DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. Good location but all our bowls and burritos were tiny when ordering online.

I ordered my burrito, server put very little rice and meat, the next server got it, wrapped it and tore the tortilla, we asked to rewrap it. She dumped 1/2 the burrito while switching out and started wrapping what was left over. We asked to have some meat added back to it. There seems to be no management there. We finish paying and notice 2 people waiting for, I’m assuming door dash. We see a 3rd food delivery walk in and become irritated because of her order not being ready. There was no rush, there was only a few sitting in the lobby eating. This place needs training and management

I have been a regular here for years today I came in to use the restroom, wash my hands and then get in line to order my food. I couldn't even use the restroom because now you have to enter a code that's on the bottom of your receipt. I will no longer come here ever again. God forbid a human would have to come in and use the restroom but not order food how cruel are you guys?

The restaurant was filthy! All the tables were dirty. The counter where our food was made was completely filthy. Most of the beverages were out of drinks. The drink station was a complete mess. The gal making my order stopped in the middle to make online orders. Needless to say I will NOT be back. The customers had to clean off their own tables to eat.

Stopped in for a quick dinner. The customer in line behind me asked about pricing on a few items before they ordered. The staff used the register to give her an exact total, and the customer was not happy with the answer. She started yelling about how expensive the items were, and eventually walked out the door without ordering. I was impressed with how calm the staff remained and how quickly the manager came from the back to talk directly with the customer. No one went to get him, he heard the woman’s raised voice and came to the front immediately. The service overall was quick, the staff were friendly, and the food was delicious and worth the price. I hope that lady found a cheap quesadilla somewhere else and that her day get better.

The staff was exceptional! They took care of me expediently and ensured that what I ordered was expressly given to me and boy was I on the go! Haven't had Chipotle in years! I'll be 😎 coming back. Thank you ❤️☺️

My wife I tried to go here for lunch. No line, one person in front of us. When it was our turn to order my wife started to place our order the girl at the counter started to make a web order instead. Close to 5 minutes later she still wasn't done and another employee comes over, gets gloves on but completely ignores us as well. We walked out. If Chipotle is going to prioritize online orders over in person service they need to just close their dining rooms and be an overpriced kitchen.

Every time I order delivery from this location you forget part of my order. The last time ot was the chips and this time it was my drink. My tortillas were not warmed up either. You can do better!

Couldn't use the bathroom. They have a code on the door. Use the code at the bottom of the receipt it says on the door. It would help if the code on the reciept worked. Especially when you really have to go. I feel terrible for those with little children. So use caution when arriving here

Ordered though app, food was missing and other part wrong. App gave me a free entree, didn't cover what they messed up. Then removed it after a couple of weeks because I didn't use it. So I guess my money doesn't mean anything.

Every time I go the meat is burnt, old, dry, and at the end of the pan. Quality is quartered from a decade ago, but the price has doubled.

I love chipotle but I've had some bad experiences at this location with delivery being very delayed or food being off. My chicken bowl today was soupy which is kind of gross. It was the new cauliflower rice, so might have something to do with that.

This location use to be great. I don't know what happened. The chips are always stale. The portions are way smaller than other locations. The meat is always over cooked. The customer service is spotty. The kids that work here seem great but the management sucks. The dont seem to care. I just wasted a reward and $14 on a horrible meal.

Had a great meal and that wasn't the best part. Great group of employees working as a team. Organized, and ready to help and I joked around and gave them a hard time which was all in good humor and they knew it.

Good food, good service, but found it important to note you do have to get a receipt in order to use the bathroom. Which was an issue when we were not given a receipt and then it really busy right after. And when you have kids you can't always wait for the person to finish their order before getting a passcode to access the bathroom.

This was my first time picking up a to go order. I went through the front door and had to stand in line for awhile, before deciding to weave my way through the line to get to the front. Annoying that there is no quick way to get to the side door once inside, as it's all the way around the patio. This could be better setup/advertised. However, next time I would know to go in the side door. Decided to go to restroom while I waited for my to go order... and there was a key padlock on the door. I had to wait for someone to become available to give me the code to access the restroom.. a 5 digit number. What the heck, not only is this annoying having to wait for someone to tell you the code, but disgusting having to touch the same nasty buttons as everyone else whose used the restroom that day. Also, they have hand sanitizer right next to the sink. Hard to tell it's not soap until you pump it out. The soap dispenser is clear on the other wall after the trash can and paper towel station. Not sure who designed this but it's backwards. They should move the hand sanitizer to outside the door so people can be prepared to sanitize before having to touch those nasty buttons. The customer service was ok, but because of these annoying things with this location, I wouldn't go back. This is a nice chain fast food joint, not a gross gas station where you have to get a key to go to the bathroom. Not sure why they are so restrictive with allowing their customers to use the restroom. But during a busy lunch or dinner hour, I shouldn't have to work so hard just to go tinkle.

The worst chipotle I've ever experienced. Completely incompetent employees, I've tried this place on a few different occasions and either the food is completely cold, the service is entirely missing, or the burrito is assembled so poorly it would make you wonder if they threw it back and forth between each other a few times. Or better yet, all three. Save yourself the trouble and go out west, or just eat at Qdoba or abelardos.

Restaurant had many tables with trays and cups idle after guests left. Coworkers were visiting about who should tend to it. Maybe a positive? Food portion small and out of ice in fountain drink machine.

This is the least impressive Chipotle location I've been to. It isn't busy at all, but is quite dirty in the eating area and messy along the food prep counter. The kids' quesadilla I got my daughter was not cooked.... cheese not melted at all. Even though they are not busy, they had no chips bagged, then the chips are not as good as usual. Service was friendly but slow and disorganized.

My food was all over the place in its bowl. The Blanco sauce appeared to be clumped together. The tomato salsa had so many jalapeños that it made me choke. Will not not go back to this location in omaha.

This is easily the worst location I’ve ever been. I’ve been to several in the Midwest, as well as Omaha. I’ve had issues in the past. Thought they’d been worked out. But I’ve been here twice in the last few weeks and the help is very slow and didn’t even acknowledge me this evening until like 3 or 4 minutes. Then, as always, they act like I’m bothering them and they rarely give the right portions. Of course I’m charged the same. Will not return. It’s gone even farther down hill than before.

Good people who work here I appreciate the friendly attitude and fast service. Only suggestion I have is to wipe down the area they make the burritos this way if something spills your not dragging other people's burritos into it. Got a little sour cream in mine and I hate sour cream. Still 5 stars just some constructive criticism 👍 UPDATE: Came back here alot since my last review and fantastic job guys it's clean and perfect literally the best chipotle in town now! Love it I'll drive out of the way just to eat here!

Healthier then the alternative fast food restaurants available in Omaha. They don’t like to give decent portions. When asked to fill the rice bowl the staff’s eyes get wide and gets awkward lol

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Chipotle, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. One of the first things that struck me was the outstanding quality of the food. Chipotle's commitment to using fresh, high-quality ingredients is evident in every bite. The vegetables were crisp and vibrant, the meats were tender and flavorful, and the rice and beans were perfectly cooked. It's clear that Chipotle takes great care in sourcing their ingredients, and it truly shows in the taste. But what truly sets Chipotle apart is their dedication to customization. The build-your-own concept allows each customer to tailor their meal to their specific preferences. Whether you prefer a burrito, bowl, salad, or tacos, you have the freedom to choose exactly what goes into your meal. The variety of proteins, salsas, and toppings is impressive, ensuring that there's something for everyone. The customer service at Chipotle is another highlight of the experience. Gage and Luke were friendly, attentive, and eager to help. They patiently guided me through the ordering process, making recommendations and ensuring that my meal was prepared just the way I wanted. The speed and efficiency of the service were also impressive – it's clear that Chipotle values their customers' time. When I sat down, I was greeting by a warming smile from the manager in charge, Marshall. He asked me how the food was, and was very friendly to my friend and I. I left the place feeling uplifted and couldn’t wait to go back the next day! Cleanliness and hygiene were evident throughout the restaurant, which is especially important in today's world. The dining area was well-maintained, and the open kitchen allowed me to see the food being prepared, reinforcing my confidence in the quality and cleanliness of the ingredients. Lastly, I appreciate Chipotle's commitment to sustainability and responsible sourcing. Their dedication to using ethically raised meats and locally sourced produce aligns with my values, and it's reassuring to know that I can enjoy a delicious meal while also supporting responsible practices. In conclusion, my experience at Chipotle was nothing short of outstanding. From the impeccable quality of the food to the exceptional customer service and commitment to sustainability, Chipotle has truly mastered the art of providing a memorable dining experience. I left the restaurant not only with a satisfied palate but also with a deep appreciation for the brand's values and dedication to excellence. Chipotle has earned a loyal customer in me, and I can't wait to return for another delicious and heartwarming meal.

Rarely do I put a negative review of places but this one needs to be known. I got food poisoning from this location after eating there yesterday (7/31/23). I also was not greeted (at all) when I walked in and there were multiple dirty tables (with no customers in sight) and multiple employees standing around. I would not recommend this location for quite some time until they can turn that around.

This Chipotle has been inconsistent with quality for a good year. Today was actually a five star day. Everything was fresh and prepared to perfection. I am giving a 4 star in hopes this will be their new normal. Will upgrade to 5 after a few more "greats"!
