I
am
writing
to
express
my
extreme
dissatisfaction
with
my
recent
stay
at
your
hotel
located
at
7007
Grover
Street
in
Omaha,
NE.
I
stayed
on
Saturday,
March
4th,
for
a
large-scale
event
and
experienced
numerous
issues
that
have
left
me
feeling
incredibly
frustrated
and
disappointed.
Firstly,
the
elevators
were
a
major
problem
throughout
my
stay.
Initially,
only
two
of
the
three
elevators
were
working,
which
resulted
in
long
wait
times
and
overcrowding.
However,
as
the
night
went
on,
all
three
elevators
stopped
working
altogether,
leaving
me
and
many
other
guests
to
walk
up
and
down
nine
floors
multiple
times.
This
is
unacceptable
and
completely
ruins
the
guest
experience,
especially
for
those
who
may
have
mobility
issues
or
disabilities.
What
is
even
more
concerning
is
that
this
is
not
the
first
time
I
have
experienced
elevator
problems
at
your
hotel.
I
have
attended
several
events
per
year
at
your
property
for
the
last
seven
years,
and
each
time
I
have
encountered
elevator
issues.
One
Halloween,
I
was
even
stuck
for
45
minutes!
It
is
unacceptable
that
this
issue
has
not
been
addressed
and
fixed
by
your
hotel
management.
It
is
a
well-known
and
documented
problem,
and
it
is
negligent
of
you
to
continue
to
ignore
it.
Furthermore,
I
would
like
to
address
the
behavior
of
your
hotel
manager,
Mario.
He
seemed
generally
unconcerned
with
genuine
and
valid
guest
complaints.
As
a
paying
guest,
I
expect
to
be
treated
with
respect
and
understanding,
especially
when
encountering
issues
such
as
the
elevator
problems
that
your
hotel
is
well
aware
of.
After
discussing
the
matter
on
the
phone
when
he
didn’t
return
my
phone
call
as
promised
by
his
staff,
he
felt
that
returning
half
of
my
stay
was
acceptable.
I
disagree
vehemently;
therefore,
I
started
the
process
to
contest
the
charge
with
my
bank.
Lastly,
I
would
like
to
notify
you
that
I
plan
to
file
an
ADA
violation
complaint.
The
lack
of
functioning
elevators
greatly
impacts
guests
with
mobility
issues
or
disabilities,
making
it
difficult
or
impossible
for
them
to
access
their
rooms
or
attend
events
on
other
floors.
This
is
a
clear
violation
of
the
Americans
with
Disabilities
Act,
and
it
is
imperative
that
you
take
immediate
action
to
rectify
this
issue.
In
conclusion,
I
am
extremely
disappointed
with
my
recent
stay
at
your
hotel,
and
I
expect
a
prompt
and
satisfactory
response
to
this
complaint.
I
will
also
be
reporting
this
to
corporate,
and
I
hope
that
they
will
take
the
necessary
actions
to
address
these
issues
and
ensure
that
future
guests
do
not
encounter
similar
problems.
