, and appears indifferent to the mistake. There also is little effort on part Of servers to actually “serve” anyone. They’re seen hanging around the bar, chatting and seem put out to get anyone a beer. I’ve sat with an empty beer for a half hour, only to go to the bar and be informed that last call was 10 minutes ago. At 10:00. Last call? 10:00? That’s when the kitchen was supposed to close… oh wait. That’s right. It’s simply a staffing issue… Not sure what’s changed, or why. However, it’s a change that the entire group will make. We won’t be back. Chance after chance given and it continues to decline. Bums me out, because it used to be so good. All things change in time, I suppose…

This place is a prison. The only sports bar in the world that can't change channels. Now I understand if the place is packed and certain sound to a game is on cool, I get it. When you have a whole side of the bar that has 3 yes 3 tables watching sports all wanting to watch the same game and get told we can't change the channel, why? Not only did I ask the server who was polite about the whole thing, I asked the manager who was ripping the signs down under the TVS that had what games would be on that TV. This was the rudest "sports bar manager" ever telling me " WE DON'T DO THAT HERE, YOU KNOW WHERE YOU SAT, MOVE TO ANOTHER TABLE WITH YOUR GAME ON IT". No problem I would love to, buuuuut ohhhh wait you didn't have the game on the tv. The defending super bowl champs are not on a TV, can someone explain that me. Not to mention I had a $200 tab. No problem I can close it and go to Clancy's right down the street and get treated better and get better food. So here is the long of the short. This place has mediocre food at best. Nothing is made by them, it should just be called US foods outlet. So if you like soggy chip nachos and dry burgers this is the place for you. DJS has been going down hill for awhile and will continue to do so. Only plus is the TV situation if you can watch your game. This place is joke, take your money elsewhere. Also noticed they only reply to the "good reviews" on this page.

It was a decent visit. Service was prompt, and our server did check back with us numerous times during our stay. Food was just average, chicken strip basket look like it had been fried in old oil. Plenty of TVs to watch the games, but this is why you go to a sports bar, right?

Staff was friendly and efficient. Food was a no. Order 2 nacho appetizers and the Omaha steak dinner. The cheese on the nachos was cold before it hit the table. The steak had so much thick fat is was difficult to consume. I told the waitress that the nachos were terrible, she agreed and even stated that she has advised her management about the ice cold, rock hard cheese. She still charged me. I'd go again but I'd stick to the basics, burgers and fries.

Private room was clean and hardly any sound from the main area. Jessica, our server, was so quick and attentive. Orsered a family ice cream. My six kids cleared it out in seconds, it was so good. I would do a party here again.

I like the atmosphere and food is good, but EVERY time I go there I have to ask the people working there to put a game(s) on TV. I'm not talking about obscure games. Major college, pro sports games I have to ask them to put them on. Tonight, the first Thursday night of several college football games and they have audio on for a preseason nfl game. A PRESEASON GAME! Food quality is terrible and has been for the past couple years. Good Life and Addys is far better. Ordered sandwich and chicken breast was half the size of the bun. Sorry, it was my last time to DJs.

Kid who brought our food out was extremely rude and had an attitude. When we were leaving another group seemed to have an issue with the same employee. Manager had to come out to address the situation while the employee with the attitude stood back in the kitchen doorway laughing and making faces at the customers that were upset. Very unprofessional atmosphere, won’t be back.

Nice place, big open space with plenty of TVs. The shrimp salad was good!! Love the Bluejay drink, too!

Don’t waste your time here. They will nickel and dime you to death. Perfect example is the amount of waffle fries they will serve you. That’s 5 waffle fries on that plate with the philly sandwich I ordered. It’s an extra $1.99 to upgrade to waffle fries. I showed our server this ridiculousness and she said they are pre-portioned and that’s what you get. BS! They did take the $1.99 up charge off the bill though. Regardless, I will not be going back to DJs. They have always been like that but I decided to give them another chance this time and come to find out, some things never change I guess. Go somewhere else like Tanners that won’t screw you on trivial things like fries and tater tots.

Sat at the bar and had dinner. The bar staff were very friendly and provided great service. They even put my sports team on the TV! Great food (I had the Reuben) and a very relaxed friendly atmosphere. I will definitely be back.

Nice place. Music and tvs were just the right volume that we could visit without shouting, but then it was a week night. Sirloin steaks were delicious!!

Always a great experience when dining at the Millard DJ's. Good food and drink specials and friendly staff. Lots of nice TVs to watch just about any game you want on as well.

We had a large group of about 30 people wanting to come eat and celebrate after a baseball game. I called to see if they could accommodate this group within 20-30 min. When we arrived the manager greeted us and explain to us how we would order and the entire experience went on without any problems. The service was amazing!! Our food came out in a timely manner and was fantastic!! I would absolutely recommend this location for big or small groups. We are from Lincoln and don’t have a DJ’s dugout but I wish we did. Thank you to all the staff that topped off our amazing baseball win with amazing food and drinks!!
