This place is definitely a fun little spot in Omaha as there aren’t tons of water parks here like most states. It’s definitely not a huge water park but it’s got 3 water slides with multiples slide options. However the issues we kept running into was every time on the lazy river we kept getting yelled at because we have a 2 year old in a tube with one of us because well he is 2 and cannot hood himself up in a tube by himself. We explained to the life guard he is 2 and he needs to be in a tube with a parent. And that they were allowing another group of parents ahead of us to have their 1 year old in a tube with them. And she was quite rude I will say she told us to get out. We have 4 kids and 2 adults. One of us had to hold on to the 2 year old while the other watches the other 3 in their own tubes. Education is key and I will say some of the life guards think they are on a power strike but common sense does not run deep. Any child that’s 3 and under should be with a parent in a tube for safety . Not by themselves that’s how you get accidents. All the other lifeguards on the slides and wave pool were great! Not many food options but some of the rides they had were pretty fun. Overall was a fun time !

Nice little park in the heart of Ralston. I like that there is a little bit of everything here for the kids and family. My son loves the wave pool and the slides. He can easily have us spend the whole day there. The food is typical and nothing special or unique stands out. I did not see one manager or anyone who remotely was dressed like a manager. I didn’t see anyone walk around who was easily identifiable as an authoritative figure. They lacked lifeguards in all the areas and it was clear that safety was not a priority. Seems like they lack the proper leadership and knowledge to have things the way they should be. Some lifeguards were just to busy talking or just showed lack of responsibility. Such a shame for a nice park. I would go back but I would not leave my son out of site for lack of safety that was reflecting of the staff and lack of management being visible.

100% advise going here every chance you get in the summer when they are open! We always have a fantastic time. Great place to take kids- slides are a blast and the lines move pretty quick. The go karting and water bumper cars are fun too! Great place for adults as they have a swim up bar and some of the nicest bartenders I've ever met. The drinks are mostly on the sweet side but so tasty. Plus the wave pool and lazy river are my favorites.

Kids had a blast. We were there in the park early when they just opened for the day, and with less crowd at that time, we happened to go on all the rides without a wait.

My daughter and I had a blast here. We had a groupon for the tickets- saved us $8/person. My favorite part was the playground looking structure full of water spouts, slides, and a giant bucket that dump hundreds of gallons of water every couple minutes. Food and drinks were kind of pricey (as expected with any amusement park.) 10/10 I would visit again.

Great fun for the family! We stayed open to close on Wednesday. It was busy but not crazy. You can take in an empty water bottle to fill at the bottle filling stations. No outside food or drink. Get there early to park or find a seat in the shade. You can leave to picnic at your car and re-enter the park.

Need a place to cool off with this summer's heat? With 2 big slides including double trouble, motion wave pool, lazy stream, several childhood friendly destinations of water attractions, outdoor go-kart tracks, bumper karts and a poolside bar for those whom want a relaxing time, Fun-Plex gives variety of options here. It's a perfect spot for a family get together.

I would give it a 0 but I can’t. A friend of mine uncle came here today and was falsely accused of doing something he didn’t do. During the process of kicking him out the employees did not let him get his kids. Ages 10 and 7, they were left unsupervised for a long period of time before his wife could get to them again. He was accused and cussed out for no reason, it was harder for him to explain himself since he didn’t speak a lot of English and they weren’t trying to hear him out. The employees were awful to him and his family. While he was trying to explain to them that what they were accusing him of wasn’t true they cussed him and force him out while they didn’t allow him to grab his kids to leave. I don’t know if it’s just the employees that worked today that were rude and disrespectful but this was a disgusting situation where no one should deal with. Especially if kids are involved. We would like an apology from y’all that was never given today and hold your employees accountable for their actions. Do better!!!

A great place to take the smaller children. Other than the go cart track and water features there's not many rides for the kids older than 13. My grandchildren always have fun. But my 15 yr old grandson gets bored quickly.

We went here last weekend and my family loved it. The water attractions are beautiful and we tried them all. Food is also great and parking is not a problem. We will definitely go back.

Showed up around noon on a Tuesday in August. There is plenty of space and chairs. Lazy River and wave pool wasn't overly crowded. Perfect spot for a chill day in the sun. The restrooms were clean. A couple of food venues that served fried food, sweets, and sodas. I would pack a lunch and eat in the parking lot if that's not your type of food. The front door staff were friendly. I'll be back next summer and will probably purchase a season pass.

We had a blast on July 4! Riding go karts and water slides was great!! It is a safe place to have some outdoor without losing track of your group. Got here at 11am & had very short waits.

As a manager at my job I have to make a comment on how Alexis the manager on duty on Friday 07/10 handled her customers . I came at 6pm spoke to an employee that stated we can come in as long as we do so before close. I went home to grab two friends and changed. I returned at 6h20 . She did not honor what her employee stated nor even tried to let us in at whatever the cost was. Me being misinformed by her team and inconveniencing myself to rush after work to make it did not matter to her. First rule about management is not being selfish . Your team customers and the business you running matters . I hope someone coach her giving bad reputation to funplex. Life is already stressful as it is with covid19 her lack of good judgement shouldn’t be making people lives more complicated.

Best place ever. We had a girls' day at the swim up bar. No kids. It was a great time, nice employee service. Great people to be around. Little expensive. But it's a great place to go to get away from the kids a while. Or take the whole family. And have a great time. Lots to do.

This place was fun! Lines weren't too long and water wasn't too full of pee! Slides were fun but some of the go-karts need some TLC. Overall we had a blast here beating the heat while visiting from out of town. A little pricey, but hopefully they give family discounts or something every now and then

This place is so much fun!!! The wave pool reminds me of the ocean in Texas. Really the only problems are the food price is a little high, and it's hard for some people getting up those giant stairs for the slides.

For a small water park it's pretty great. The best thing like it in Omaha. Drop slides are bomb, the new rocking something tube slide is just kind of annoying, but the other slides are good. Wave pool is good, as is the lazy river. I'm always following around a 7 year old, and he thinks the whole place is amazing. Wish the food wasn't quite so steep, but the chicken fingers are seriously some of the best I've ever had. Cabanas, for the price, definitely worth it, if you're coming with a group, and they just installed more. They stepped up lifeguards, and restrictions, at the wave pool because a child died. Sad that the venue, and subsequent patrons, have to pay so severely for poor parenting, but on weekends, it really does get crazy busy there. It's easy for the lifeguards to miss something. They have 4 now, so it should address the issue, but if my kid is under 48" and can swim better than most of the adults in there, let him in with a life jacket and no adult. Rant over, but really, a great little park on the water side. Go karts, bumper boats, bumper cars, and some kind of ferris wheel that lets you go upside down are great rides. Wish they had space to add a couple bigger rides, but overall, it's above what you would expect from a small(ish) water park.

Pretty decent water park. Not a ton to do but worked out fine for my kids. Lifeguards seemed attentive. Could use more tubes. Parking lot was very small and we had to park down the road. Fairly clean. The wave pool was not very wavy. My nine year old wanted bigger waves.

Never have been there and it already looks boring. Why doesn't nebraska step their game up and build a water park like lost island water park in Iowa? Or adventureland? Nebraska is a bland as water. Ugh

Saying we love FunPlex is an understatement! The staff is so friendly, the food is great and the experience with the new additions has the kids (and adults) exhausted when we leave. My kids beg to go to FunPlex throughout the summer and we are so lucky to have this place within a 20 min drive. We went today and literally had the time of our lives! Thank you FunPlex for being amazing!!

This water Park is for sure A great place to take your young family members. There are not only water slides, wave pool, and Lazy River they have rides, putt putt golf, and bump cars. If you want to get away from the kids and just be an adult there’s a spot just for you to lounge or chill in some water with a drink in hand. There are several cabana’s to rent to keep things safe and hand out with your group In between having fun. It is pretty expensive but it you put the coast for them to run it might make you feel a bit better about the price.

Big enough for the kids to have fun, not so big they can get lost. Pretty good mix of little rides and slides.

This is the only option for an amusement park in Omaha, so it's often busy. We stopped going a few years ago, we have young kids, but for the same money it's worth the time just driving to Worlds of Fun instead. Fun Plex is maybe worth it if you can get a deal on a season pass and make a several trips. The cost of a daily ticket is about the same as Worlds of Fun, which is 10x bigger.

I came here on a Sunday with my husband and 10 year old niece, and we had a blast! We had never been here before, and with Sunday being the first non-rainy day in a few days, we thought it would be the perfect time to go! What a hidden gem! There's so much to do, even without going on any water slides. We went into the wave pool and lazy river multiple times and onto the water jungle gym. It was nice to be able to cool off. My husband and I are planning to go back this upcoming weekend with some friends coming in from out of town! 😁

  • 3/5 Eliiza K. 9 months ago on Google
Pretty fun, but not handicap accessible at all, they only have the lazy river and even then the lift doesnt look properly set up to fasten correctly. I had a good time but i am able bodied and can walk long distances. I saw one person in a wheelchair for the whole 6 hours i was there.

Took our grandsons and we all had alot of fun. Had short lines for some of the slides but lines moved quickly. Lifeguards were watching and attentive to one on the water and out to keep everyone safe. We will go again!

We went Labor Day weekend and it was a blast! My nieces are 11 and 7 and had a ton of fun. My husband and I also got to enjoy the bigger slides. A hidden gem for Omaha!

  • 4/5 Keith K. 7 months ago on Google
A day well spent. We spent time in the wave a went down the slides. The park is roughly separated into sections. Admission was a little bizarre, we purchased tickets on line. After waiting in line to get in, we reached the gate and we were told to take the virtual voucher back to the ticket booth to exchange it for a physical ticket that was collected at the gate after we waited in line again. It was a waste of time and their labor. Additionally they had half a dozen staff walking back and forth up and down the line checking bags, so we were challenged to have our bags checked 4 times. Getting in was an ordeal.

Best swimming place ever, super fun. Wave pools are realistic and great. I definitely recommend this place. Only bad thing is it is extremely expensive. It’s 30 dollars just for one kid, not to mention the food. The lifeguards are trustworthy, you should definitely try it out despite the price

It was a very fun water park, great for a family outing. The water was nice and cool to get in. I will say though that the water was dirty in some places. The cement was very hot making it nearly impossible to walk barefoot. The water slides were well kept. The food was good but it was a little overpriced.

Our family loved this place. Very clean, the staff are very nice & accommodating. We reserved a cabana (which was also very nice & spacious) for 6 people but ended up with 7 plus a toddler. They had no issue with allowing us to keep that one and not have to upgrade to the 8 person cabana. Between all of us, I believe we tried all the food selections & they were all good. A little pricey for the portion size, but not anymore than other amusement parks. Maybe slightly cheaper than others. We will definitely go back when we visit Omaha again.
