I honestly cannot believe that Wyndham would allow their name to be associated with this place. It's filthy, and in serious disrepair. The staff is incredibly rude, and refused to give us receipts for our rooms. One person in our party was charged an additional night, for a room that wasn't theirs. When they asked to have their money refunded, they were refused. We had dirty pillowcases on 3/4 of our pillows. We asked for clean pillowcases, and never got them. We ended up covering the pillows with t-shirts. Our towels were stained and one had hairs on it. The fact that there was no breakfast...or even coffee was annoying, but, the complete lack of customer service, and filth was the worst!

This is the worst Super 8 I've ever seen. It's dirty dingy, smelly. 2 lamps without working bulbs and 1 bulb out in the bathroom. It was 100 degrees outside and I checked in at 7PM. They didn't even have a fan running so the room was e extremely hot when I walked in and took at least 2 hours to cool down to an acceptable temperature. Never stay here!

Sure it’s a great price, but not worth the experience. They advertise that breakfast is included, however when we showed up there is a sign (written in sharpie) that they aren’t serving breakfast. Come to find out it’s because they didn’t pass health inspection. On the way to our room it smelled like smoke and mold. When we got to our room we found a pair of dirty socks behind the TV, the chairs were disgusting, the headboard and sheets were anything but inviting. We have a 2 month old and just didn’t feel comfortable staying there. My husband went down to ask for a refund and of course we got the run around. It got to the point where he had to make a scene just to get the manager down and give us a refund. Overall, horrible experience. We ended up just paying twice the price and staying across the street at the Best Western, which I would give a 10/10.

Very poor staff and the top blanket was full of cigarette holes. You walk into the room and the ac wasn't on and the room was musty and someone's phone number was wrote on the wall in permanent marker not a safe place.the person in the morning looked like he was half asleep with his shoes off behind the desk. When. I called cause they over charged me I had to call back between 9-1?

The room is filthy! Holes in the wall. No outlet covers & exposed wires. The dresser drawers are caked in filth. I reserved a smoking room and when I checked in the attendant called me a liar because he had me as a non-smoker. When I showed him my reservation on my phone he got mad at me. I was also supposed to be on a ground floor because I'm legally blind & stairs are not my friend so he puts me on the third floor! The lobby also stunk really bad. There so much more to write about but this post is really long as is. I will be calling Wyndham and show them pictures of this horrible nightmare. Please save your money & stay somewhere else.

For over 100 dollars on a week night, I expected better. The beds were broken and uncomfortable, half the lights didn't work in the room. There were.......hairs..... In the tub. The staff couldn't seem to be bothered to even provide service, if/when they could be found. Got woken up by housekeeping just walking into the room at 7am. Plus the whole second floor reeked so highly of marijuana swear I got a contract high just stepping outta my room. 0/10, would never recommend

The peephole was missing. Room was dusty. Dirty ash tray . Cigarette ashes in drawer. Floor wasn't vacuumed. Bathroom floor was never cleaned. Outlets and light switchs filthy. Walls have splatters on them. That have never been cleaned off. Was afraid to sleep under the covers.

Beats sleeping on the sidewalk but not by much. Dirtiest place I have ever seen. Found stains on the sheets the following morning. Since we slept fully clothed on the cover, it wasn't us! Staff not at all friendly. If your choice is your car or this place, go to a rest stop and sleep in your car. Not handicapped accessible either.

Absolutely NO. The front desk staff was rude and dismissive after signaling for me to wait for him to finish his phone interview for another job. I think he was actually shocked that we intended to stay the entire night instead of just a few hours. Super filthy. We found a crack pipe and a bottle of 'something' in the faulty toilet tank. It was a mistake to even check-in after walking inside but it was late.

People were nice and helpful, but the hotel itself is atrocious. I got so many bed bug bites and I was only there for 3 nights and only to sleep (because I work all day). However, even falling asleep was difficult because I had difficulty breathing— which I soon realized was a bed bug bite symptom. Now I understand why they don’t let you bring breakfast into the room. It’s because of the pests they have. Also, I got stuck in a lower room that was basically face to face with car engines, and it always smelled like I was inhaling car gasoline (which can’t be good for my health). Overall, I would never stay here again. Saving a few extra bucks is not worth risking your well-being. Go somewhere else.

Crusty little dump, service was bland, room was small, comforter on bed stained, broke down, stained old recliner, no continental breakfast, shabby old, stained carpets, lighting sucked. It did have a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker, not sure if any worked. Good thing we're just here to sleep.

0 Stars! Do not stay here. Hotel is GROSS. I dont ever write reviews but this hotel deserved a bad one. Rooms are nasty, first thing i saw when i walked in the room was a cockroach. Carpet is dirty, stains everywhere, room smelt bad. When I was in the bed I found a bed bug, I told the person in the front desk and he tried to make it seem like I was lying. I left the hotel after paying for 6 nights.

If you want to stay in Omaha’s ghetto, you’ll find it here. The staff is nice but we had someone attempt to sell us drugs in the hallway minutes after we checked in and some super shady people roaming the parking lot at all hours of the night. The rooms were ok’ish, the tv didn’t work but the room was clean.

Do not I repeat do not stay at this roach-crack motel! It’s filthy, had roaches, and I had grass behind my window seal. I got bite by insects there, and reported it to the front desk guy. They just told me to wait another day??? No, I had to argue and fight them to get my money back. They never did give it to me nor my deposit. This place hasn’t given me back my deposit yet!!!

The towels were all stained, the shower curtain was filthy, the bedding was all stained, just an all around filthy hotel with what is obviously a prositution/drug addicts hangout. And there was no breakfast at all as advertised. Cheap price I get it but this place is extremely disgusting people. Definitely stay elsewhere.

Location was close to what we were in Omaha for. Hotel was disgusting. Trash cans overflowing, sticky stuff on room floor, shower liner moldy & not 1 grab bar in bathtub. Breakfast was a joke except for coffee/cereal, then you have to ask for cups/bowls. Looks like it is used to house workers in the area, 4 to a room? So glad to be out of there. Get what you pay for.

When I arrived this hotel is hard to find and the service desk gal was absolutely as sweet as she could be. The breakfast area looked inviting and I was getting comfortable until I seen the room. I can handle a lot and usually am very patient. But I needed to change rooms. Look at the pictures and you will see what I found. Exchanged rooms and that toilet didn’t even flush. I will never stay at another Super 8 hotel. EVER Thank you to the lady who helped me.

Got in late at night, sign in lobby says to lock doors and keep valuable out of sight, got to the room sheets had stains and cigarette burns, non smoking room smelled like it was smoked in, carpets were stained, walls were filthy. After looking over the room, we asked for a refund and went to another hotel. I know its not operated under Wyndham, Every hotel under the Wyndham I've been at has been very nice until here, and I dont know how they let this operate under their umbrella name

Atrocious, little flexibility despite effort to check in/out properly. Rooms near disrepair. Ammonia ridden. Needs overhaul for location. Not as displayed in advertising.

Reserved a 2 night King suite, Ended up in a queen, due to their issues with king never saw it.. Got back late, AC ran for 5 hrs, never got below 80 in room. Thru the wall AC,Told no other rooms available. Room dirty, carpets rough. Found a Previous tenant state ID behind bed side Table while looking for wall plugs that actually worked and held a plug. Slept above blanket due to heat. Due to first floor room and no screen unable to leave window open unattended. Did not attempt breakfast. Vending machine appeared broken and empty. For second night, told no other rooms available to switch. Had to revisit desk 3 times to arrange for cancelation of second night, refused to stay another night, Wyndam customer service was horrific, between system continually routing me back to reservations vs Customer service. This stay is the worse Super 8 stay I have experienced in over 30 years of multi state travel..... Beware....

Horrible hotel. Poor service. Constant police activity. Holes in walls. Clogged bathtub. Some rooms had broken windows. Oh and the worst part. There was a used condom in one of the beds when checking in.

No coffee. Breakfast was cereal. Night staff acted like we bothered him. He to get out of his chair to help us. Would never go back. But, you get what you pay for. Lesson learned.

If I took pictures I'd gladly post them. Everything was dirty, the heat didn't work, the remote to the television was missing. No breakfast like advertised. Cigarette burn holes in all the sheets and blankets.

Disgusting place. No smoke detectors, wires hanging from ceiling. Mold in air/heat vents. Smelled like mold. I was there for 5 minutes, asked for my 2-day REFUND and was denied. I left and stayed somewhere else. Creepy people hanging out.

I've had good experiences here, but the last time, not so much. I turned my bed down to see a bed bug on the sheets. In their defense, they promptly offered to switch rooms or refund my money. I opted for the latter.

There was a hole in door, Chain lock was missing a screw and hanging halfway off, towels looked like they weren't washed properly, and bed was hard as hell. Plus Some lady was yelling in the hall, whoever was above us had been running back and forth all night. Trust all the one star reviews. Wish I did before I stayed but this place is just trash

Straight rip off. Holes in walls, no covers well actual blankets. No breakfast! Fridge does not work, everything I had went bad and also no microwave. Front desk look at you crazy and don’t speak any English! Whoever is the owner of this and allows this should be giving a full refund. Front desk don’t even understand complaints. I would NOT recommend at all to anybody. I have a smoking room I don’t even comfortable smoking in the room I went outside. I just needed a quick place to crash and this was not it!

This place is absolutely terrible. The first guy gave us a room that wasn't even ready yet. The second girl didn't understand English and tried blaming us for loosing our stuff. When in reality we left it in the room and housekeeping just took it. They didn't have any breakfast but the menu stated otherwise. Not only that but they ripped us off. We paid $67 for our room and someone else once told me they only paid $50. Complete and utter waste. Don't even bother coming here.
