Ate at Longhorn today when it was about 60% busy and had very slow service. There were three of us and beers took ~20 minutes to arrive. The food was overall pretty good, but the waitress messed up my order and did not bring another loaf of bread when requested. At the end, she had the audacity to highlight the bottom of each check for the tip section. The strawberry and pecan salad, steak and ribs were amazing. The lobster tail was overcooked and definitely not worth the upgrade. I think we just had a bad server, because the other servers seemed to be in and out of kitchen 3x what our server was doing.

Waitress was great about explaining the menu and what cuts I asked for, little short on Waitresses, but I was patient and the steak was totally worth the wait!!! And the it didn't take long either!

My hubby took me here for my birthday this year. Loved the spinach and artichoke dip. Was so delicious and the pita fried soft. My T bone was cooked to perfection and was tender and juicy. David loved his ribs.

We have never eaten at this location before but were in the area so we stopped. For the first time in probably 40 times of eating at Longhorn, my filet was inedible. I could barely cut it it was so tough BUT I sent it back and they had a new, DELICIOUS one out in just a few minutes. I get that things happen and in the end they made it right and that is all you can ask. I would definitely eat here again.

It’s not to often I go into sub-par franchise restaurants, however, we gave this a try because we were gifted a gift card. Food was actually good, and customer service was perfect. Our waitress was absolutely adorable & had great customer service skills. So, why 1 star? Our waitress was still “in training” so she couldn’t receive tips. Her “tip” would go to the person she’s training under, even though this person didn’t even attend to our table. That’s absolutely absurd. You’re telling me that this million dollar franchise doesn’t allow people in training to receive tips? Even though they’re doing the job? Yeah I won’t be returning. Do better.

We showed up without a reservation on Sunday night and got seated within 5 minutes. Our server Evan was awesome, we got hot bread, our food showed up quickly and was delicious. Highly recommend, and I’ll be back next time I’m in town!

The food was ok. We ordered the LongHorn Ribeye. The beef was good, just not the best seasoning. I took most of the steak home plus half from my husband. I will probably change them to some spicy salad. 😋

Late evening my family went to support a friend Birthday around 89 the pecan salad 🥗 I had was fresh and sweet. We really enjoyed the fellowship during this time.

Everything was good. I got the double chickdn breast with Brussels were a little overcooked alsogot the loaded baked potatoe....everything else was great.

Food was good. Our lady who was serving us had a big group in back which was understandable but we did not get our salads and when the food came out I asked to please take the salad off the bill she said “salad is free, it comes with the meal” I said “we didn’t get our salad though” she asked “do you want me to bring them out to you to go?” What!? Being a former longhorn server for 3 years I know that lunch is cheaper because it doesn’t come with salad. I’ve never had that happen before and I know it’s not a lot of money but half our meal didn’t come out and we were still charged full price. Won’t be going back.

Totally had a delicious meal. Our server was the best, didn't get his name as I was late getting to our table. Highly recommend the whole menu. Prices are very reasonable. And happy to say, they were busy.

The reason this is 4 not 5 stars is because we were told we would be seated with our party of 10 in 35 mins. We waited exactly 2 hours before we said anything then were seated 10 mins later. The food and service was amazing. The steals were cooked perfectly all of them! The Mac and cheese was phenomenal. We will be back in hopes that we will be seated before 2 hours!!

Amy, our server, was SO good. Food only one of eight dishes was off. They replaced it. Appetizer and dessert fabulous! Croutons on salad very 😋 yummy. Bread and butter offered additional portion while waiting on meal. Offered refills of water or soda.

After walking through the entrance we were greeted by the host and seated right away. Our server was busy with a lot of other tables so it took quite some time before we were greeted by her. Took around 8 to 10 minutes to get our drink orders. Took almost 10 minutes to get our food ordered. It took about 8 minutes to get our appetizer and salad and just as long to get our entrées. None of our orders were even dropped off by our server it was someone else. All that aside the food was great and reasonably priced. I'm not a huge fan of the country theme but the interior looked nice and inviting. Overall I would go back. Just don't expect to be in and out in a hurry.

Our family celebrated my Mom’s 80th birthday last night, a table of 14. Amy was our server and probably the best I’ve ever had. She made everyone feel special. Was kind and thoughtful. She never missed a beat. Our food was excellent and Amy made the evening that much more special. Thank you, Amy.

Our party of five really enjoyed the menu variety and the individual food choices they made, excellent. Only rated it a 3 due to the service. Only with 3 of the five seated, waitress asked if we were ready to order and then almost as soon as we all arrived and got seated, asked again. Although we were at a table with open path all around, when the food was delivered it was placed on one side of the table for us to pass it to the correct person. Though there was a sense of urgency to start, this did not continue through the check closeout and table clearing steps. Bottom line -- we'll try another Longhorn location as the menu options and food we ordered was really good, but likely not returning to this location.

It was just “ok.” I’ve eaten at other Longhorn locations and absolutely loved it, so this one was a disappointment. Considering that the prices are fairly high, I was let down that the steaks and sides didn’t have very much flavor. Our filet mignon was not a good representation and had no real char or flavor to it. The butter was nearly frozen and completely unspreadable. We went shortly after opening when the place seemed mostly empty. Nevertheless, our waitress did not bother to offer to refill our drinks or bread. Additionally, after asking for the check, she continued to make the rounds, lengthening our visit.

Flo's filet actually tasted like a warm cake melting in your mouth. Place was a little too dark and empty tough.

Food, service, and atmosphere were perfect!! I would like to a special & big thank you again to Taelor C for making my dining experience so wonderful. She was very personable and attentive, and did an amazing job making sure everything was good and I had everything I needed. Will be back & recommend!!

This location was struggling a bit due to being short staffed, and many patrons were not happy with the longer wait times. However, we found that our food was absolutely wonderful and the staff, despite the challenges, were all very happy and helpful. My Filet was cooked and seasoned to perfection, the fries were crispy, and surprisingly the Caesar salad was spectacular as well. My wife's strawberry salad was also very well done with fresh veggies and we tried the spicy chicken bites appetizer, which was also amazing. Would highly recommend this location, regardless of the wait times.

This experience was anything but amazing. When we arrived we were informed we needed to wait for a clean table. Totally fine. We were seated less than five minutes later. Our waiter came promptly and greeted us with jokes :) , took our drink orders and then disappeared. Came back ten or fifteen minutes later for our food order. Once our order was placed we watched five other parties leave before our food finally came. Unrolled my silverware and my knife was very dirty. So I kindly asked for a clean one, which our waiter brought. Unrolled that one and same thing knife was dirty. Third time was a charm on the silverware. Unfortunately the bread was very dried out, and part of our order was wrong. When we asked our waiter to bring us some toppings he said it's on there when it clearly wasn't. After we got out correct food, we did not see our waiter again. We finished eating, asked for the check. Ten minutes passed and he came back and asked how we were doing and if he could get us anything. We both looked at each other like, is he joking? Asked for the check again. While waiting, the previously stated five table still had not been bussed. So overall not a good experience. The food was ok at best but the actual experience kinda trumped the food sadly. :(

Jasmine was a fantastic waitress. It seemed to my friend and I that she wanted us to enjoy our food and our time there. She checked with us several times if everything was okay. I would come back again any time. My steak and salad was great.

Unfortunately, 1 VERY LOUD family affected the 5 Star rating. It wasn’t the fault of the restaurant, but they definitely impeded the atmosphere for the rest of the diners.

Fantastic food as always! Even got my hubby to eat mushrooms from here & he loved them! Mina was awesome, so sweet & made sure we were comfortable at our table & made sure our food was good after our first bite!! You don't find service like that very often anymore. Go Mina!

Nice atmosphere, but a little pricey. I had grilled shrimp @ $15.99. Sauce on the shrimp was a bit strong for my taste. Side of asparagus was very good. Copious melted butter. Side Salad with ranch dressing was excellent. The staff took care of our party of 8 very nicely.

Ever felt sick after eating from a establishment? Well todays date is 2/5/22. Just happened to look at Our steak sauce bottle as we just paid for meal and noticed the date of 2020. Told the Gm he hardly apologized and just asked if we wanted to fill out an incident report. You’d think he would’ve offered to take care of our meal. I handed him the ticket and let him know he’s going to take care of this. Completely disappointed in the customer service here and this was one of our favorite restaurants. If they have expired steak sauce 2yrs who knows what else is expired in there.
