Very laid-back, Serene atmosphere. Felt very homey. They have such a wide variety and affordable prices which allows you to order more than one thing to try. The staff could not have been better. They came around a couple of different times asking if there was anything else that we needed and how much they appreciated us coming in

This was my second visit. The first time I tried the mahi fish tacos. When I saw the plate I wasn't sure if I would enjoy them simply because it was not how I would traditionally prepare them, however I tried them and was very satisfied. I just went in and tried another special, the turkey melt with baked fries. I have to say this food deserves the five stars I gave. Very creative ways to prepare what I consider a basic dish. Thank you guys for the great meals

If the review was only for the food, it would be a 5-star review… however, the owner, who often runs the register, is BEYOND RUDE. Unfortunately, after many years of eating here, I don’t think the food overrides the bad attitude of this man anymore. I’ll only be back on days he’s not working. Hope he reads this and takes a look in the mirror. 😊

Coke products...great !!! A bit pricey for a soup and sandwich $12.00 (no drink). The tomato soup had a great flavor, the ambiance was pleasant, I feel like the employees should be in some uniform other than street clothes and pay more attention to the customers than conversation between themselves. The chicken salad was ok, nothing special.

Clever American eatery serving an eclectic selection of healthy and tasty food options. Having had multiple lunch & dinner meals here, it is easy not to have the same thing twice. The Hummus & Bruschetta starters are lovely & delicious. The homemade salad dressings...particularly the red wine vinagrette are divine. A nice feature is being able to order half portions with 2 sides. Be sure to take your time reading the menu as there are daily specials and soups featured. Order at the counter- self serve drinks (they make homemade smoothies) then your order is delivered to your comfortable booth or table. The owner & staff are very friendly and eager to please. The atmosphere is clean and cleverly appointed. Being an actual Foodie I rate the café a 4.5...but the service bumps it up to 5.

I have been coming to Foodies for many years, as the food is top notch, healthy, and delish. I highly recommend coming to this family owned business for the great food, customer service and relaxation atmosphere, that is well worth your money, time, and your tummy will thank you for it, too. :-)

1st time eating here. Ordered takeout. We ordered 4 totally different things. Pizza was terrible. Steak tacos are not good at all. I will not return just based on the food quality.

Food is great! Owner is not friendly. Example- a friend ordered a pb&j. He rudely replied that will be 6.75 (price of kids meal that includes a side and cookie) when I told my friend- "ohh get fruit as a side" he says NO, that's only for people 12 an under. It is not hard to accommodate customers wants especially when they are willing to pay the price of a meal. Exceptional customer service goes a long ways as does POOR customer service. Be happy to serve the public as well own an otherwise fine establishment in this great community! Please do not bother responding with no accountability! Edited to ask- where is the lie??? As anyone who reads your replies can tell- you have very poor customer service skills!

Everything was homemade and excellent. Good sized portions. Will definitely be back. Delicious shaved prime rib Philly cheese steak sandwich was on the special for the day. Hand cut fries too! Try the Humus!

Been coming here for a few years. Food is always great! Tried the southwest torta today- loved it! The staff is always great except the cash register guy- not the most polite but idc the food is fantastic. The rainbow cake- so good!

Would not accept my loyalty punch card to receive a free meal. They "have a new system." Not my problem. I visited the requisite number of times and got my punches in order to receive a free item, so the restaurant should honor the system they had in place, even if they don't use that system anymore. Punch card had no expiration date or terms on it. I was told there is no way to transfer my punch card to the new system. Really? There definitely is, you just don't want to. This is extremely poor customer service! Despite the food being good and me having chosen Foodies many times before, I won't be back based on this one bad experience. This place had a chance to do the right thing and honor their own system, and doing me that "favor" would have cemented me as a loyal customer. Instead they wrote me off, did not offer a solution, and have now lost me as a customer. Plenty of other spots with great salads and great service. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Incredibly friendly, quick and it's worth going in just for the smells. Menu has options for anyone's tastes. Highly recommend!

One of my favorite go to places. And absolutely love the foodies salad with the raspberry vinegarette dressing.

Came here during almost every show at orpheum last year great food plus a free desert. Went for first time owner claimed the free desert should've been taken off which is weird since I got the new one in November. They still did it "for one time" so not sure if they do it again but it's supposed to be good full season.

Portobello burger was terrible...said it was a mushroom. Expecting a whole mushroom, instead it was mushroom pieces, and terrible sause and soft terrible bun which wet from sause. Bad experience. Friend got Ruben...he liked that. They gave me my money back..

Good place for a quick healthy bite with decent vegetarian/vegan options. I usually get the portobello mushroom wrap which is amazing. Not too heavy. I've tried the creamy corn chowder and the red lentil for sides and was pleased with both. Wish there were more locations in Omaha.

Hidden gem of a lunch spot. The quality and variety of options is great! Only sad that I didn't discover this place way sooner! The foodies house salad and vinaigrette dressing is scrumptious.

All the stuff are really friendly and polite. The food is fantastic and the servings were more than plenty. Prices are very fair for what you get. I will definitely be coming back.

The Owner discriminated against me, was curt and told me that I was assuming how he made me feel. He refused to explain the menu after I said it was my first time and I had a medical deficit, and he never looked at me. Definitely not a welcoming environment.

Had the chicken tacos and a set of fries on my trip today. Fresh is best and Foodies is no stranger to quality ingredients. It was delicious. Now, I would’ve liked the fries a bit thicker, but other than that, it was a great meal.

My husband and I absolutely love the food here. The Foodies Favorite salad is my absolute go-to meal. The chicken tastes great and I love the dressing, dried cranberries, and almonds. Service will of course depend on how busy they are but they do treat you ver6 nicely. They currently have a staff shortage so it's just lunch for now. The food and the atmosphere are definitely worth it!!

The Greek pizza is so delicious! I wanted to eat it all but my stomach said it was full! Highly recommend.

Ordered fettuccine with chicken. Sauce was broken , greasy and over run with cheese. Chicken had a boiled taste. No color on it at all extremely chewy. Another person in my party was wrong up for the wrong meal. When they brought it to the table they refused to give her the correct dish and instead insisted she pay for the dish she actually wanted and made her keep the wrong dish without a refund for it. That's the worst service I've ever seen.

Was visiting a friend in the area and we were looking for a new place to eat. We found this on Google and gave it a try. We all enjoyed our food and the service was friendly. I'll be back next time I'm visiting the area

One of my favorite restaurants in Omaha. They have something for everything. Everything I've tried has been so good. Everything is fresh just like they say. I have brought so many friends and family here and will always recommend this place.

Everything is always top notch. The food is amazing. The staff is super friendly and helpful. This is our new favorite place.
