Worst chick-fil-a experience yet, found a hair cooked into my “fresh” fries and on top of that they’re rationing sauces. Last time I’ll be going here.

My favorite Chick-fil-A. Best food around!! The store is always clean. Their staff is very professional and friendly 😊 Your orders are always out quicker than you would have ever thought possible. Their breakfast is amazing. Their iced coffee is amazing 😍 The best sauce is their Honey Roasted BBQ sauce 😋 it goes so well with everything.

Cool table!! I’m always happy to eat here. Good service. Good food. We don’t have one in our small town so I don’t get it that often. I am always surprised with how pleasant the experience is when I do.

Wow Margaret is so friendly and has excellent customer service skills. Made my lunch a little more cheery :) The long line moves quickly, food is brought to your table within 5 minutes of ordering

First off, I love Chick-fil-A. Top 3 chicken sandwiches. The only thing I hate about CFA is that they require employees to stand outside and take orders. Stop the hate. Bring them inside. We're not stupid. I, for once, would like to look at the menu, and not a person is a bubble trying to keep warm or stay cool.

The service was amazing!! From the young lady that took my order to the lady who dropped off my food and gave me a refill. To the young lady who offered to take my tray and trash. I will definitely go back!

Service great , food fair not even warm. My sandwich had 1 pickle and1/2, granddaughters had zero. she then asked for extra pickles ....she got 2 containers with 2 pickles each..... Her Mac and cheese was warm and good.

Just went through the drive-through and had one of the best experiences at the 75th location! I believe the gentleman’s name was Sergio Himenez, sorry if I spelt it wrong! I would just like to personally thank him for creating such a bubbly atmosphere! I can tell the other workers enjoyed having an enthusiastic co-worker at the window! It’s so awesome to see people enjoy the work they do! I hope this goes to show that work in general can be fun and very productive! And best part of it all was I in fact, did not wait the full nine minutes for mac & cheese. It was a solid three seconds! Great job guys!

First time visiting, food was delicious. Service was top notch. Lady in lobby asked if she could get us anything else, refill drinks etc... very nice

Tiffany the cashier was not very polite. She judged the food that we ordered and laughed as we ordered it all because I asked for no berries on my salad. She also didn’t seem very happy to be there and didn’t say my pleasure. Otherwise the food was great and our food came out quick!

I got a grill chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato. Was just hungry for a healthy sandwich. It was my first time eating at any location. My sandwich was very good.

I love their chicken sandwiches. Sometimes it's nice to have a small simple menu. This location seems to always be really busy, but they do a good job of getting orders out quick.

Last bit worst thing ever a bloody vain or some gross meat product I went to the restroom and threw-up! No more meat for me than just put it over the edge. The prices are outrageous for bloody chicken anyway.

I went through the drive thru and things went as smooth as they always do. For the number of cars that were there at 8:30 at night, it's a very popular place. The wait is never long, there are a lot of other fast food places that could learn a lot from Chick-fil-A. I will go back, love the nuggets (I am not a chicken nugget fan) they're the ONLY chicken nuggets I'll eat.

I come twice a week. Just went through oder number 778. No napkins, no fork, no sauces. Like what?! Had to go back in for sauce. Came back out, realized no fork or napkins. Not going back in.

Restaurant located on a busy street. The parking lot is hard to get to since the entrance is through the side. The staff was wonderful but they don't have a curbside pick-up area so if ordering online, you need to walk inside to get your food.

Chick-Fil-A is always about the same. The food is ok, the people are super friendly, and the restaurants are all pretty much identical. I had never been to this location but was out running errands so stopped here for a quick breakfast. The food was Chick-Fil-A. It's not my favorite but my wife really likes it and she can come up with gluten free options that work for her so ok. It was ok The service from the people who waited on us was exceptional as always. Special shout out to Charlie (I hope that's right my eyes are bad) working the cash register. Super friendly and helpful. The low score is due to the LOUD management meeting happening in the dining room. I got to hear about they are handing out old food instead of fresh food, how the bins aren't washed enough, and how they need to improve team building among a bunch of other complaints. I did not need it want to hear that and I feel it was inappropriate to talk about the employees in front of the public. Have the meeting before you open it find somewhere else to have it. Let me eat my mediocre biscuit in peace.

The fries were like warm and soggy and so was the chicken sandwiches the sweet tea was warm. Staff was very friendly. There was a family with a baby and it was crying and screaming and changed with babies diaper on the table in the dining area instead of using a restroom.

This Chick-fil-A has remarkable service. Quick to deliver with quality you'd expect. The Chick-fil-A store manager gives away a ton of free food through the app.

Everything was amazing until we sat down a group of employees were on break and we could hear the entire conversation between them because it was being screamed all thru the restaurant. I mean I heard the whole storey how customers took way to long to order and now her brake is over and how one will beat some with a shoe if they don't leave made for a uncomfortable dinner with my kids.

It's hate chicken, but it's delicious and the service is fantastic.

I didn't eat here for a year because of the declining quality. It's always so far from fresh that I eat the minimum to suppress my appetite and throw the rest away. Way overpriced for terrible quality. Sams Club's imitation products are better than this location.

worst service i have ever gotten at a chick-fil-a in my life. for a place that takes pride in their quality of food and service neither were anywhere close to being up to par, forgot our drinks, straws and silverware. The people in the parking lot act like it’s their first time behind the wheel as i almost got hit backing up. overall -47/10

Lots of little details like fresh flowers on the tables that aren't common at fast food restaurants, but are a nice touch that makes a good chicken sandwich great!

I love their Mac N Cheese. But for $7 bucks?!?! Whoa. And the smaller size for $4 bucks is a small container. Other than that this place is super friendly and nice. But I don't get what the whole new canopy is about. It's like pulling up to a bank. Strange.

Great place 👍 for breakfast or lunch always good service and on the rare off chance something goes wrong they always make it more than right!! I’ve also asked on many occasions to make me a custom sandwich and they do a great job!!

The food is very good, we've never had a bad meal here-ever, and the service is exceptional, the staff are always up beat, and happy, unlike most fast food restaurants, which makes the experience even better when we attend. Delicious food, lots of options and good sauces!

Staff was amazing and helpful , the store was clean and food was ready fast .they was handling the rush when a big group came in with no problems they always have good service.

This Chick Fil A is one of the best run in the area. People are always friendly and the food is always perfect. Clean restaurant. There is almost always a line in the drive thru but they do a great job of keeping it moving. If you pull up to a line, don't worry, you'll move quick.

Today I witnessed a customer fully lose it on 2 different staff members today about how they are rude and slow. Let me tell you, I've picked up door dash orders at 3 different chick-fil-a locations and this one BY FAR has the nicest, quickest, and most helpful employees. They keep it running like a well oiled machine during rushes with dine in guests, pick up orders, and the drive-thru. Let it be a lesson to give people a little grace when you can see they are slammed with orders. This location rocks, I appreciate all of the staff members!

Choose another fast food restaurant nearby and don't go out of your way to go here because their pickup procedure is deplorable. They have a rack for pickup orders but it's not reachable by delivery drivers. I spoke to a worker about which order I had and he walked away and kept helping other people all the while there was a bag on the delivery driver shelf just sitting there. It wasn't until a while later I mentioned to another worker that I was waiting for an order in that order is still sitting there and that was when the order came to me. I provided feedback in store to the employee who didn't seem to even register or care about what I said therefore I will not go to this place again this place has nothing on the one on 125th and Dodge..

Even though this is an extremely busy area at times I always get my food at this location very timely and everything is always extremely clean and people are extremely friendly. Their little play area for kids is open in the back and is always clean and I'm never worried. I will also say I'm very impressed with the customer service. We got here at 10:32 and breakfast had just ended and the manager went in the back and made sure that they could still make the thing on the breakfast menu for us. It's just one of those things where they could have easily enforced that it was now lunch time and no longer breakfast ...but going above and beyond when my kids were looking forward to their hash browns, which are delicious, just made it better. It's the little things, and they get it here!
