WHAT I ORDERED Mushroom Swiss Burger (Garlic Aioli, Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Sautéed Mushrooms, Swiss Cheese) with a side order of Garlic Parm Truffle Fries. The burger was loaded with toppings which gave it a nice full look. The burger paddy had good flavor and the bun was nice and fluffy. Overall the burger was tasty and greasy. The fries were fresh-cut and loaded with Parmesan cheese. My honest opinion here is that they were extremely underwhelming. These fries were soft/soggy and I didn’t have any hint of truffle oil. I spoke to a few people and apparently their fries are always this way. MENU Smitty’s has a large selection of burger options and you can choose Turkey or Bison (+$2) if you don’t want a traditional beef paddy. There are also a few sandwiches, melts, salads, and Tacos. ESTABLISHMENT Smitty’s is a burger joint with a full bar and TVs all over the place. The vibe and decor mimics the classic American oldies/garage. STAFF Since you order at the counter there wasn’t much of a waiting staff working here. I sat at the bar and was attended to right away. The bartender were friendly and attentive the entire time I was there. PRICING The burgers are around $5-8 and you’ll have to order sides separately which are $2-5. Drinks are $3-6. Their Happy Hours are Mon-Fri 11am - 6pm and Sat-Sun 3pm-6pm. So eager to eat my burger forgot my pictures. But they have the best burgers. When we visit Omaha this will be our place to go for burgers. Friendly staff and they do veterans discount

2nd time here. I first came when they first opened. The burgers are overcooked and bland. The place isn't very clean. Menus at the table are filthy. Doesn't seem like anyone working cares and also doesn't look like a manager is there. Fries were undercooked. Last time going here.

Another place that I regret not coming to more often! Smitty’s never disappoints and today it was just delicious! You could tell it was fresh! The picture definitely doesn’t do it justice, but I swear it’s just amazing food and great vibes!

Great spot to catch a game and burger! Order at the counter but full service bar. Several TVs, good food (the good ranch), & tons of beers on tap!

Excellent food. Could easily get 5 stars from me if they didn't have those extremely tiny serving size of chili, I thought I was getting a very small children's meal. Also keep getting things wrong in my orders. Other than that very good place.

The atmosphere in this place was really nice. The food was fantastic. Probably the best Burger I have ever had. The truffle fries were very good and the service was fantastic. The price also was good.

Great atmosphere with good service. Food wasn't the greatest. One burger ordered fell apart and had to be eaten with a fork. Also I don't believe we got our money's worth food wise.

A typical burger joint, but well done. I walked in and wanted to try most of the burgers on the menu, which is unusual. The ordering options are a la carte, which is nice. Service was about average, but several of the people in my party had to repeatedly ask for sauce or their sides. I would definitely visit again.

Excellent spot to grab lunch! The service was fast and great. Avocado bacon ranch turkey burger highly recommend. The bar tender makes an excellent Bloody Mary. Definitely worth the stop for a good lunch.

Quick service, loyalty program, cold beer, and GREAT BURGERS and Fresh cur Fries!! I've never had a bad burger from Smittys!! Staff walking around checking on patrons, manager checks in with table usually. A great burger bar!!

We usually get take out and Smitty's never disappoints! We've eaten in once, but I prefer to take the food home. It's always nicely packaged and still hot.

Nice people, food was good portions was small to me though. I ate the chicken lettuce wraps there was 3 of them (small) also had onion rings, it was good just not filling. Hate it didn't take pics for ya'll will definitely get some next visit. The bar drinks were good and the patrons and bartender were fun! Pricing was reasonable

It's order when you enter and receive a number. The food is delivered to your table in a timely manner. I especially like their avocado chicken salad. Very tasty. There is a bar in the restaurant.

Nice place to eat! 3 out of 4 of us really liked our food. The staff was really nice and attentive. Would definitely go back next time we're in town.

Food is always decent with unique burgers to choose from. The sports bar/nerdy atmosphere is great and the kids love the claw machines!

this place is like a fast food order at the counter place but let that scare you off, the burgers are simple yet very good, sides are extra, food was better than expected

Food is very good, and always fresh/hot! The staff is very friendly. We were just there on 7/15/23, when leaving we all.had full.hands and I left my to go box behind. We had no more than pulled out of the parking lot and I realized I left mine behind. I ran back in and staff had that quickly cleaned the table! The manager came over and asked what happened, the one girl said "we threw her leftovers away" and she insisted on making me a new burger. I thought that was incredibly nice and beyond just "good" service. This was entirely MY fault and yet management wanted to make me happy. We will definitely return and advise anyone to check them out!

Been coming to Smitty’s for at least 2 years and have never had a bad experience yet. It still amazes me how even the last bite is always still hot! The garlic aioli dipping sauce is sooo good! I put that we spent $10 to $20 for each person, but it was so borderline at or just over the $10 spot per person so trying to be honest.

The food and staff were great. Fresh hot burgers and crispy fries. Not sure why they aren’t rated higher. A google search said they were the top third or fourth best burger in the area. Well after a week on the ground and going to each competitor, our group of five rated Smitty’s the best of them all. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The guys running food and bussing tables were on their game, very quick to get the food out and bring needed extras. The only drawback I saw was the service model; you order at a counter like quick service and then go sit down. If you want bar drinks, you order from the bar and pay like a table service restaurant. I know it’s cuts down on staff but it’s tedious.

We gave Smitty's a try last night and couldn't have been happier diners. The service from every staff member we encountered was over the top and the food was phenomenal!!! Smitty's will now be one of our regular stops for sure!

Stopped in to have a burger while waiting for my wife to meet up on this side of town. Had a phenomenal burger and fries! (Spicy avocado burger). I sat up at the bar, Jasmine was the bartender, and while new, was a great and attentive server. Burger came out super fast, fries were hot and delicious. Couldn't ask for anything more, especially at their price point! Good food, fast hot and delicious, good service and overall a great experience!

First time giving Smitty’s a try. I ordered the chili cheeseburger with a side of fries. Unsurprisingly, the chili lacked flavor and resembled canned chili. The fries lacked seasoning and weren’t spectacular by any means. Overall, the establishment was clean, friendly staff, and bar seating was available. I would be willing to return and try other menu items. However, the first visit wasn’t a memorable experience.
