I didn’t have dessert. But their food was really good. I had a vegan burger and my friend had a chicken wrap. We went during a very busy time. Even though they were busy, the staff was great. The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was fun, and the restaurant looked very well kept.

I’m so excited after visiting this place! Never seen something like this what they call as Boba Light Bulb Drinks. Basically they are bubble tea (Bolba drink) in a bulb shaped container which itself has a color changing light. The taste is equally good as they look. The place is big and have many other options to eat and drink if you are a sweet tooth. We took Pinacolada and Tropicalitch. Both were good. The most fun part is you can take the bulb glasses home and decorate!

Would have given 4 stars but there are a few things that need improvement...the cupcakes and ice cream are perfect tasted great highly recommend eating here ..but the service was terrible and the entrance to this establishment was dirty..as we realized we didn't want to sit and eat we got the food To go .I would like to clarify they were not busy and the young lady behind the counter was putting off vibes that she didn't even want to be at work..FOOD WAS GREAT . thanks jones bros cupcakes keep up the hard work

Previously left a bad review for bad service. Exact same employee have since improved all points of service. Have attended 10 times since bad experience. It’s very appreciated and noticed. Well deserved 5 stars. It’s not always about the mistake but the recovery. Great job

The concept of the cups being light bulbs is awesome! And the fact they light up makes it even more awesome!! But the reason it’s not 5 star worthy is because the drink I got( Dragon Fly ) was 95% ice and the rest was flavor. After only several sips you can notice right away that it’s mostly crushed ice! If this is fixed this place will overall be 5+ stars !

The employees are very friendly and helpful and the cupcakes are very unique and delicious! I didn’t get to try the boba but it looked amazing and I will certainly be back to give it a shot.

Love everyone at Jones Bros. Cupcakes!!!! After seeing the owner on cupcake wars we knew we had to try their cupcake place!!! We have been back almost every for the past 5 years!!! They have changed and grown so much, and it just gets tastier every time we go! They have cronuts, cupcakes,macaroons,cookies,ice cream,coffee drinks and food for lunch/dinner! Plus they have these new awesomely delicious drinks that come in a light bulb shaped cups!!! We will come here over and over again when we come to Omaha!!! Love it here and the staff is always on point!!!

I love this place when I visit Omaha. The light bulb cup actually lights up at the bottom. The flavor is so good! I wasn’t a fan of the Mangolata drink but the presentation and flavor were good. I wasn’t a fan of the straw. I did purchase 6 cupcakes butter cream and whipped. I wish they were located in my state, I’m a big fan of BoBo!

I like their baked goods and I've enjoyed their boba and other specialty drinks. However, I've tried their food items a few times over the last five years and always feel disappointed. The food is cheap and unexciting and not a good value for your dollar. If you want some luxury cupcakes, Jones bros is pretty reliable. If you want lunch, you may want to go somewhere else.

Tonight we came in at 6:50 on a Friday night for a family dessert for our daughter’s birthday. Website says open until 9pm, and this has always been a popular evening spot. Two girls working the counter let us buy $35 worth of desserts, then we sit down. Then not one, but both staff come over and tell us separately that they’re closing/closed at 7pm. I asked about the hour change, and she said since customers are slow they close early. If they were closing they should have said so before taking our money. We could have taken our family somewhere else instead of being rushed out in a rude way. Cupcakes and ice cream were mediocre compared to other places in town. Customers probably slow due to poor customer service and basic food.

Good coffee. I didn't order any food, but they had lots of options. Great atmosphere and service. I felt very welcomed and enjoyed my visit.

Macarons weren’t labeled which is weird so I find that irritating that we had to ask someone what each flavor was…they were also more stale than a macaron should be. We also got a slice of cheesecake which tasted like it was frozen and Dethawed. Tasted artificial and processed as if it wasn’t made in house. So many other great local bakeries to check out in Omaha. We had a sweet tooth and got desperate.

Visited today between 2-3pm and the two workers were incredibly disrespectful. The cashier was on a personal phone call and didn’t acknowledge my presence. My daughter ordered later and it took 20 minutes to make her drink.

Sad to say they were horrible. I got gluten free cupcakes. Not sure of the flavor. It was chocolate icing. The icing wasn’t too bad but the actual cupcake was dry and thick. Very disappointing.

Love having them so close to home! Jones Bros is an integral part of the Aksarben area, and our family loves their baked treats as well the great variety of boba drinks! Atmosphere is always inviting and staff is friendly and helpful!

A group of us are in Omaha from Chicago so this was my first time trying Jones Bros cupcakes. The cupcakes were okay, the frosting was hard and gritty but the actuall cake was moist and flavorful. The employees were rude and aloof, seemed annoyed to do their jobs and made it a bad experience. The saving grace was the Thai iced tea boba, the lightbulb cups are adorable and the drink was made perfectly. Overall, meh.

Breakfast burrito was huge and tasty but too big and covered with stuff like salsa and sour cream. Not the kind of breakfast burrito I was hoping for (classic portable, handheld)

Service is nice, the place is cute. The cupcakes were good but not anything special to me. Prices are alright for the treats. I wasn't too impressed by the ice cream. I would probably go back sometime if I'm in town.

What a find! Visiting Omaha & found this place in the fun Aksarben area. Food was good, staff was outstanding! The same guy took our orders with a huge smile and was extremely welcoming and even brought our food to the table too! Now that was top-notch customer service! The atmosphere was great too! Highly recommend!

What a fun bakery to visit! The Boba Teas are delicious- my favorite is the Orange Cherry Blossom. And the light-up light bulb drink cups they come are awesome! The main reason we come here, though, are the macarons. My son is addicted and we like to buy him these French cookies as a special treat. But we only buy them on Mondays since they are half price! The macrons are colorful and tasty. Their cupcakes are beautifully decorated and there are many other sweet treats to choose from.

I absolutely love Jones Bros! Breakfast, lunch and cupcakes!!! I’ve used them a lot for catering jobs at work and they have the best staff and owner!! They are great with food allergies, I have fatal peanut/tree nut allergies and they always make sure that I am able to eat safely. Thats not easy to do for someone like me. Most restaurants, I’ve found, can’t/wont guarantee this because of the liability, not Jones Bros. They always take care of me and others who have allergies. Their breakfast sandwiches are the best, and their chicken salad is amazing!!! Highly recommend them!!
