It was 8:20pm and they dont close until 9:30. The employees had all lights off, the open sign off, and were literally ducking behind the counter. Trying to pretend they were closed?? Extremely weird. When I pulled up to order they sure sounded irritated I was there. Sorry for giving you my business I guess.

First time at a Runza, It was tasty but you got to like the salt and grease. Comfort food. Had the runza with cheese and mushroom swiss. The onion rings were excellent and not as greasy. The kids meal had the option of mandarin oranges which was nice and they got a coupon for a free cone.

Fyi Runza's sandwiches take 45 minutes to make, so don't be a d/ck when u order more than they have made. I ordered burgers and frings plus 2 runza sandwiches and couldn't get them since an angry customer did earlier. They were honest and patient. Don't be a d/ck to the willing to help and serve.

The guy working the drive thru was friendly. Warm Food was warm, shake was cold. What more can you ask for?

$$$$$$$$$$Bring lots of$$$$$$$$$$ extremely over prices for what you get. The food never seems to be hot and it's expensive. Service is OK but not overly and it takes forever to get your food! I'd to elsewhere if I have options.

I’ve always had a great experience not only just at this location but all Runza locations! I love the Nebraska originality of the business! You need to try it if you haven’t! Also during Jan/Feb check out the Temperature Tuesday promotion! This location is very clean and has a welcoming environment and employees.

Went through the drive thru ordered a Jr cheeseburger plain, it cost as much as a regular cheeseburger and there was no cheese. To.top it off when I arrived at the window to pay I sat there for a good 3 maybe 5 minutes and could just hear a gal yelling through the closed window. I went on the website to report and they sent a generic apology letter and a free meal coupon. As I appreciate the meal replacement I do not appreciate the lack of customer care. How does someone not call or email and make the apology personal.

It's honestly 50/50 on being a good or a bad experience at this restaurant. It's right down the street from where I live so I do frequent this location. I've had some good times with the food I expect and it's delicious! However I've also had a raw middle undercooked burger too. Supposed to be open until 10, but their employees think that means they clock out at 10 so they stop taking orders around 930 or there about. Inexperienced and bad service with mostly teenaged staff.

Was one of the best locations prior to drive through change. Employees don't check which order they are ringing up. 3rd time in a ROW I got the wrong order. Won't be back.

Food was hot and fast Seems like all the fry containers are now the same size or I was just given 2 mediums instead of 1 medium and 1 large.

Didn't get half of what I ordered and was charged for. Go home and fries were only filled halfway, missing dressing for my salad. When I called 6x nobody answered at the store.

Food was better than the last time I went to Runza. Burger was good and the Runza was a Runza. Onion rings and fried were fresh.

It was a bit sticky like most fast food restaurants but the food was good and they had 3 diet soda selections which is unheard of in Nebraska. I would drive farther to go to that particular Runza for the large variety of diet drinks.

Food wasn't bad, but pretty sure the cashier was stoned. They called us for our order and only half the food was there, then seemed confused when we asked for the remaining items.

My first time at this location and I went through the drive thru for lunch. It was busy, to the point that I thought about going somewhere else to get my lunch faster. I was shocked by how quickly they got through the line. Seriously, the fastest I think I’ve ever seen. They were friendly, efficient, and my food was delicious!

Everything was good as usual, we opt for sandwiches and fries since we have drinks at home. Was a bit surprised that 2 sandwiches and fries was 19.70 but then again Everything has changed 😕

Good was truly made to order. Very friendly staff. Greeted us on our way in and when we left. Was patient and sounded like they were all having a lot of fun at work

Chicken tenders and regular runza are my favorites. Runza fries are my all time favorite fries. 🍟😋😋😋😋.

Friendly service, fast delivery most of all the food is always on par to smile after the meal is done. Clean bathroom too. Thank you again for the smile .

Didn’t give us any ketchup or sauce when we got food through the drive-thru, so my 9 yr old ran inside to get some. The cashier refused to give her any and said he needed money for it…? She came back outside to tell us so her dad went in and got it. Inconvenient and unnecessary to treat a kid like this.

Poor service, waited 20mins for food that was cold and even then they still messed up our order. Staff handed bag to us and shut the drive thru door on us. Go to a different Runza long story short.

Love this Runza location! Workers are polite and service is fairly quick. Runzas and chili/cinnamon rolls are unique and you should definitely have it (chili is seasonal, though.)

Always an amazing restaurant. This is my favorite runza. They never charge me for the AMAZING ranch. Sam is always super nice. The food is always perfect. The place is always super clean. Very quick to get through the drive thru. The app makes payment super easy. I recommend getting your fries or rings extra crispy. Overall runza has always been the best fast experience over any other chain.

I showed up just a couple minutes before close (unknowingly) and they didn't hesitate to take my order. It's gotten a bit pricey but I much prefer it to typical fast food. 108th and Q is a great store and the food and service are both consistently good.
