The service was fantastic! The server (who was also the bartender) took our order quickly and was so nice! The food was great, and there are lots if tvs so you can watch a game in any direction. We will go back if ever in the area again!

Owner fail —>> So..the new owners have a lot of interesting horrible reviews regarding their business practices on her “Bridget Olsen Century 21” page. It’s seriously embarrassing stuff. They are also being sued for defaulting on the Waterfall sale. She’s a real piece of work. Look at the reviews.

Great staff and wonderful service. That burger was delicious and plenty of TVs to watch all of my teams at once.

We ordered butterfly shrimp to go. Got home and they were almost black and hardly edible. Called them (we could barely hear because of the noise) and they were very nice. She took my number and promised to call us back when they weren’t so busy to get address for a gift card and nothing since. That was 4 days ago…. We weren’t asking for our $13 back for food we couldn’t eat but we will avoid this place next time we choose to eat out.

I cannot speak highly enough of this place. I was looking for a place to have my graduation party. Several local bars didn't even call me back. When I called Waterfall, they told me the person who schedules things in the party room was gone for the day, but if I sent a message on Facebook, they would get back to me on there faster. So I sent a message, within the hour they contacted me and got my party on the schedule. They checked in with me periodically leading up to the event and were very professional. the food options for the room were great prices and there was a good variety. I had roughly 35 people show up and we had plenty of food for everyone. Our servers name was Amber, she was so sweet and was very fast and personable. the food came with an automatic gratuity that went directly to the kitchen, which is wonderful and well deserved. I would defiantly have a party there again. Everyone who came spoke so highly of the food and service. 10 out of 10

My wife and I come here often, especially to see Taylor, Mary, and Erin. We love those girls. Great service!

My wife and I moved to the Tiburon area in May. On our first visit to the Waterfall we were treated as if we were long lost friends. The staff as well as other customers were very accepting. I want to mention two employees in particular, Mary the manager and Erin a server/bartender. We have been in several times since our first visit and these two ladies always greet us with a smile and a nice hello. They are very attentive to customer needs and we have had several nice conversations with each. Add this to the good food and cold beer and you have a winning combination. Thank you all!

Our company had a party at the Waterfall and it was a huge hit. We are construction workers and the menu choices were perfect, reasonably priced and delicious. The room and tables were clean and the bathrooms convenient. The event manager was also our server and she was excellent - very attentive and quick on her feet. I would definitely recommend Waterfall for an event.

Let's start with the basics. Went with someone to relax after work. Never been there before. Because we (me) were moderately cheap, we sprang for a few glasses of water. Yes, cheap! I know. Bartender still treated us like we were customers. We did play 5 games of pool. Not totally busy as we were the only ones in there for a few hours. There were sports on the TV's and entertainment/gambling machines too. Didn't order food or anything else. But we will be back again to try the food and try some actual drinks. 5 stars because, well, I didn't spend a single penny and any less than 5 stars would be an insult for our cheapness. Will edit review at a later date.

Good food, cold beer, keno, clean/nice looking establishment

I have been coming to Waterfall for a few years now. The staff is always very friendly especially Hadley and Ashley. I would highly recommend the Waterfall.

We love this place! We only get to Lincoln once a year but we make sure we stop at the Waterfall every time. The staff is always friendly, the food is always delicious and the atmosphere is very fun & local!

Strip mall sports bar next to Tiburon golf course. Offers your normal run of the mill sports bar food. Is family friendly. Well-lit, high ceilings, noisy. I ordered chicken Philly style nachos. Was served beef Philly style nachos. I was so hungry that I ate them anyway. Once I pulled all the beef off, they were excellent. Service was good.

Good food, the server was very nice and had an amazing smile, beer was cold!

I love this place! One of my favorite places in Omaha! The people are the number one seller! Casey (one of the bartenders) is the BEST she makes everyone feel like they are at home! 5 Star for sure!

Visited with another couple on a Tuesday night for dinner. More of a neighborhood dive bar - spacious but no real ambiance and no greeting or acknowledge upon entering. Finally seated ourselves and shortly a waitress, Katie, did greet us and took our orders. She was excellent! We all had burgers and agreed they were among the best burgers we'd had. We'll likely give it another try sometime.

We visited the Waterfall on mother's Day about 5:30 p.m. There ended up being 11 of us in our party. There were a few other patrons, but not overly busy. We were there for about 2-2 1/2 hours or so. There was only one waitress, Kaycee. She was attentive, despite being the only one working the bar and tables. She explained there was new cook staff and it was one of their first days. The food was great, we play darts, and shuffleboard. I would encourage anyone to visit. We had an excellent time.

Service was good but slow but the bar was packed so understandable food was great though!

Food and service were great, we've had parties in the backroom several times and they've always been great to us. Prices have gone up over the past year for food and drinks.

Food was subpar. Definitely more of a bar than a restaurant (which is totally fine!!) just not what I was looking for when going there.

Friendly staff tweeted me gave me an app I got an interview with a new manager right away. We'll see what happens. They did have a lot more customers than the lighthouse did which is directly in front of them now 🤭😁

Great place to go after a round of golf! Taco night and amazing drink specials! Our server did an amazing job handling our tables orders and keeping the glasses full. I make a stop a couple times a month and have never been disappointed. If you're in the area, The Waterfall is a place to stop!

Really good food and great service. I love their funnel fries and wings.

Stopped in with my wife for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. Good location, adequate seating and plenty of TVs. The service from our waiter was OK, but that was the hilight of the trip. It took 30 minutes from ordering to receive two very simple meals in a nearly empty bar. My Southwest Chicken wrap was dry, bland and tasteless. Seriously, black bean and corn salsa is actually meant to be SALSA, not just corn and blackbeans thrown in the tortilla. Onion rings were par for the course. All in all a disappointing trip and not one we will make again. The Waterfall Lounge is surrounded by many establishments that are superior in every way.

Went there on Thursday. Waited at the bar to place a drink order and play Keno for 10 minutes, no service. Then I moved to the end of the bar and tried multiple times to flag down the bartender. Waited 15 minutes and then another customer she knew called her over next to me. She served them and placed their Keno bets then walked away ignoring me. She was probably in her 50s with blonde hair. The waitress that came to our table apologized for what happened and said she would tell the manager. I'm pretty sure it was the bar manager who did this. I've had similar experiences here before. At this point if I go back it's my own fault. Skip this place. Lighthouse is just across the parking lot and has way better food/service
