👍👍 Stopped by for lunch and beer. Sat outside. Great outdoor space. Games. Stage. They allow dogs. I had the spicy brat with the Coney Island treatment. My girl friend had the Reuben. All tasted great. Salads look yummy. People often mention good, great, beer, service, space, German, area, outdoor, beers, nice,

Really cool place to hang, chat, have drinks & dinner. You can sit in the bar, the dining area with long, shared tables, the dining area with smaller single party tables, or patio. I tasted two of the pizzas and the charcuterie board. The pizzas were awesome. Their house made meats are very flavorful and complex which made for unique, delicious pizzas. Not much available in the way of healthy options, which I hope they change. There was a salad listed on the menu that they no longer have. Nice atmosphere, good music playing.

Excellent vegan hot dogs and sliders. Great drinks and a wonderful space for outdoor concerts and games. We went here for an event and we had a great time!

Husband and I each got true German beers and had the best board ever, the Jager. Was full of sausage, house made pretzel bread and sauces. We came hungry and could barely finish it. Was a treat and hope to visit again soon. The picture was taken after a bit eaten.. For being in the Blackstone area it had easy parking and we loved the original walls to the old building. Great beer options, food, and service!

There are several places to attend Octoberfest in Omaha and Rathskeller is one of the best. The prices are reasonable and they do a good job with setting up entertainment and the whole venue is just very well organized and everyone has fun. If my review was helpful please click thumbs up.

We had a great experience here. I'm definitely going to come back to try more things on the menu. We got the Reuben sandwich which was super good. Then we got the buffalo chicken pretzels. They were smaller than I was expecting, the pretzel part was really good but the buffalo chicken part didn't have a lot of flavor. The staff was very nice accommodating our large group

This place has an impressive selection of German beers, and even some locals tacked on to the end. The food is very German as well - lots of sausage, pretzel, and beer cheese. We sampled four of their sides - Haus Choucroute (sauerkraut), German potato salad, Hungarian goulash, and macaroni and cheese Spätzle. They were all very tasty. We also got the Tri-Wurst pizza with sweet potato crust, which paired really nicely with the beers. I definitely recommend checking this place out. They've got a nice outdoor Biergarten and you can even bring your dog. They have a stage and two putting holes, and even put on events out there with live music (like Oktoberfest last weekend). Getchu some Rathskeller!!

The experience was nice. Atmosphere was fun the food was good. I even enjoyed the pretzel. Not quite a 100% Bavarian but I guess that's the best you can expect in Omaha. I would definitely return and suggest that you go and check it out and have an enjoyable time. The potato salad was excellent.

Rathskeller has always been a regular local spot for my husband and I- their Reubens are incomparable. We also had our wedding at Rathskeller last month, and it was the most perfect day! It was such a great space for our loved ones to gather, and the food and service was phenomenal! People are still talking about what a cool and relaxed atmosphere it was. Soooo appreciative of Alex and crew for taking such good care of us.

A comfortable establishment with friendly help, plenty of outdoor seating. Massive beer selection and a good variety of bar food. Saturdays can be crowded, so if that's a problem, I'd plan accordingly. Great experience.

I love this place!!!!! I’m coming back again for sure. The food was delicious and the staff was super friendly. We sat, drank, ate, and chatted for over an hour with them on a lazy Friday afternoon. My sandwich was loaded with meat, cheese, and toppings. Plus the kettle chips and salad were great sides. I loved the flavor of the chicken, jalapeño pretzels with the dipping sauce. That’s a meal in itself next time. My husband said his venison wurst was delicious as well. I think this would be a great spot to watch games and relax in the future.

Simply great place, prices are low from my experience at German Bier houses. I have been to this location before and had more food option and all were great and accompany the beer. I will be back again and again.

Nothing has changed. The beer is still barely cold, but the food - terrible. The wurst was served (after 35min wait ) on American sweet bun with a bag of chips?!?! When we asked for sauerkraut it came out in a small cup with CINNAMON on it! The music was 30 min late and poorly amplified. Not worth it! Get your brats and krait from Stoysich and have a beer on your deck. Ruben sandwich has taken over an hour!

Wanted to report our wonderful lunch experience. It wasn't too busy so we found a nice table in the corner (perfect because we have small ones). Their kids charcuterie plate is something to go back for, like a high end lunchable. We had their delicious wursts and signature Reuben. Service was order at the bar, and food came out quick.

Struggling between a 3 or 4 overall rating, went with the 3. Food was mostly good, chicken sandwich was just okay. No table service, but there was plenty of friendly help, so bar service was good. Men's bathroom only accommodates 1-2, very rare I have to wait for the men's bathroom at any establishment. Even a problem on a slow night. Band starts at 730pm and they made rounds to collect for a $10 cover charge from the patrons that were sitting outside eating. Everyone except their 7 groupies went inside. I was there to talk with my son and enjoy a few German beers in the nice weather, not to hear the band especially for a $10 charge. Based on the exodus, I would say all but the groupies felt that way. Beer is a little on the warm side, but they have a great selection inside. If you are sitting outside there is a very limited selection, which means a long walk to the inside bar. We spent $90 for 3 sandwiches and 6 beers excluding tip. A bit on the high side, especially when taking into account there is no table service. I might return, but only on a slow non-band night.

Great spot to bring my dog with their spacious back patio and seating area. The outdoor bar is very convenient, and with the weather warming up, we will find ourselves here every weekend! 🐾🍺

We hosted a casual private event with about 80 people & a band in Rathskellar’s back patio. The area is awesome with the perfect number of picnic tables balanced with open space and some fun yard games. They even let us stay later than originally booked because our guests were having such a blast! They weren’t able to give me a menu for drinks in advance but there were plenty of options with beer, cocktails, etc. and two bartenders. We felt it was very reasonably priced to rent the venue and were able to put our budget into drinks and DELICIOUS food (which were also reasonable in price). They also let us bring in our own cake. The booking process is a bit informal (no contract) and all communication was done by email but sometimes I felt like a nuisance reaching out. They are a very relaxed venue and so was their customer service in the planning phase. They seem to be working on being more of an organized event space, but it’s still a bar with a rentable area and planners should keep that in mind. I think if you want to plan a simple event in a cool space, it’s a great and affordable venue! We had a fantastic time!

Good food German style sandwiches. Nice patio to bring dogs and children to play games.

The atmosphere was fun and the outdoor space very cozy! The food was good. However, the low stars come from poor service. We ordered only to have the waitress come out AN HOUR LATER, to tell us two of the 4 items could not be made. Took 1.5 hours for the food. I feel they could have more kiosks for the orders ince the inside lines were long. We do appreciate they took 20% off for the poor service.
