Excellent place to grab brunch. Morning hours can be very busy, so we try to go later before they close. Food quality + taste: Excellent. Service: depends on time and server. During this experience, our server was grumpy, couldn’t be bothered attitude. Despite, we gave her the benefit and asked others for what we needed. Quick to order and quick to get food. A tad chilly inside and can be loud. Price: average Atmosphere: plenty of space, free WiFi Recommendation: highly recommend

Really good food and trendy environment. Plenty to choose from on the menu and great coffee and staff. They let us know what some of the favorites are right away and they were spot on!

I had previously only been to a First Watch with the girls, but decided to share the experience with my husband. He looked at the menu with an unhappy face and said, "Don't they have bacon and eggs?" I told him I was sure they could make it for him if he wanted. Our server, Savannah, was so understanding and helpful. She recommended the steak and bacon burrito. As we ate our meal, we remarked several times about the perfect balance of ingredients and spices that made the food way above average. As my husband finished his fresh-squeezed orange juice, he said that this was a definite favorite for breakfast. One meal and the help of a very personable server made a believer out of him.

A very underwhelming experience here. The Eggs Benedict I ordered was basically hard boiled eggs. In fact everyone at the table who ordered an Eggs Benedict complained about how overcooked they were. Our waitress made one appearance after taking our order. The drink I ordered was fun, and some other people seemed satisfied with their meals, but for me, this was a subpar brunch experience. Probably won't be back anytime soon, and if I do go back I'll be sure to order something else.

6/11/2023 Stopped by to try their brunch. I had the biscuits and gravy 😋 it was very good. Some people from out of town asked for recommendations for somewhere to eat, so I suggested eating here and asked if they'd mind if I tagged along. Obviously, they said it would be fine. We had a great time getting to know each other and trading stories. Their food looked good, and they said the coffee ☕️ was to their liking. Four stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Busy brunch place on a Sunday morning. We signed up for a waiting list online and it said 30 minutes, but it didn't seem to mean anything. We waited in the car 10 minutes past the time they said. By the time we got to the counter to talk to someone it was 15 past. At that point we were told it would be a 20 minute wait. On too the food. Pumpkin spiced donuts served with salted caramel apple butter 3 stars. Was served lukewarm and the butter didn't taste like anything but a plain pastry cream? Short rib omelet (part of their harvest menu) 5 stars Loved this dish. I would have liked it equally without the short rib, but for a hearty meal, the meat definitely fills you up Farmhouse hash (from the skillet hash area in the regular menu) My friend had it and loved it, but I didn't try it. Morning Glory Delicious I've been to other first watches before and this one seemed pretty standard. Service was standard and brief with how busy they were.

Good service. Great food. They provide a self-serve coffee thermos so you can manage your own refills. The coffee quality is good. They have coffee creamer pods at the table, including half and half. International delight brand. I enjoyed The Works omelette.

This is my favorite brunch restaurant! Most important thing that is so clean and modern. Food is delicious and fresh. The only thing I don’t like is that you cannot share the coffee pot if you’re a group of two or more. Each has to get his own and nobody finishes the whole pot; it’s a waste! I hope they don’t re-use it though.

Super delicious food! Service was a little questionable and the atmosphere was underwhelming only because we were in the back room. It was a very busy day and our server was new so I give them a pass on both the seating and the service. Would definitely go back again.

Amazing brunch spot! The food is always super delicious and the honey caramel crunch iced coffee is DIVINE if you like your creme with a little bit of coffee. ;) The fresh juices are also wonderful. Highly recommend and would come back many times!

Wow wow wow! Best potatoes I have had in omaha so far. Arguably my best breakfast experience so far. My friends and I loved it. Thanks, First watch.

Nice and friendly atmosphere. They also offer community tables so random people can eat and meet others. Food here is always good and they offer healthier options. Something that is important to me that some would find helpful they offer turkey and chicken sausage plus salmon frittata and omelette. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of our last visit. First thing, we asked for a couple more minutes so we could look over the menu but we didn't mean ten minutes. Second thing, we were brought the table behind us people's food even though they had six people but it was only two of us. The main issue with that is the food was placed on our table then removed and given to the right people. Just my opinion but once someone was able to breathe over the food it should have been thrown away. Like I said the staff are friendly just made a couple of mistakes. I forgot to mention this place stays packed in the morning.

Stopped at First Watch prior to heading back to Kansas City. Much more modern than KC First Watch. Food was excellent-fresh & tasty. Staff were polite, accommodating and worked together well. Prices inline with competitors. Will visit again on next trip.

The eggs Benedict was wondering with lots of ham! The million dollar hash was spicy, sweet and creamy! Super cute atmosphere.

Great service, nice environment, and solid food quality from another First Watch. Also, this one had better coffee than some that I have visited. I continue to love that AM Superfoods bowl, and appreciate the option for gluten-free bread.

Whether you’re vegetarian, carnivore, gluten-free or omnivore, you can absolutely find something wonderful at First Watch. As a part time pescatarian I really enjoyed the frittata with the smoked salmon and veggies, and their strawberry preserves are just perfect. Even the coffee is smooth and comforting. I’ll gladly be back 🍳

Edit: the area manager reached out and was professional, polite, and apologized for the experience we had. I appreciate how he represented First Watch, I added a star for customer service, thank you The most exciting part of dining here is that all the waitstaff are super attractive (hey, hope you all see this, have a great day!) otherwise, this First Watch location can be passed up. Watered down coffee was $3.50 and a cup of fruit practically disintegrated into water 🤢was $3.50. Literally how are they doing this to people? I typically enjoy First Watch hollandaise, but today it tasted like straight lemon juice, and my eggs Benedict were solid, not at all runny. Other people in my party got their orders in shifts as the kitchen sent out incomplete plates and pieced them together as we ate. Not ideal. Thanks but no thanks, First Watch. Please do better. Your attractive employees deserve that much.

I can't say I've ever not liked what I've ordered from First watch! Their million dollar bacon is 12/10 🥓 I make it at home now. Yeah, it's that good! The biscuits and gravy never disappoint! 😋 Normally, the breakfast potatoes are great but were a little under done this time. I'll definitely be visiting again.

It’s undoubtedly our favorite brunch restaurant in Omaha. It’s always crowded and getting a seat there takes time. We generally book the seat through their app. Last week we went there directly and to our relief, we didn’t have to wait much. Service is also slow most of the time due to crowd. But it was a nice day for us. We ordered veggie omelette and avocado sandwich along with regular coffee. Service was faster than expected. Their food is just awesome, so all the usual wait is totally worthy. We have been here numerous times and love the place, it’s atmosphere and food. Highly recommended place, just be prepared for the longer wait time.

They had darn near the best biscuits and gravy I've ever had regular biscuits and gravy not that turkey bird stuff. Because they do sell one with turkey sausage gravy. But I got to say all of the items made of me besides the biscuits and gravy or just about unedible. The million dollar bacon was soggy and my kids wouldn't even touch it. The regular bacon my daughter got on her tray was literally the grossest driest nastiest bacon I've ever seen. I also got a pork sausage with my waffle and it too was so substandard I couldn't stomach more than a bite of it. However everything else we seem to order was above standard. They just don't know meat.

I can't help but always visit when I see this location. Idk what it is. I've been to other locations around the country.. but this one must be love, friendliness and comfort in their food, service and atmosphere.

Everything here is absolutely awesome according to my husband. Except they need Vegan Dishes. So I always get the same thing which is avocado toast and I substitute the side eggs with a side lemon salad and it’s really good. I would go more often if I had more choices.
