My husband and I haven’t been to this franchise in over 7 years (been living overseas). We were expecting it to be completely different but was shockingly surprised it was. Some of our favorites were still on the menu: calamari and chicken Alfredo. I ventured out with the sour apple sangria even though I’m not a huge sour fan. Our server suggested it and didn’t disappoint. Our server was very nice and gave us the new details of the menu and bar options. We were very pleased with our food and portions. Overall great experience and will definitely go back again.

The soup and salad were really good. I've eaten entrees at Olive Garden and have never been happy with it. I guess the soup and salad is where it's at! The server was super friendly and great at making us feel taken care of. The atmosphere was a bit like being on a feed line lol. The tables are so close that it feels like everyone is sitting together with zero privacy. Conversation becomes difficult to focus on when everyone around is so close and having their own conversations.

One of the best if you want to have Italian. Their salad is good and breadsticks are the best. Since we we’re vegetarian we had a soup and the egg plant dish. The egg plants were really good. I would recommend that if you are into the tangy flavor. Can’t forget to mention the beautiful ambience and a very friendly staff. I wish they had more of the vegetarian/vegan stuff.

This Olive Garden location is a very nice restaurant. A Sunday afternoon and there was about a 20 minute wait because they don't have enough staff. They are hiring. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. The restrooms were also clean. There is handicapped parking right at the entrance but they do not have automatic doors. The food was excellent. Alex our waiter was excellent. He was fast, attentive very nice. I would recommend this location for an Italian meal.

Best place for pasta and seafood. They always are very kind server's who go above and beyond to make sure your dinner is perfect. They also offer takeout options and it's perfect for takeout night at home! They never miss food in the order and it's always made fresh.

Great team serving. Food took a while to get to the table. But the server Eddy took care of us with salads and kept the drinks filled. He was a wonderful waiter. Food was hot and tasted good. Nice American Italian place to visit.

There was a server named Kobe, who does a great job keeping his guest comfortable until the food comes out but, that was the half of it for me. Kobe made sure my son's food came out ahead of our food which, I thought was so cool 😎. Great job Kobe hopefully he gets a raise and a day off for being such a great server. Please recognize him and his hard work Olive garden. And for everyone else you need to try the location on Dodge, they have great service just like there food.

We like this restaurant. We had dinner here after a long drive from Minneapolis, MN. Dinner was tasty and filling. The soup, salad and pasta were prepared very well. For dessert, tea and cake. We were pleased. Thank you guys👍

The wait time is too long but food is good

One of our favorite date night spots for food. According to my husband you can not find a better dessert. Tiramisu I love the soup and salad, the little mints you get when paying. The service has always been great!

We used Call Ahead seating and were seated very timely. We had a party of 8. Our server was phenomenal. He asked if we were celebrating something, kept our drinks refreshed, and served our food with a smile . We would definitely return & soon!!

I called to ask for a table large enough for a monthly dinner meeting I have. We have been there several times and it was good. This time I had to talk to a manager. After waiting on hold for quite awhile she came on and said yes what do you need. I began to tell her and she said we don't have meetings or groups here anymore. I said we all order dinner and drinks and talk during our meal. Well how many? I said 10 to 15 I send the invite out and sometimes I get the last count as I am getting there. She said I need it an hour before. I said just set up for 15 and we will be covered. No if they don't show then we have to redo a table. I told her obviously you don't want us there so never mind she said ok. I hung up. I have sine booked it somewhere else and already have 12 people. So Olive Garden I guess the money she lost for you doesn't matter nor the way your manager does business. Who knows how many customers she has run off.

The food there is amazing looks and tastes so good. Love the way were treated so good by our waitress when we came. She made sure we were happy as guests to the restaurant. Went above and beyond. Our food was done pretty quickly. The waitress even refilled drinks without us asking, I love that. Great food and customer service!

Good service but cook were forgetful on this night no scallops in my seafood pasta. Manager felt a $3 comp was reasonable

Always a hit- something easy you know you’ll like. I got the seafood Alfredo and this is where I knocked a star off - I feel like there’s never enough sauce! The calamari was good, not as crispy as I had hoped but I got it to go so I don’t blame them - steam is real. The minimal contact I had with staff was pleasant, easy.

My daughter's favorite place to eat. We took her and her friend. It was her friends 1st time, and she loved it. There weren't a lot of people there, but they literally sat us on top of each other. The food seemed to take a very long time even though I ordered the kids' food as soon as we sat down. The Zuppa Tuscana is not very good anymore. It was actually pretty nasty. That was my favorite. The quality of the food has definitely gone down, but that's anywhere. 😕 Our waitress was awesome and made sure we were taken care of. Will still take my daughter in the future.

I was in Omaha for my Great Niece's High School Graduation and after the ceremony, we, the family, decided meet at the Olive Garden for a late dinner. Although, we arrived towards the end of their dinning in hours, we were happily greeted and quickly served the meals that we ordered. The food was delicious and satisfying. It was definitely a great way / place for us the end an evening of celebration.

Yes, it's fast food Italian food but the food and service were great. The toasted ravioli were crispy, hot and full of flavor. The salad and breadsticks were awesome as always. The chicken parmigiano also excellent as was the fettuccine alfredo.

Last night I did a takeout order, and my pasta was half way cooked and my breadsticks were cold. Very dissatisfied with the service as well. It took a very long time for it come out. Don't think I will be returning which is sad because this is my go to OG.

My daughter and I had dinner at the Olive Garden on Dodge Street in Omaha NE Saturday night. It was only about a 5 minute wait before being seated. I ordered the all you can eat soup, salad and bread sticks, and my daughter ordered a chicken dish. When the salad came out it had onions on it and we didn't want the onions, so our waiter took it back and brought us another one, only this one had the wrong dressing, so again it was taken back, so the 3rd one was perfect. When they brought out my daughter's dinner it wasn't what she ordered so again back to the kitchen for the one she ordered. Our waiter Diego saved the evening from being a disaster to a wonderful dining experience. I want to give a Big shout out to Diego for being such a great waiter!! We will return another day and hopefully get the excellent service that we got from Diego.

Had a great time at Olive Garden with my family. We had a table of 7. My parents were visiting from out of town. Nevaya was our server. She was professional, kind, thoughtful, and great with her menu recommendations (Mom and Dad had never eaten there before). The food was timely and tasted great! Will make it our go-to place when Mom and Dad are in town next.

I went with a dear friend for my Birthday luncheon. We don't see each other often, so we had a lot of catching up to do. We were there for almost 2 hrs. Our server, Ana, was new but very good. Food was excellent. Portions were healthy, we both ended up taking some home. Because it was my b-day I received a free desert and the manager even stopped by the table with b-day wishes. I definitely recommend this one. And they weren't very busy so there wasn't any waiting. Excellent time of day to go.

Went to grab my to go order, they said it was not ready. So I waited on the bench right in front of the counter. Staff was just standing around visiting. I did not see my order come out so after 15min I asked if it was getting close and the guy said its ready. Well it had been there the whole time. I have no problem tipping for service but maybe you need to find employees that are more concerned about the customer than their social life.

I absolutely love this location! The staff is so friendly, the restaurant is so clean, and the food is incredible! whether you dine in or order to go, you will have an amazing experience at a great price! This is by far my favorite Italian restaurant.

I was impressed with the food quality. Calamari was great. We have a 4 top. Is all of the meals were delicious. Service was great even though we were there past closing.

The food was great, but where our meal fell short was with the server. They didn't take our drink order until we ordered our food, and we never got a refill. Any time I said thank you, they responded with "mmh hmm" instead of any other response. It was my husband's birthday, but because we didn't feel very welcomed, we ate and left without any celebratory drinks or dessert neither of which was offered by our server. We would eat here again so long as we had a different server.

In my opinion as a costumer, Olive Garden bartenders need to be trained on how to do alcoholic beverages. I ask for a Old fashioned whiskey 🥃 and it was horrible. They don’t have the one piece 🧊 ice cube so it tasted more like water,also they put the wrong cherry 🍒 and last, it was pricey. Over 9 dollars, I mean I don’t have a problem paying 9 o r 10 dollars for a good well serve drink if you know what I mean. NEBRASKA has a humongous variety of stores that sells good whiskeys, but they only had 3 options, I don’t know why. But the food is always great here specially the salads. Also they really improved the cleaning at this location specially the bathrooms area. ¡Good job!

Stopped in with wife and daughters on a Friday at 530. We had a short time to eat and make an appointment. The waitresses did a great job of hurrying everything up and we made our appointment on time. We left her a nice tip.

Lunch was packed! Crazy amount of people for a Thursday. Emma was a fantastic server, very attentive to the table and the food was olive garden delicious! I've never had a bad experience ordering to go, and dine in further strengthened my opinion of this location. Only complaint was the noise level and amount of people, but great food and great service!

My boyfriend and I had dined in on Halloween night. We got seated right away, our waitress was the best! Food came out quick, hot, and delicious! Highly recommended this location

I went to my birthday meal with a close buddy. We spent about two hours there. The food was delicious. We both ended up bringing some home because the portions were huge. I was given free desert as it was my actual birthday, and the manager even came over to the table to wish me a happy birthday.

I went there last night at about 8:35 PM. They close at 10:00. I wanted to sit at the bar, and was told by the person at the front door that the bar was closed, and all the chairs were already on top of the bar. So I waited until they got me a table that seats 8 people, and I was there by myself. They told me that the drink I like has been discontinued. I ordered a beer instead, and my food, and as I sat and ate it, the staff were cleaning up the place around me (over an hour before they closed). It certainly felt like I was being rushed out of there, and the server definitely made me feel like she was trying to get rid of me. Bad horrible rotten customer service!!! That's NOT a way to get business! But I guess those teenagers, who work there, don't care about that.
