It was fine. The beds were very cozy and things were mostly quiet. The pool was fun. But weird things kept being off: the air conditioning was shut off in the middle of the day by the housekeeping staff, the advertised spa was nowhere to be found, and the "attached restaurant." Oh boy. The attached restaurant was a glorified and tackily decorated dining room from a regular Holiday Inn. The staff were either completely disinterested or swooped by to take finished plates. The food was fine, but random things kept being out of stock: syrup, eggs, etc. It just seemed off.

We were staying for two nights and we attended a wedding there. The staff were great. We thought John, who checked us in was very efficient and professional. We really were impressed by him. When we checked out Amanda was there and she, too, was great. The only problem we had was the humidity . Usually at other motels we hang a wet towel because it is so dry. My suit and cover up never dried out! There was also moisture on the window and one morning there was moisture on the floor by the elevator and on that window. I did say something and was told Omaha is humid. Well, it is, but inside should not be humid!

No fridge in our room. Ice machine was on the second floor - I thought that was unusual not to have one on first floor. Check-in was smooth with a nice young man at reception. No complementary breakfast. Some rooms at some prices must get breakfast because she had to look ours up on the computer. It was a great room and nice facility.

The hotel looks great. The restaurant/bar area is nice. The pool area is very nice with a open fenced area behind it that's is relaxing. Breakfast was a $10 buffet (you can get items by order) but the room rate was low enough that having a higher quality food was worth it. It puts Holiday Inn's standard sad egg, omelette, biscuit and gravy from a freezer to shame. And of course the room was comfy.

I'm sure many people would rate this hotel better than me. To be honest, I felt that a lot of the hotel's funding went into making it look nice and luxurious, but not into the convenience or comfort of the stay. I must admit, it looked very nice. The presentation was top notch. There was a very nice fitness center. It was the little things that seemed left out. My wife and I had some refrigeratables with us in a cooler on our trip, but there was no mini fridge in the room (like many other hotels do have). There was no included breakfast with the stay. The pool and hot tub were closed both days we were there. We were a little disappointed with the stay. Because I'm into the little touches of convenience and comfort, we most likely won't stay here next time.

Good service in person. Phone service was questionable. Room pretty clean. Bed comfy. Dog policy reasonable. Nice conference facilities, although I didn't use them. A dirty, full room service tray was in my hallway for my entire two day stay. It was annoying keeping my dogs away from it.

The room was comfortable and quiet. The hotel is modern, looks updated, and was clean. No free breakfast, but knew that going in. Keurig and K-cups in the room. The front desk clerk gave a bit of an attitude when I asked for a quieter room away from the elevators, but was ultimately helpful and accomplished what I needed. I would return to this hotel.

The rooms are nice but there is no refrigerator in the rooms. This was very unusual for a holiday inn. Now for the down fall of this hotel. Check on was fine but had to return to the front desk 3 times to get a room key that worked. Forget getting a free breakfast, the staff had not even arrived to set it up. It is now 45 min past 6 am and still no breakfast. I have been traveling for work for over 30 yrs and this is the first holiday inn that breakfast was not on time.

The location was perfect, the closest hotel from I80. Rooms were gorgeous with nice lighting, a sliding bathroom door, and a very comfortable bed. They charged $10 for breakfast, but we decided to skip it and saved that money. It used to be a Hilton Double Tree, so you get all the luxury of that without the expensive price tag.

Poor customer service. For our 3 night stay I request a microwave in our room. On arrival it was not in room. Requested it to be delivered. 2nd night requested again after returning from work. Still not delivered. TV is definitely at the end of it life due to being very dim. Attendant not on duty Sunday morning. Had to hunt for silverware in their kitchen. Very small bar of soap in 5he room. I know that sound pretty but for the cost of the room you would think they would have a bar of soap that would last more than one day. This is by far not the standard of a Holiday Inn. Will not be returning next year when in town on business.
