We had a party of 4 with a wait of about 15-20 minutes, around 10:30am on a Saturday morning. They have a wonderful menu with lots of variety. So much so, that we had a really hard time deciding what to order!! Great problem to have! Everyone was thrilled with their orders!! My burrito was so good!! We ordered: El Gordo Burrito, Breakfast Taco, PB&J French Toast, and Breakfast Steak Quesadilla. Early Bird also had a vast variety of beverage choices!

This is one of the finest breakfast places in Omaha. The ambience is really good and the food is great too. Highly recommended place for breakfast or brunch. Sometimes you can’t find parking too close to the restaurant but the walk should still be minimal from wherever you’d park.

Cool spot to grab breakfast or lunch. They have a great selection on the menu. The Smoked Salmon Benny with hash browns was tasty. Very rich and buttery so this might not be your cup of tea if you want something light. They do have a full section of the menu with lighter options. Had to wait a few minutes at the door just be told you can sit anywhere. It would be nice if they had a sign that said to seat yourself.

If you are in Omaha, add this place to your list of places to visit! The service was outstanding. The menu is creative and unique. There's something for everyone on the menu. The food was ready in a decent amount of time, plated well and the richness of the flavors was incredible. Well definitely eat here on our next visit.

This place isn't *why* I went to Omaha, but it would be on the short list of "reasons to go back." This was a superb breakfast spot, good enough that we visited twice during our trip! All of the food was excellent, but the "Hash Holes" stood out as worth the calories and then some! See picture to get an idea of the ooey gooey inside that made these a pleasure to bite into. The first day, we tried two different omlettes-- the Traveler and the Woke. Both delicious, but if I HAD to choose between them, the Woke omlette was my favorite between the two. Great flavor in both and filling for a long day of walking at the zoo. The side of sourdough toast was soft and perfectly buttered. The second day, we ordered the bacon flight -- and I really like bacon, but unless you're a larger group, I think you have to REALLY love bacon; it was fun to try the variety, and the thickest option was similar to pork belly and perfectly cooked to melt in your mouth but I'd probably skip it next time. The cinnamon rolls were great too. We did not order the avocado toast but the table next to us did and WOW did it look good. I wish I lived closer; I'd try everything on the menu! Highly worth a visit if you're in the area.

Early Bird hits all the right spots. Delicious breakfast dishes! Enjoyable breakfast cocktails! All the bacon you could ever want! This is a must breakfast place in Omaha. All of the entrees I've tried, my family has tried, my friends have tried have all been outstanding. The service is good too. We enjoy the Farnam and Pacific locations. They are both equally good in terms of quality of food and service. A standout for me is the bacon appetizer plate and the breakfast burrito/bowl. I cannot wait to go back!

For the prices on the menu, we had expected somewhat larger portions...the food also tasted like they were made with old oil. However, the service we received was very good, the space was super cozy, and the coffee was strong and tasty. I might give their other locations a try. 🍳

While we didn't get many pictures, our party of 7 had fabulous service from our waitress Casey, spelled like the gas station according to her. We started off with carafes of strawberry mimosas, and were so excited about ordering our entrees that I forgot to order their Hash Holes (hash brown croquettes made with cheddar, smoked gouda and bacon) and their When Pigs Fly bacon sampler platter that I have heard everyone rave about! We ordered the Smoked Salmon Benny (Cold smoked salmon, avocado, capers, poached eggs, and hollandaise with fresh dill) and the delicious monstrosity known as the El Gordo Breakfast Burrito (Flour tortilla stuffed with cheddar cheese, scrambled eggs, hash browns, black beans, house carnitas, topped with queso, avo crema and house salsa)! WOW is all I can say, and every other person at our table absolutely loved what they had! While they don't take reservations, we were able to put in our request for a table on their Yelp waitlist, and it texted me at the time that I should put our names on the waitlist. 1 hour later, we showed up to Early Bird and the whole party was seated within 10 minutes! We'll definitely be going back!

First time, we’ll return. It’s not a normal breakfast place as the menu has unique items and they ARE great tasting!! Plus, fresh coffee concoctions or libations of your desire! Parking is understandably sparse, but worth the walk!

So to round off my quick trip through Omaha, I had breakfast here. If I could give 10 stars, I would. OMG, just look at those cinnamon rolls!!!! I wasn't sure I could eat all of it, but I sure did tear through it. They have been the best I have tasted...even better than any big chain breakfast places. I actually ordered the city minis??? It was an appetizer size of the same cinnamon rolls to bring back with me to Des Moine. Almost forgot the bacon...the perfect bacon...perfectly crisp without being burned...I did see a bacon meal that was too much price wise to try, but I bet it would be worth every penny. Parking is an issue as it is in other spots around town. I was able to find 2 hr free parking 2 blocks down on a side street and the walk was not bad. GO! GO! GO! To Early Bird for breakfast or brunch, totally worth it!!!! Wish there was one of these in Des Moines...or even MD for that matter. I want more of those cinnamon rolls!!!

I was in town from Kansas City visiting family. We were planning to go to Perkins but I recommended we check out Early Bird instead. So glad we did. The food, atmosphere and service was amazing! Our server, Michaela was awesome. She gave great recommendations on what we should eat and was attentive to our needs. I highly recommend this to the locals and anybody visiting from out of town as I was. My local relatives said they will visit again and so will I anytime I’m in town

This was the first place we went during the weekend that had a wait: about 30 minutes, so be prepared for that. Upon entering, they have a very cool atmosphere that continued my excitement. We started with the Hash Holes, hash brown croquettes. DELICIOUS. You should definitely order these. For my entree, I had the breakfast tacos with chorizo. This is a combination that I typically love. I don't love the kind of tortilla they use but I remained open. The avocado crema had good flavor but the tacos were otherwise underwhelming. No flavor from the chorizo and the eggs were cold. The hash browns were fine but nothing special. My wife had a similar opinion of her food. There may be better items that this place hangs their hat on and the croquettes were fantastic--not to mention the fun atmosphere--so I encourage you to try it for yourself.

It’s fairly relaxed and casual atmosphere. The menu has traditional breakfast food. The service is quick from seating to getting the menu. Our waitress was attentive and took our order shortly after we sat down. The food came out fairly fast and warm. The vegan hash was fairly bland and would not recommend, however the vegan tacos were delicious. All and all, the food seems fairly decent. I do appreciate the options for various dietary restrictions. Reason for 4 vs. 5 star is mainly due to the variability in meal satisfaction various widely. On a side note, parking can be a little tricky during the weekend. Overall, I’m not much of a breakfast person but would recommend it.

Food is absolute tasty and portions are large! Great menu selection and the prefect brunch spot. Prime time Saturday morning we were seated within 10 minutes! Minus one star because once we were seated it took 15 minutes for us to place an order, but food was super yummy!

This place, archetype coffee amazing French toast, only a 10 minute wait on a Saturday morning at 10am. The food was divine we had Farnam French toast and PB&J French toast. The bacon was perfectly cooked the eggs fluffy and well scrambled. The hashbrowns are not my favorite but still decent. The PB&J French toast was decadent. You won't be able to eat all of it. The Caramel sauce on the Farnam French Toast is to die for. Pricing is fair for portions timeliness and quality. The staff were awesome as well and attentive even though it was a full house.

Our first time at this restaurant. Loved the location and service. The food was INCREDIBLE! I ordered the menu item named "16". It was to die for....pancakes are big enough 4 people could get full off the same plate!

GREAT quality food. I got the carnitas Benny with a side of fruit. It was a great size, I ate slowly because the flavor was fantastic. I saved the other half for later. It was just as good later:) Worth the wait if there is one. Staff was helpful and attentive. Will certainly be back :)

Great place for breakfast/brunch. Lots of seating both indoor and outdoor. Many many great options here. The service is good here and the food comes out at a decent rate. You can add yourself to the yelp waitlist to reduce wait times. Parking is available on the streets around the blackstone area. It's an Omaha Brunch must visit for delicious food!

Very busy location; expected since it’s near the town. If you have a party larger than 5 then expect a wait. Don’t recommend a party larger than 8 as seating will be cramped with that size of party. Additionally, large party’s take a hot minute for food to come out which also creates more mistakes from kitchen. Staff was kind, just they are busy so they won’t be able to assist you much. Recommend the restaurant cleaning their glasses more or water pitchers as we had two glasses with paper in it. Above all, food is okay - recommend the Papillion location instead as they have more seating, plenty of parking and haven’t had issues at that location

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Early Bird's and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. From start to finish, everything about this establishment exuded a positive and inviting atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious, with each dish bursting with flavor and freshness. The attention to detail in presentation only added to the overall experience. Not to mention, the menu offered a diverse range of options that catered to different dietary preferences. The service was top-notch as well. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive throughout the entire meal. They went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied with our orders and provided excellent recommendations. One thing that stood out to me about Early Bird's was the vibrant culture it exuded. From the music playing in the background, to the decor and ambiance, it truly felt like a fun and lively place to be. It was the perfect spot for our group to celebrate our friend's graduation. Overall, I highly recommend Early Bird's for anyone looking for a great dining experience. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply looking for some delicious food, this place is definitely worth checking out. Thank you to the entire team for providing us with an incredible dining experience.

Big serving, service is good, cute wall decors. Loved their waffle, chicken & pork sausage gravy. I recommend the Chicken & Waffle and Cinnamon roll. The Wonderful day is ok but candied bacon isn't for me, very sweet! The coffee tastes weird, I ordered the Caramel Latte

The food was fantastic and their variety, wow! It took us a while to order. My son ordered the French toast and loved it. My husband had some sort of eggs Benedict, the variety is impressive . I am picky about my breakfast, or should I say, my stomach is but I had the rye toast with avocado, bacon, eggs and bacon jam, freakin’ delish! We also had The Good Doctor coffee to share and their infused Vodkas make all the difference. Definitely stop by when you’re out of the area!! 😉 they have a great dining patio as well. See picts….

Went there and got 2 chicken sandwiches. Heard they were really good. THEY WERE REALLY RAW!! The sandwiches were drenched in hot sauce. When I tried to call them, their phone does a loop. You get dial 2,3,or 4. It says your call can't completed as dial and send you back to dial a number again. I had just got done doing a 16 hour shift at my job. I didn't want to go down and lose it. Just called again another loop. If you see in the video, the chicken is Grey and very mushy. I will never go back because customer service is good.

What a great little place with a robot server. Gluten free items with dedicated equipment. Can’t really go wrong here, unless you just don’t go.

Incredible selection on the menu and huge portions! We loved the bird tart and the hash holes were out of this world. I wasn’t able to finish the cereal killer pancakes but they were delicious. They seemed super busy, maybe because of spring break, but our waitress did a great job considering all the tables she had. Early Bird came highly recommended and it was definitely worth it! If we’re in Omaha again we’ll be back.

Good food, we got the Hash holes, Tot Poutine, and Cinnamon rolls. Hash holes were the favorite. Everything was cooked perfectly, but felt the Poutine was underseasoned, the Cinnamon roll was amazing but could use a bit more frosting. Service was good, but not amazing, and our glasses were dirty.

If you’re trying to figure out where to go for breakfast this morning, look no further than early birds, you will not be disappointed. Ask for our waitress Kortni and try the Cinnamon Roll Pancakes, or The Shrimp Benny. This restaurant has quickly moved to my favorite breakfast spots in Omaha. With a diverse and robust menu, the food was fantastic. The service was outstanding, and there’s nothing more to be said. I’ll let the photos do the talking.

I love the atmosphere here and the food. The wide awake omelette is 🔥. I've only ate here twice and each time the food was delicious. The service could be better but we are living in different times. Parking is a challenge and most likely you will have to pay to park. During the summer the back seating area opens up so you can enjoy the fresh air. I highly recommend this place for breakfast.

Wanted to try something new while out of town. Early Bird is a Must try when visiting Omaha! You can check in on Yelp. We waited about 25 minutes around 9:30 on a Saturday. All the parking spots and seats where full so that let us know we were in the right place. There is a variety of food options. It took me awhile to choose what I wanted. My Daughter wanted the order of cinnamon rolls. The atmosphere was very trendy and everyone was friendly. Our server was Oscar and he did a wonderful job. The food was delicious we ordered a Cinnamon Toast Brunch, Come Unoriginal with Bacon, Croissant, and Fruit, AM Pot Pie, Cinnamon Toast Crunch Pancakes with Hashbrowns & Bacon, Tot Poutine, Pecan Pie Pancakes with Bacon. We needed boxes for sure! The hash-browns were a little different but I will just have to ask for crispy next time because we will for sure be back!

We arrived at 12:45, waited at the door for quite awhile for anyone to show up to greet us. 5 other tables of guests in the restaurant. Not a single employee in sight. We were finally sat at a table and told that someone would be right with us. 10 (ish) minutes later, the same person who sat us came to take our drink and food order. I tried to order the Biscoffee, but she said she couldn’t do it because “my bartender had to leave for a bit, and we don’t have any of the stuff for it anyway.” She was clearly upset by the hassle of doing things by herself. She slammed items around behind the bar, and was short with other guests. 1:15 - the bartender just returned. The music just came on. Server stopped bay to say they DO have the ingredients for the drink I wanted. We chose to pass. The food was INCREDIBLE. This was the redeeming quality of this place. A guest at another table had to keep getting up to find an employee to get things: silverware, refills, Togo boxes and bill. The server was unpleasant the entire time.
