This restaurant has a calming vibe to it. It's spacious with lots of low lighting. Our server did a good job and the food was delicious. The caramel apple cheesecake I had was perfect.

Dined in for dinner and took home dessert. No wait to be seated and our server was polite and prompt. Our order was accurate. The food didn't take long and tasted good. The Bang Bang Chicken and shrimp have a stronger curry flavor and is less sweet and salty compared to other recipes I've had but it was still good. The cheesecake is my favorite part of the experience. Banana Cream cheesecake for the win!

I got the fish and chips dinner and the food was fresh and tasted wonderful! Our server was very nice and took really good care of us. I love the atmosphere here!

Our server was all over us (in a good way) from the moment we sat down. He got our drinks going, brought us some bread, and put our order in quickly. At some point, he explained to us that there was an issue in the kitchen which would delay our order, so he comp'ed us our choice of soup/salad. The food tasted very fresh and the drinks were great too. We seem to always have good luck at The Cheesecake Factory.

We had exceptional service and the best experience. The food was great, nice sized portions. The prices are a little high. It was $10 for a slice of cheesecake but not saying that it wasn't worth it.

Used to always think of this as a premium brand but after yesterday I will not be back for some time. We went to celebrate a birthday and Spent $90 on 2 non-alcoholic drinks, an app, and 2 entrées. Service was slow and we never got refills on drinks. Mac in cheese balls were tasty. But we both got 2 different types of pasta and were disappointed. My wife found a full clove of garlic in her pasta and the sauce had the consistency of water. Mine was fine but again for $25 pasta was hoping for more flavor. Attached is a photo from the day after on a paper plate because you can't microwave your takeout box. For the price you can go be kings at olive garden or spaghetti works or be disappointed here, Up to you

I had a wonderful dining experience at the Cheesecake Factory, thanks to our server, Chelsea. She was incredibly friendly and courteous throughout our meal, which set the tone for the evening. The highlight of my meal was the miso salmon, which was absolutely delicious. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and it left me wanting more. We also indulged in the strawberry cheesecake and red velvet cheesecake, both of which were incredibly yummy. What impressed me even more was Chelsea's attentive service. She checked in with us to ensure everything was to our liking, which added to the overall pleasant dining experience. I must mention the Mushroom Burger, which was huge and satisfying. The shrimp scampi was good, although I found the noodles a tad bland. However, the shrimp itself was seasoned to perfection. I'm already looking forward to returning for my birthday; that's how much I enjoyed the experience. And, I can't forget to mention how much I love their bread – it's the perfect complement to their delicious dishes. Overall, a fantastic dining experience at the Cheesecake Factory, made even better by Chelsea's exceptional service. Can't wait to come back for more!

Yesterday I went to Cheesecake Factory and I was a bit disappointed because the waitress brought me appetizer with main dish at the same time. So, the pasta was already cold when I was done with appetizer. Also, it was hard for my waitress to suggest me their specials as a I am vegetarian. ( Not a vegan) The only she could suggest is a salad. Hope their staff will study menu better and what appetizer means.

Brandon was our server for lunch and did an exceptional job. Business lunch.....couple salads and a fish and fries. I wanted to try the Chicken Costoletta. Wow!! All of it was amazing!! A little heavy on the garlic but this was a great lunch location. The asparagus was PERFECT!! Paired with the mashed potatoes and thin sliced and perfectly breaded and seasoned breasts 🤤🤤 very nice. This was my 1st time at the Cheesecake Factory......I highly recommend.

Amazing restaurant. Brandon took care of us today, and he was very polite. That man deserves a raise. Food was really good, as were the drinks. I had the Factory Burrito Grande and as a big man, I was shocked that I could not eat the whole thing.

First time here and the Service was an absolute joke. Not sure if it was the server Jareds first night, but he didn't check on us, and gave our app to a different table. Spoke to manager who then said the fettuccine was supposed to be bland.. just add some salt and pepper. It gives Applebee's vibes but with a bigger menu

Had a great time. Quite place compare to some other large open seating. Server with good service. Mock tail drinks were great. Parking space was good. Overall great experience.

I haven't been here in a very long time. We had to wait for a table just around 30 minutes. The food was very nice size portions and extremely tasty. The waitress did a great job checking in us. All around great experience!

We ordered takeout/pickup online and I got the shrimp and steak Diane combo, paid 26 bucks to have 3 tiny steak "bites" not medallions, and 3 shrimp. There was more mushrooms than steak. I also got extra green beans which were undercooked and the mashed potatoes were also undercooked and had hard pieces in it. I think they do this on purpose for takeout orders.

This was an absolutely awful experience. I was served a completely raw burger and then my server argued with me and told me it was fine and “that was how I ordered it.” She was extremely rude and not once offered to take my food back and get me something else or apologized. I then had to ask her to comp the meal after she tried to charge me even though I didn’t eat any of it. I’ve never had an experience like this anywhere.

Loved the food. It was delicious. Tried the chicken madera, and the wife tried the chicken fettuccine alfredo. I had a piece of carrot cake after, and she had the Godiva chocolate cheesecake. Both tasted amazing. The service was excellent. I thought the look of the restaurant was kind of weird, but by no means awful. A word to wise, come hungry and be ready to spend about $50 a person.

The service here is so hit or miss that I almost never go even though the food is generally really good. This place definitely has gotten a ton more expensive lately, but so has everything else I guess. The inside of the restaurant was very clean and nice. Our cheesecake was delicious.

Food was pretty tasty, if just a little pricey. I loved the cheesecake and cocktail I got! Server was very friendly and made sure we were taken care of for the whole evening!

We had a bad experience today. Usually we love Cheesecake Factory. But this was the worst one we have been to. Had to look at a dirty table next to me for 45 minutes. Took 3 people to clean it! And that was not the only table. Where is the management? And by the way, teach your people how to wipe a table. Don't wipe the dirt from table onto the bench where people have to sit. Floors are also a big mess. Low standard here. But the waitress really impacted the Bad experience. She was so stressful and loud, it was very uncomfortable. Running back and forth while yelling what she brings now or in the future. Took her forever to bring everything. Just the cheesecake itself took 15 MINUTES. The restaurant was not full. The food was good but not overwhelming. Seems to loose its special touch... We spent (for 2 people) 100 Dollar and had no relaxing Lunch. Sorry, but this location will NOT see us again

Cheescake Factory has always been a favorite. Their pasta is always delicious. All their food is tasty. Had their pomegranate margarita and it was also great. The waiter was very good and attentive. And of course their cheesecakes are great, but I stay away from them after dinner lol Would go back of course!

Overall was a good dinner. Only downfall we had was we were told by the hostess to just go stand by a table and someone would be by to clean it. We waited for awhile, several employees walked by yet nothing. I do love the "skinny" menu, lots of options.

1:30 pm on a Friday, but still it was busy with a 15 minute wait. I had the lunch portion of the chili-crunch shrimp pasta and I still had leftovers. It was delicious! We also had rhe avocado egg rolls as an appetizer and they were very good as usual. Great service and atmosphere.

What can I say ... This is the place for everything special. We celebrated our first anniversary there. Truly a beautiful place. Courteous staff & food is top notch. We fell in love with their cheesecake ❤️ so many varieties to select from. Omaha's must visit fine dining place. Our preferred choice of drinks was Dirty Martini & Red Sangria. For the main course we selected Fish&chips along with their specialty that is Parmesan-Herb Crusted Chicken & Crispy Chicken Costoletta and wow! Chicken was crispy and perfectly done. Caramel Pecan Turtle Cheesecake is what we finally decided to go for dessert and it was mouth watering with such intense flavor. I can surely tell you I have tried a variety of cheesecakes but this place has the best of them 😁 .. Surely we will be back for another celebration.

Visited this place after 5 years, the overall experience was great. Food, service, ambiance were good. Kudos to the waiter who did an amazing job taking care of 15 people without any hassles.

For all the hype from friends over the years, my first time here it is a bit of a let down. The atmosphere is okay, it has pretty colors. The food I chose was fresh grilled salmon with real mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli, and sweet tea to drink. The portion size was good, the salmon had no real flavor rather blah, broccoli was barely cooked, the white bread was hard, though the dark bread was good, and the mashed potatoes was the best part of the main meal. The cheesecake factory is known for it's cheesecakes. So I chose the tiramisu cheesecake. Now that is well worth coming here, for the cheesecake! Yum!!

Our waiter was amazing and he was so professional. My steak was so tender I could cut it with a butter knife and the veggies were so fresh. For dessert I had the red velvet cheesecake was beyond delicious

Our server was very attentive. We were a party of 12 ans she was able to.get all.the orders correct and she check in on us frequently. The food.was delicious as always and thr bathrooms at this location were clean.

While we knew it was going to be busy on a Saturday night and we waited an hour to sit, it also took over 15 minutes to get our orders taken, and another hour to get our food. But given how busy it was we were patient. What crossed the line is when the burgers we ordered well done ended up with the one for our kid being nearly raw on the inside.
