I've been here more times than I'd like to admit, only on karaoke night except maybe once and that was the last time. Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday karaoke if you want to know because they can't manage to point that out on their Facebook page. Love the bartenders. Drinks are below average to average in strength, priced reasonably. I've had the bacon cheeseburger twice and it's pretty good. It's a decent clientele there, good mix of everybody. I guess if I had to complain it would be about the karaoke. It's a great setup but the sound is always off. Stage is great, three screens to sing from. I figure this place should be packed every karaoke night. Maybe they're making enough money? I mean, you've been in the business forever as a KJ and you can't keep the microphones charged on a Friday night? Dance music going for too long, no one is even dancing and you keep playing it? Mike is running all over the place on busy nights that he can't keep the place running efficiently. Maybe take less smoke breaks? It's really a mixed bag, some nights are great and others are terrible. Most are in between. Last visit, I got three songs in on a Friday night and arrived at 10:30. Maybe it's a culture thing. The employees seem great but the place still runs inefficiently. Oh yeah, there's keno, darts, pool, claw machines, and plenty of TVs. Plus a smoking area in the back where you can take your drinks and a empty shed to stay protected from the elements. And someone left a nut on my table, lol. If you're still reading this, I hope it was enough to make your mind up. I say, give it a try!

I guess if you’re not a regular you don’t get service? We sat at a table and the waitress didn’t even acknowledge us she was wondering around, then a guy walked in and she went directly to him and took his order? So we decided to go to the bar and get the exact same treatment! Used to be a decent place but definitely wouldn’t recommend going there if you’ve never been.

Fun little bar with the BEST pizza (chicken bacon ranch FTW!), a couple of pool tables, and Karaoke that is always lively. It was a little bit daunting going there as my authentically trans woman self, but have found a truly kind and fabulous few people there that embrace and/or are part of the queer community.

Great local bar with more of a hole-in-the-wall feel! They have great bar food, especially the fried cauliflower, but have daily food specials too, even on weekends!the big draw for us though was karaoke on Friday nights - started at 9 and wasn't so busy we couldn't get on the list. Our waitress even sang! Great fun and friendly service. Only downside being that I was the DD was that the soda was definitely not good, not a big deal though at all

We get a big group of coworkers together for karaoke about once a quarter, and this has been our go to place for years. DJ Mike is fantastic and does a wonderful job accommodating large groups of people who are ready to sing. The staff is always top notch and takes great care of us. Highly recommend!

This place was dysfunctional. The bartender was rude and the karaoke guy was barely there. I have never been to a place so out of wack. I sing karaoke everywhere all over the nation and Omaha sucks. Both places I went sucked. But at least I got to hangout with friends here. That is why I gave them 3 stars.

Literally the worst service in the Millard area. If you want to go somewhere where you can be treated lower than the furniture and eat subpar food, the Pheasant is the place for you. Seriously need to train their staff that changing TV channels is not a priority over taking orders. It is really funny that they don't let you review them on facebook. Wonder why.....Wish I could give negative stars.

Vibes of a dive bar with a younger crowd mixed in. Wings were really good and surprisingly big, which is definitely hit and miss around town these days. Was hoping to catch the karaoke, I've heard it gets good around 10.

The food is excellent and the place is set up very well. The bathrooms could use a better location

The Pheasant Bar & Grill were so accommodating for our 125 person group on our bar crawl. They allowed us to do karaoke, use the whole bar, had food on constant flow so it was fresh & hot for the entire duration we were there, had plenty of staff and buckets of beer & seltzers on the table upon arrival. Could not recommend this bar enough for a fun weekend hang out spot or bar crawl location. Thank you to you and all the staff!

Wait staff and experience was fantastic. Let's be real though how far does that go when previous employees think they run the place. Beware. Sorry for the horrible review on the bar itself but this was horrible experience and no one should visit until they fix this issue. Good luck.

Pheasant Bar & Grill is one of those places that has changed ownership several times over the years but has kept, more or less, the same name (though some also call it the "Dirty Bird"). So, if you've been here before then your memories of the place may be from when it was under different ownership and management and thus no longer applicable. Food was good. I went with the BLT and tater tots. They were both good and fairly priced. They have daily specials too, so check those out. There were a few menu items on their online menu that I didn't see on the actual menus at the restaurant, so beware of that. It's certainly a more limited menu than their nearby competition (Bogie's, Addy's, Choo Choo). Service was friendly. Kitchen speed was quick. It's a fairly spacious place inside. The parking lot can be deceiving and make you think this place is busy. I think everyone is actually next door at the American Legion. I stopped in for a weekday lunch on a Wednesday in January. I was the ONLY person eating in here from 11:30 ~ 12:00. Honestly, I'm not even sure why they're open for weekday lunches if this is the typical lunch crowd. There's essentially, two people working. The bartender who basically tends bar and waits tables for the entire bar and a cook. It's probably a good thing they're not busier. If 8 tables of customers all arrived in quick succession I'm not sure what sort of train wreck would have ensued.

We came in with our daughter kind of late for dinner but we were celebrating Father’s Day near by and we’re STARVING! The owner was amazing, staff went above and beyond when I won the jackpot! 10/10 recommend coming here for a great Bloody Mary, BOMB WINGS, and some awesome slots!!
