I thought I might try this place since I didn't want to be rushed getting to the gate. They are in the gate area... I cannot believe what I got for $23. The first photo is Kracky's junk. The next photo is what I got in downtown Boston at a gourmet place for $25 on the same weekend. Kracky McGee's is a total rip off. I didn't even get a hot meal. I eat all over the country and it seems that certain places in Nebraska think that charging insane prices for very little is the way to go. Greed runs this place. Beware!

Luckily it was in the morning when my plane was diverted to this small airport and the only restaurant in the concourse was fully stocked. At lunch time, it has cold sandwiches, hot breakfast sandwiches, salads, coffee, and some snacks. If you are feeling frisky you can have some drinks at the bar.. but at 10am I thought I would pass. Anyways it's your only option so check them out.

Fountain machine out of every non diet pop. They were not making any food that wasn't fried. Literally 80% of their menu. They could make a lot more money if they had their menu. Just lazy. Did not care. Did not fix fountain machine., eat before you go through security until they open some competition Literally any other half way shop would run them out of business, they have a trapped crowd so they give absolutely 0. Every table dirty had to clean my own no napkins... ugh

I just don't like the way I was treated. Staff says they are going home but they take new peoples orders around me. Had to ask for a menu, ask for help, asked for everything. It wasn't that busy, just guess I didn't look like a good customer. It's the only place after security so I suggest eating before you go in. Won't ever come back.

This is the worst airport concessions experience I’ve ever had, and I travel the world for work. I got a stale bagel and a cup of coffee (in a styrofoam cup!) for $8.75 that were both so bad I just threw them away. If they had competition behind security, they would either go out of business or do better, but as the only restaurant in the secure area of concourse A, they have no reason to be anything good. This airport deserves better. Look at DSM as an example of a regional airport with good food options. ETA: I got put in touch with the owner by OMA airport folks. She lives in Denver and has a laundry list of COVID-related complaints that she blames on this place being so bad. It doesn’t really matter, through. This place needs to be better.

Eat well before you come to this airport. I was hungry and bought the Thai bowl which is over priced at $14.77 for such a small serving.

They can’t even grill a burger. Tastes like burn and for $18 it’s a complete rip off. Even tots and the fried chicken are completely tasteless, besides the burn. Not even my 2 year old could bear the taste of their flatbread. With no competition at the OMA airport, this restaurant is surprisingly allowed to thrive. Absolutely disgusting.

How is this the only food option in a city like Omaha that has incredible food? How did this happen?! Had the veggie burger and fries, and it was alright. Then I saw the price on my receipt and the taste immediately degraded. I look up and see my wife looking at her “grilled” cheese sandwich. Grilled? Fat chance. It was two slabs of cheese shoved between bread at best not even melted. We spent 40 bucks on food that was bad because it was the only option and it was our first time flying out of here. Avoid this and make sure to grab some yummy food in Omaha proper, you’ll thank me later.

I ordered a 12 piece boneless wings and they gave me just 6 cold, super salty, dry, and really bad taste pieces after a 35min waiting. If you want a better option, just go for the ready to pick up sandwiches. Additionally, the girls at both places, bar and restaurant, were so rude.

I cannot believe this is the only food option inside the Omaha airport- it’s outrageously overpriced and of seriously low quality. It’s insulting. The service was fine, the employees were polite but no amount of good customer service could excuse this horrible food. It was probably the worst grilled cheese I’ve ever had- the cheese wasn’t even melted. I asked them to remake it and it didn’t get much better. Fries were okay. Veggie burger was mediocre at best. I’d definitely not recommend this to anyone and am sad to have wasted my money here.

Average, but the only place to get anything 4 in the morning. If $8 mini croissant sandwich is reasonable for you, you are at the right place.

It's an airport restaurant, so expectations should be as such. Overall the food is good, fairly quick and clean . The Nebraska nachos were good. Lots of steak and plenty for the money. Chicken strips and fries were, well...as basic as you can get. Will try something different next time for some more flavor. Only 3 strips were in the meal, so not very filling for the price.

Grab and go hot and cold food with a bar area. It needs a remodel bad. After security it is the only option in the A terminal at Epply Airport. Nothing impressive or memorable, but it gets the job done of food and drinks. The staff is courteous and efficient. You generally do not wait long to be helped even when they are very busy!

Don't let their website fool you. They do not serve anything on that menu. Just a bunch of basic airport sandwiches and salads. Unfortunately it is the only food option past security, so you are screwed if you pass up the before security options. The bar however seems well stocked

Pleasant surprise. Kearney sandwich was really tasty. Tots too. Bloody mary- so refreshing and delicious. Gobsmacked at the flavor, freshness and generous portions. Staff also fast & friendly. Who knew the Omaha airport had better food than Chicago, Atlanta, etc. Not me... Thanks for the great lunch.

Closed the kitchen at 6pm and kicked out the full bar at 7 pm to close. Worst customer relations I’ve ever experienced. The only place to get food or beverages in the whole terminal. Absolutely no regard for people while employees were complaining that guests were there between flights. I’ve had better food from a gas station

Zero stars. Horrible. No food but cold sandwhiches and scalding hot coffee. Prices were outlandish. The only option for food in the Omaha airport shouldn't even be considered an option. Get food before you fly.

I see a lot of bad reviews but they must have not been helped by Piage Barnes. Paige acknowledged me when I walked up and offered me a menu. He gave me choices and lead me to a great option. Paige is the reason I'm leaving this review. He did an amazing job. I would hope the right person sees this and locks down an amazing employee with a raise and extra days off. If you don't someone might.

Felt very safe here as a lone female traveler. Nicole was a great bartender and even better at keeping one of her patrons safe, as another lone female traveler was being preyed upon by a male traveler named Curtis getting a female drunk on shots and trying to get her in the bathroom. Freak situation, so glad Nicole was on top of it!

Nothing fancy but the make their own bloody Mary mix each morning. The staff is friendly, and the breakfast burrito is massive. If your waiting for a flight I definitely recommend a stop.

Ahh yes another cheese-obsessed restaurant. No breakfast sandwiches are available without cheese. Had a toasted bagel and a semi-warm coffee instead.

We had a layover for a few hours and ordered a cheeseburger and The Cubano sandwich with fries and tater tots. The food was excellent, hot and hearty! Thanks for a great meal in between flights. I only wish the cook had extra hands. Poor guy was the only one grilling several hot orders. The wait was worth it!

This place is decent but what made the experience five star is their employee Nicole. She is an absolute machine when it comes to multiple tasks. Friendly and happy the whole time while folks at the bar and in line are putting in orders. Give this gal a raise! She is worth it!

Place needs to get out of there. They only survive because they're the only option. Someone else that cares about people and an experience should take the spot. What a cluster unorganized place with rude staff (not all we're rude but weakest link killed the experience). I wasn't being rude at all I asked a question and instead of giving the benefit of the doubt I was committed. Got Sandwhich ice cold in center.

Nicole was AMAZING! Her place was full and she was handling all, by herself, with utmost professionalism and cheer. And not in the weeds! A definite stop anytime I fly out of Omaha.

The pulled pork sandwich and fries was one of the best airport meals I've ever had. The veggie burger, sweet potato fries, and chile were also very good. Nicole M. was such a great waitress. She helped get my 85 year-old mother in her wheelchair situated at our table and let us order from the table instead of from the counter. She also stopped by after our meal to chat with my mom and make sure she had enjoyed her meal.

Wish I would have read the reviews before I got to the airport. I got a mediocre coffee and a pretty bad bagel. Asked if I wanted the bagel toasted but it seems it was microwaved? Super chewy and unappetizing. All the tables and chairs are dirty. The coffee bar area looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a couple days. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but this place is gross.

The service and atmosphere was great, definitely for a tiny airport. However when we went to order our chicken tender sandwiches dipped, they were brought out to us with one tender, not a breast a tender. We spoke to Nicole, who said that was absolutely not correct, and she herself went to correct it and brought us out our full tenders for our sandwich’s. She definitely made the experience much better before a long flight.

The problem that I had is the menu has a 32oz solf drink and I was charged for a 32oz drink but the cup is more like a 20oz cup. Bait and Switch. They charged me 32oz. They told me that the smaller cup was the largest that had.
