We
came
to
visit
from
out
of
town
today
(1/7/23)
for
a
funeral.
Reading
Google
reviews
we
thought
this
place
would
have
outstanding
food.
We
placed
an
order
of
two
Reuben
and
a
porkloin
sandwiches.
All
the
orders
came
wrong
from
the
kitchen
and
the
server
(an
African
American
woman)
tried
to
make
it
right
and
was
really
nice.
We
stayed
a
couple
of
hours
to
chat
and
then
asked
another
server
named
DIANNE
to
get
us
a
diet
coke.
She
rolled
her
eyes
and
went
to
grab
the
other
lady
(who
had
already
told
us
she
had
clocked
out
about
an
hour
and
a
half
ago).
She
seemed
really
upset
about
having
to
serve
us
and
get
us
the
coke
so
we
decided
to
just
leave.
As
we
were
walking
out
she
didn't
even
acknowledge
us.
We
said
thank
you,
and
she
looked
away
and
kept
silent.
I
was
walking
with
an
elder
disable
family
member
and
my
husband
and
she
remained
incredibly
dismissive.
As
a
result
we
came
right
back
to
ask
her
name
to
make
this
review
so
someone
addresses
this
situation
with
her.
I
can't
imagine
how
would
anyone
would
like
to
come
back
to
be
treated
this
badly
especially
with
their
family.
We
really
hope
this
is
not
a
discriminatory
practice
or
bias,
as
she
was
white,
and
her
peer
server
was
not,
neither
am
I.
We
will
make
sure
to
escalate
this
encounter
to
the
Bussines
Bureau
if
necessary.
Food
wasn't
even
that
tasty
either.
The
reuben
sandwich
was
okay
but
not
the
best.
