Went in on a Wednesday night around 8 to eat. Went ahead and sat down. 10 minutes later no acknowledgment we were even there. It’s not like they were busy. Maybe five tables if that. Bartender just looked at us and went back to doing nothing. Finally just got up and left. Nobody cared. Reading thru the reviews it seems like something changed in the last year or so.

Ordered a beer at my table and after 25 minutes I went up to the bar to see what was going on. They were out of what I ordered so I requested something else. After waiting 20 minutes for my change I asked for another beer instead. I went back to my table and the waitress told me they were out of what I had ordered. I replied that was ok, the bartender already told me. So after being there for 45 minutes I was able to order some food. I asked for the special, a burger and fries, medium rare. I waited another 40 minutes for a charred, burnt, well done burger to arrive. After about 10 minutes I was able to flag down the waitress and ask for the burger to be remade medium instead of blackened. I waited another half hour and the waitress saw me taking my empty beer up to the bar. She asked if anyone had brought me my new burger. I told her no, still waiting. I went back to my table and sat down. She came by 15 minutes after that and asked if I wanted another beer. I said no, I'm still waiting for my burger. After 20 more minutes I gave up, cancelled my order that I never got and left.

Great place for drinks and food! If you’re in West O I’d check out Skyybox. Pool table and lots of seating. Perfect for chit chat and of just chilling by yourself. Friendly staff and reasonable prices.

Family often stops in after kids sports in the area and it’s has never disappointed! Food is great, my wife often gets the salmon and wings are really good. Service is amazing, always friendly and quick. I would recommend stopping in if you have a chance!

Thursday night at 6...... Service was extremely low..staff seemed disinterested and disorganized. It wasn't even that busy. Place was about half full. It took forever to order..then about 45 minutes later....it arrived. And was average at best...again servers didn't care. Chicken Caesar salad...was inedible. Portions small. If no stars were on an option would have selected it.

1st time for me. Food was ok. I had a Philly and fries, and chips and cheese for appetizers. Nothing stood out as worth praising. Just another average food place that offers the same things they all do. The staff was nice.

Food was mediocre, which is too bad because pre-pandemic it was awesome. Wait staff was friendly but took over 20 minutes to get to our table. She got both our orders wrong and laughed about only having one set of silverware ( which was kind of funny at the time), but never brought us any more. Couldn't get plates for our apps either. The worst part was her asking if we wanted change...we used three $20 bills to pay a $42 bill. Wait staff please stop asking that question. If I want you to have the change I'll tell you.

Went at 1:00 on St. Patrick's Day with six of us hoping for a great meal . Two of us got the corned beef and cabbage meal special. After a wait of 35 minutes our meal was cold, meat was tough, and the cabbage was basically raw. Asked for cooked cabbage, got more of the same. Won't return even though we live near by and last year had the same meal and it was great. Need new or better cooks. Waste of our money. Four people said they had good burgers or french dips to eat. Sorry but not a fun St. Pat's day meal.

Great food and service! Cassie was our server...she was very attentive and recommended great drinks and food. The nachos and skyyburger were so good. We'll definitely be back!

Very friendly waitstaff and one of the best French dips that I have had in a long time (I had it with pepper jack cheese). It was actually juicy and I enjoyed every bite of it. We will definitely be back!

Very good bar-grill. The steak special today was great and reasonably priced. Great freindly service.

Great atmosphere, good food. Always amazing staff. Would recommend for large or small groups.

Love the staff and the food but not a fan of the live bands in such a small space. I am thankful we can order ahead and pick up to avoid the noise.

Bartender was nice but completely unaware. She was away from the bar mor than she was behind it. Literally took 10 min to get our check.

Went here couple of months ago, okay service and atmosphere. Live music is a great plus. Tried again recently, no acknowledgement from staff; low volume of customers (not crowded). Left after 20 minutes with no service.

Food was good, service was attentive, live music on a Friday night. Some really interesting whiskies behind the bar. All in all really happy with my first trip there. A touch busy for my taste, but it was a Friday evening so I won't complain. Will definitely be back.

This place has great customer service. The drinks are served quickly and with a smile. No conflicts whatsoever within the business and the hospitality skills of gold. The girls not only know what they are doing but demonstrate a professional demeanor while also holding constructive conversation.
