Love it at the big Park Saturday night saw Desperado.. very awesome chance to see them for free and at such a nice outside experience. Beautifun neat park. You are allowed to bring coolers. I believe smokers were pretty respectful and smoked at a distance. There was no security nagging people was a great crowd of just responsible adults. Great night great band. 😁😁😁✔️❤️💋 Oh and not sure the name of that Park but it is next to the dog park and the night before with my friends Michelle I saw the '70s band. That was on Friday night and that was fun so I have pictures of both. Saturday night was with my son. I actually saw two guys that I wanted to ask to dance but I can't do that with my son he gets too protective LOL.

It’s a beautiful and happening place at the heart of the city. We visited it in this weekend and there was an open air concert going on. The place was crowded but clean. It’s a good place to hangout with friends and family. There is a Children’s park too and many food joints and restaurants around. We also enjoyed the concert while having an evening walk.

Revisited farmers market. This is a wonderful place to get fresh farm to market vegetable and herbs. Endless selections to choose from. Friendly environment for all , as well as pets. Some of the finest pastries I've come across, I had a sugar rush just sampling all the options. If you need to find hard to get herbs you can get them here to start your own garden. Two thumbs up.

We go on a regular basis for the free concerts. The park is perfect for hearing music. The re families all over. There a number of restaurants close by and sometimes food trucks.

This park is awesome. Lots of room for Frisbee, play catch, or just a casual walk around. Many wonderful events are hosted here, including exercise classes. Great, free summer concerts on Saturday nights during season; which culminated with a fantastic national act....all at no charge, allowing lawn chairs and coolers for the season , with food trucks sometimes, children's face painting etc. Family friendly. Nearby free parking garage...Close to cycling trail, small children's park, ice-cream parlor, shopping at Aksarben Village with many eateries and pubs. Sonny's outdoor bar nearby; plus the Inner-Rail fast food choices and seating indoor and out, with firepits. Sonny's also hosted free salsa classes and dancing...what a fun time! Aksarben Village and Stinson Park; with nearby Farmer's Market on Sundays; best in the city, are a very welcome city gem that showed up to bring music, food, life, and socialization back, on time after lengthy post-covid isolations, mass city construction projects, road work poorly planned and annoying causing generally grumpy post covid attitudes. Good to see people smiling again! Thanks Stinson and Aksarben Village!

Really nice place! I am happy that it was able to host the memorial day event. It was great, and had a cool little shooting demo on horseback. We didn’t get to see the balloon (I believe it was too windy). However the best part of the event was hands down getting to see our BEAUTIFUL BALD GOVERNOR. He made the night! Nice park and nice venue for events.

Aw this a great place to bring the small ones there's a playground for the kids and plenty of room to throw the ball. Did you forget to pack food and drinks for the kids, no worries there are plenty of restaurants to choose from including dessert shops as well. Go and check this place out it's one of the attractions of Omaha that's overlooked.

Went to see "Hotel Desperado" perform. Really enjoyed the show and atmosphere. Music is the great equalizer. There were people there ranging in age from toddlers to senior citizens and they all enjoyed the concert in their own way, from dancing to just sitting and listening and watching the musicians display their talents. All-in-all it was a fun evening in what I felt was a safe and family-friendly atmosphere. Plus you can bring your own cooler with your favorite beverages and snacks, and a lawn chair or blanket to sit on and enjoy the show.

Nice Park in Aksarben Village. Great place to take the kids to play and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Just park and walk anywhere you want to go. The map also shows a few EV charging stations.

This was our first Stinson Park concert and we really enjoyed ourselves. The band Simplicated was fantastic and played nothing but crowd favorites that had people dancing all night. It was a huge crowd too, with more and more people showing up as the night went on, which was neat. It's like they heard the music and were drawn to it. Stinson Park has an extremely family friendly vibe which makes it a perfectly comfortable place to just hang out on a nice night and enjoy the fresh air. We got there early, got a front row parking spot at the park, then walked to Herbe Sainte for a fantastic dinner and cocktails. After dinner we walked around the village then back to the car, grabbed our chairs and beverages, and set up in the shade for the concert. It was a great date night. I really hope they keep up the Saturday concert series and that they bring back Simplicated every year. They're the perfect band for the venue. We'll be back again soon!

Decent place for early morning and later afternoon walks. Be careful in the field area post-rain. Great acoustics from the Bradford bowl during events

Great place to hang out and let the kids play. There are lots of shops around the area if you want to grab a drink or a bite and all are family friendly. Playground equipment is well maintained and there is a covered sitting area with tables for parents.

Great place to hang out with friends and listen to live music! Fun time for the kids too.

Handicap parking is a bit lackluster for the park itself. During events such as the farmers market, handicap parking is even further away as they close all streets down that actually have those specialized spaces. The park is nice but lacks any focal point for adults who do not have children.

We went to the Omaha Arts Fair. We really enjoyed walking around looking at all the vendors with all their art work. I really enjoyed how it was spaced out and not so cramped like it used to be when it was downtown. There seemed to be more vendors this year and we did purchase a few things to take home with us and enjoy. We will definitely go back next year.

What a nice use of space. I was born in Omaha in the 60's. The changes the city makes are well planned and nicely done. Although I live in Las Vegas now I am always pleased with my trips to Omaha and surely enjoy the parks and recreation while I'm there.

We attended the Summer Concert series last Saturday with Hotel Desperado. A wonderful "FREE" family fun and adult fun event. Bring your own chairs or blankets for it is lawn seating. Coolers welcome, so pack food and favorite cocktails (no glass). Lots of porta potties and even restrooms. Just a great experience.

Great place to take your dog for a walk very close to busy parking lot don't suggest going if you have small children that tend to not listen and run around
