Four
adults
arrived
Saturday
at
12:15
to
a
3/4
full
restaurant
and
immediately
seated.
Our
server
greeted
us
but
obviously
did
not
want
to
be
there.
His
attitude
was
horrible
and
we
were
surprised
when
the
glasses
did
not
break
the
way
he
tossed
them
on
the
table.
We
placed
our
order
and
waited
and
waited
and
waited.
After
waiting
for
50
minutes
and
seeing
other
tables
seated
after
us
but
receiving
their
food,
we
finally
got
him
to
stop
so
we
could
ask
about
our
order.
He
told
us
the
kitchen
was
behind.
Finally,
after
an
hour
our
food
came.
Mediocre
at
best.
Luke
warm
and
flavorless
is
what
comes
to
mind.
The
Old
Market
has
a
lot
of
great
restaurants
but
Twisted
Fork
is
not
one
of
them.
UPDATE
Received
a
call
from
Gabe
(manager)
who
wanted
to
know
everything
that
was
wrong
with
our
visit.
This
is
what
great
customer
service
is
all
about.
Thank

Gabe.
Discovered
the
restaurant
was
short
staffed
on
a
busy
Saturday
in
the
Old
Market.
The
phone
call
does
not
fix
the
issues
we
encountered
but
because
of
the
call,
we
will
return
to
Twisted
Fork.
Our
entire
check
was
refunded
even
though
it
was
not
necessary.
I
am
sorry
I
did
not
reach
out
to
management
while
at
the
restaurant.
That
would
have
been
the
proper
response
from
myself.
