One of my favorite restaurants..friendly staff great food .

Not ok when you are eating and a roach is crawling on your table. Just for the manager to tell us this happens everywhere and still charge us for our food. ON MY BIRTHDAY DINNER. Never again

Great food. Steak was cooked exactly how I like it. The rolls and butter at the beginning must be the same type of bread Jesus used when He fed with the fish and five loaves, because it is divine. Mashed potatoes were great. Service was good; not bad, but could have been better. Will definitely be back!

Texas Roadhouse is my favorite steakhouse. I was visiting Omaha and was pleasantly surprised to see one at this location. As always, I wasn't disappointed. The waitress was extremely personable and professional, and the steak was delicious 😋

We had a 10 top, & it was SO packed when we arrived it was hard t9 get in the door. Even so, we were seated with 15 minutes. Selena, our waitress was very attentive. Keep everyone happy & checked on us often. There was also a heavy set huy who was super friendly that came by several times. Overall very impressed with the service, especially during such a busy night. Will happily return.

Fathers Day Celebration so service was a bit slow but to be expected. The restaurant was super busy but worth it. I hope to be back again real soon to enjoy more steak and potato’s and rolls. Thank you for a great experience.

The Texas Roadhouse fall off the bones ribs are my favorites!!! Every is friendly and they do line dancing for patrons celebrating their birthday.

My, mom, my partner & I ate here just now. My mom is quadriplegic. Aaliyah, (the halfwitted host with an indifferent attitude) didn't care, and gave us the furthest booth. The booths are elevated. I asked if we can be moved to accommodate my mom's situation, she obviously got annoyed, she acted like we owed her for doing her job! There were several available tables. Cassie, our server was nice, the food was great as always!

The hostess somehow forgot that our party of 4 was waiting. We were told 10 minutes for a table; there were no other customers waiting before us. We sat on the window bench in full view of the host station. 35 minutes later, after several groups, including some larger than ours, had come and been seated, I inquired about our wait time. She looked for my name and couldn't find it on their list, asked how many in my party, then seated us right away (no apology). Aside from this rough beginning, our visit was STELLAR. We had Ambrosia and Logan as our waitpersons. They were appropriately attentive in a very busy restaurant. We didn't wait long for bread or drink refills. Our food was served hot and delicious. Ambrosia even took our photo and offered to do it again if we wanted. Because of Ambrosia and Logan, I will go back.

My steak was cooked just the way I like it and my loaded baked sweet potato melted in my mouth. The buttered corn was on point, oh and the potato skins were awesome as well. Our server Alex was awesome too! Will definitely go back

I try my best not to complain but this was just too bad not to. We ordered 2 steaks medium. One of them was grey and dry as can be. Broccoli tastes either sour or lemon was squeezed all over it. Unfortunately, we ordered to go and are in for the night, or else we would have asked for a redo. Also tried calling but we waited so long on the line, it hung up on us lol

Poor Service/Food - Avoid This Restaurant My family and I went to Texas Roadhouse in Omaha. We waited 30 minutes to be seated, which was expected on a Saturday - July 8th. What came after being seated was definitely unexpected. Within 5 minutes they had seated a couple of people at tables next to ours. Those people had the waiters acknowledge them and had brought water and warm bread to their tables, while my family was still waiting to be served. Shortly thereafter those same people had placed their orders while my family still waited for water, bread and our orders to be placed. It took 15 minutes before that same waiter who had served one of the tables finally came and acknowledged us and asked what he could get us to drink. Our food eventually came and it was slightly warm. We waited a long time for our food and was getting ready to leave. The people around us had finished their food and was paying their bills. The manager, I assumed he was the manager, stopped by those tables and spoke to the people and asked how their dining experience was and thanked them for coming in. My adult daughter went to ask for boxes for our food. That same manager came to our table with one small box and said “I was told that this table wanted a box”. He left the small box on the table and walked away. I was shocked and saddened, because I witnessed how he had treated the others, but he did not show us the same courtesy. The only difference between those people and my family was our color. They were white and we were black. I will never go back to that restaurant again. Every person deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, and what my family received from those at Texas Roadhouse was horrible. How do you explain to your younger children, who witnessed the difference in treatment themselves, the reason our family was treated so differently. I chose to use the pathetic behavior as a teachable moment for them. I say to all those reading this post, if you truly care about people avoid Texas Roadhouse in Omaha, because my family and friends certainly will.

This is an all-time family favorite!! The night we ate here, it was jam-packed, and it was like a Monday, so clearly, I'm not alone in saying this. The wait time we were told was pretty darn accurate and the staff, although crazy busy, were excellent and didn't miss a beat, especially considering everyone in my family had something specific w/their meal. The food was great, and the portions are large. I think the price point is fair for the amount of food you get. We'll definitely be back!

We were told we would have to wait 25 minutes, but it was only 10. We had a good time. I had the country fried chicken and it was delicious! Highly recommend.

This place is the real deal you want someplace nice to go.with the wife on date night where the food is always fantastic and you never have to worry about sub pat anything then Texas Roadhouse is that place food is good prices are what you would expect and the service is always with a smile. I tip my wait staff to the moon in this place because it's worth it. I have been there with the wife several times over the years and it's always spot on..rarely do I leave Anything to take home, it's that good..

While this is usually one of our favorite places, this latest experience was not a good one at all (besides our server). We did call ahead seating via the app and were quoted 25-30 min wait time. The text we got told us a time to check in by once our party was there. Once everyone arrived, we went to the desk to check in and were admonished by the hostess for not just replaying to the text. The text didn’t mention that at ALL, so how would we know. The waiting area was chaos as several other parties had the same experience as us. The whole process needs a major overhaul and really think now is the time to start taking reservations. It took about 20 extra minutes to our quoted time but we were seated and had the best server. She stayed calm and polite, with as busy as it was and was very attentive. The food was subpar; we had three steaks at our table and none were cooked correctly. We knew it would be forever if we said anything so we just dealt with it.

Great service and great food, except I do not recommend the country fried steak. It was dry and over cooked. Not terrible, i did eat the whole thing! :) Everything else was great. Six of us total. All other food was great!

I don’t normally post stuff like this on social media, but I feel this one deserves a little bit of spotlight! The 3 littles, Carl, && I decided to take a visit to Texas Roadhouse for dinner tonight. Our meal was so incredible that Carl didn’t even notice his mashed potatoes were accidentally forgotten about. Our server Billy was truly amazing!! The 2 reasons why I wanted to share it publicly, is 1, after our meal was served, he did his rounds and came to ask how everything was. I responded with “what I’ve been able to taste so far is really good” as I’m in the middle of cutting up Kamryn’s ribs. He MADE SURE to come back around to specifically ask me how my meal was after he saw that I was able to eat some of it. 2, he went and TOLD ON HIMSELF about forgetting Carl’s side of mashed potatoes. Carl even said that his steak was so good that he didn’t even realize one of his sides were missing until he was done with his steak. Billy was hands down one of the best servers I’ve had period!

This is hard to write because this was not the best experience. Skipped steak fries this trip and went right to our meal... which I didn't get to eat. Thankfully, I did the salad for one of the sides since that is all I got to eat besides the bread. My whole meal was wrong... brought out a Sirloin with the wrong type of potato. Kept the Sirloin and sent the potato back before knowing my steak was not cooked correctly. When my potato finally made it out, my hubby was done and I was not sending the steak back at that point. My server was very sweet and noticed I hadn't eaten any of my steak and asked if something was wrong (which is not always the case). She was so kind and removed the charge from my bills with her apologies... which was so nice since I was taking the steak home for the puppies. Of course, we will be back. Our meals here are normally amazing with nice servers.

Went for dinner this evening and had the best experience! Our waiter, Shukri, was hands down the best waiter I’ve ever had at a restaurant! He was very personable, attentive & made sure we were well taken care of:). You have yourself one heck of an employee.

Food good. Hot and fresh. We went before 5. Waiter was great. Love the atmosphere but smelled not very clean in there.

First, we came in, and 2 hostesses said the person seating would be up. They stood and talked. The waiter was wonderful and attentive. My daughter's steak was way overcooked. Mine just tasted over cooked, but appearance wise looked fair other than thin. Economical meal though, fabulous bread!

Texas Roadhouse has always been a family staple around our family. The food honestly never disappoints and if changes need to be made, the staff always try to go above and beyond to accommodate our needs. I can never get enough of there cinnamon butter with the bread, I can almost guarantee I would be 40-50lb heavier if I went there daily as I always seem to chow down a basket or 2 all on my own (not including the food we order). The steak is one of the largest reasons I go there. It’s affordable, taste delicious and is always cooked to your liking, if it’s over cooked and or undercooked, the staff will always do their best to make sure it fits your personal standards. I would have taken pictures of the food, but my mouth was watering so much on the steak that I couldn’t bear waiting any longer. For a family of 9 I paid around 235$. Which yes it does sound like a lot but then again, that’s 9 steaks, 2 appetizers, drinks and a tip so in my personal opinion, I considered that a fair price for steak (especially in today’s economy). When it comes to some good quality meats, great appetizers, drinks and amazing services, Texas Roadhouse never seizes to disappoint. Highly recommend place for anyone looking to chow down on some steak!

Texas Roadhouse always has a good atmosphere, but the food and service across the chain can be hit-or-miss. THIS location is the best Texas Roadhouse my family has ever been to. The food is always cooked as requested, drinks promptly refilled, sides have an actual taste other than salt and butter. My grilled chicken was seriously the juiciest I’ve ever ordered at a restaurant, period. And of course, the rolls are heavenly! Rocky was our server during our most recent visit. She’s one of the best servers I’ve ever had. Quick, caring, concise, great memory, friendly. We brought in a party of nine, and Rocky ensured we were well-cared for. We’ll be back to this location the next time we’re in Nebraska!

Family atmosphere emphasizing local sports and country music. My New York strip steak had lots of fat and was shaped like nothing I'd been served before but the flavor was okay. You should probably stay with the lower priced items.

You kinda know what you're going to get at Texas Roadhouse, but here's why I stopped going. A. I hate the atmosphere. It's loud. You feel like you actually are the cattle being herded through this meatgrinder of a restaurant. B. It's not clean. At all. The tables and chairs and floor are filthy. I saw one guy wiping down a table, drop his rag into a pile of dirt and food, pick it up, and keep wiping. NOPE. C. Steak. I ordered medium rare. Will I get it? Will I get rare? Will I get medium? Who knows! I love the fries. Love the ranch. Love the rolls. But I just don't feel like the overall experience is worth the low price.

Small portion sizes on the steak fries, a medium rare steak cooked well done, broccoli that had brown spots all over it, carrots that were too undercooked to eat, hosts ignored us when we came in, at least the waitress who tried to serve our table was great. The one who did was fine. Smallest sweet potatoe I have seen in my life, more shell then sweet potatoes. Sweet tea was way too strong. What happened? Used to love this place.

I’m going to give them five stars across the board-because… Their food is usually exceptional, however, this time my salmon came out slightly dry and overcooked. I let our waiter know, and he immediately got the manager who brought my new salmon, that was so delicious and tender and they make everything right with a smile. Nobody is perfect, but when you do business like this, I will keep coming back! 🥰 Thank you!!

We were told that it would be a 25 minute wait so we decided to go to the bar and have a drink. We just got our drinks and we're called to our table. MAYBE 7 minute wait. 🌟 Our waitress was super nice!!! Our food came fast but I received veggies when I ordered steak fries. They brought them to me very quickly but they were cold 😔 I was told by the person seating us to ask my server for peanuts and was told they were out yet there were 2 boxes of them right by the front door. This was very disappointing 😞 My steak was cooked perfectly and was very tasty! We noticed that they never stopped and did their dance. When I asked the waitress about it she said that all of the people that knew the dance have all quit so there's no one to teach them. Most importantly, the rolls and cinnamon butter are still delicious 😋

A pretty active place on a Saturday evening , plan your trip on the weekends or wait 15 minutes which is practically 0 to nothing, a very energetic bunch of staff and food gets served pretty quickly !!!

My very first time going today and let me say I have been missing out. I got the her crusted chicken & tried the Jamaican cowboy and I have to say I have never had such a good experience with both the drink and the food together. Thank you to the owner for stopping by and explaining how the chickens prepared. You can tell they put time and energy into it. I promise I’m not being dramatic everything was perfect. Next time we will leave room for dessert. Thank you to Kara for being a great server ❤️
