    Wow... strange place, went through drive through( long johns), was asked about sauces and said yes please load me up and was told to pull around and park, food would be brought out etc, I said ok just please!! Sauce,malt vinegar! Well, there were 5 other cars waiting, long wait, one unhappy customer was knocking on the locked door to ask about his order, a very combative loud rude defiant manager stormed out told the man " we don't give refunds" lots of cussing, mans wife came up, police were called, just ridiculous.. manager needs to be FIRED, after all that we got our order, I said " lots of malt vinegar!?? She said"yes!" Got home...no Sauce. Wow..

    Food was ok even though I was short a chicken plank. I figured it would take too long to go back up to the counter judging by the number of customers waiting. This without a doubt is the dirtiest place I have ever eaten in. The seats were so sticky it was hard to slide in and out of the both. There was black goo around the edges of the tables. Pretty sure this was a one time visit. Judging by the other reviews I don't think there will be any improvements made any time soon.

    Called KFC/LJS to find the in store & drive up hours. We were told drive up open until 10PM. We arrived at drive thru and were told LJS closes at 8PM, and KFC is open until 10PM. We settled for KFC. We ordered 2 meals, received only one spork. Employee forgot our drink, realized when we got home. Asked for 2 lemon cakes, they rang up and received only one. The food itself was subpar just like our experience.

    Dirty...dead flies and bugs in the window sills by booths and random trash on the floor, which is why we didn't dine-in. The workers were very nice but service was extremely slow...it took 20 minutes to get chicken tenders and 1 fish meal combo. The fish and hushpuppies were good but they had run out of tartar sauce and the fries for the chicken tenders meal seemed like they had been soaked in salt. Wish I had better things to say.

    The food was fine. The building and property was clean but the person that was at the window simply opened the window stated a dollar amount. Didn't even say hello and handed me. The food didn't even say thank you. So I felt like more of a burden than a reason for for them being there.

    The ppl working at this location are the best. Always friendly and helpful, the food Is always fresh and hot. Never have had a complaint

    Limited staff gets very busy during lunch with trying to fill orders. Dinning room does not get the attention it needs as people come and go. South doors locked so majority of parking area required to walk around to side of building to gain access. Staff does not call out receipt order number, just which code from board the dish is. G/L if there is more than 1 person waiting for the same order.

    I only drink Coke, and all they had was Pepsi products, that's why I gave him a four-star rating. The staff was friendly as usual, and the service food yep we're great all except for No Coke.

    Staff was RUDE. They didn't say anything specifically rude, They just had nasty attitudes like they did not want to be there, If I asked a question about if they had something, you could just hear them rolling their eyes, And they were so slow. I ordered 2, two piece fish meals and waited Over fifteen minutes. The food was good though.

    Staff was friendly while offering but the food took way too long through the drive thru. We waited around 15 minutes. The Star said she got caught up doing something else and forgot to drop our fries. It was 8:00 on a Sunday night but the posted hours say they close at 10:00. Also, the doors to get into the restaurant were locked.

    Here you cannot dine in. When you order your food through the drove thru they will tell you to drive around. You will then wait 35 to 45 minutes for your food. Now your food is so cold you will have to drive home to heat it up in microwave.

    Don't try going there for dinner. Gave it more then one shot and they shut down LJS menu at 7 (isn't that not far from dinner time?) and got told it would take 12min to make KFC wings. After questioning it i was told wings are on the "lunch" menu. What a joke! 2.9* no surprise but shouldn't be that high

    Went during normal business hours and no one answered the drive through , pulled up ,lady told me they weren't open even though I could see they were cooking ... Not the first time this has happened but it will be the last because I am not going back .

    Horrible.. Ordered a family meal with a shrimp add on got a container full of crumbs... Where is the shrimp????????????????? and cold fries... Smh I dislike spending over $30 and feel like I didn't receive good service.

    I went inside and the staff was rude to each other. The lady at the counter was very nice but the ladies in the back were being really mean to her and it was super off putting to go into an establishment where the staff was being mean to each other.

    This is a crazy place. You go to the drive through place your order and they tell you to go around to the front door. Then I sat for 30 min waiting for my food. There is NOTHING fast about this place. This is the 2nd time so this is not a one time issue. There is some kind of problem here. 4 people inside and they were all running around but something needs to be fixed.

    The 12-piece chicken and fish with fries and coleslaw sides were tasty as always! The 12 hushpuppies were extra large and cooked fresh! The staff woman that brought my order to my car was very pleasant, greeted me with a big smile, and apologized for the wait!

    Chicken planks were nothing like long silvers planks. Looked like cheap flat chicken strip. Didn't taste like they're breading. Not fresh, tasted like been in warmer for hours.

    Went through the drive thru and was cussed out by an employee after calling her out for being rude when I just asked a simple question. Will not come back here again. Either train your employees better or find new ones.

    We've lived in the area for over seven months and EVERY TIME we have tried to come here when they open, we have been met with rude workers letting us know they open when they want and they ABSOLUTELY DONT CARE about the customer. I'm still in shock how long this place has been in business without any changes. I can't believe the way the workers talk to customers constantly and we are done trying to see if "the next time" will be any different. Rude and disrespectful employees with no clue how to act in public, has me shook! What has this world's work ethic come to, or should I say lack there of. Sooo sad and embarrassing, smh.

    Ordered the platter with two fish, three chicken strips, coleslaw and hush puppies get home open the box and there is no fish. I don't drive so I couldn't even go back to complain. What a crock!

    Food was better than I expected at LJS/KFC. Service was just fine. IMNSHO, there were not enough employees on shift to do the work needed. The ones at work very much gave a damn.
