This hotel is a terrible place to stay!!! The floor of the bathtub was black and sticky!! The bath towel had huge holes in it. Holes in the walls. The smoke detectors were sitting on the table. Carpet had dark spots every where. I'm not sure about mold but something set my allergies off. I will never go back.

The rooms were clean and the hotel was quiet. The only thing was mold. They need to clean their air conditioners the first room the air conditioners had mold on the vent that the air comes out of. The second room had mold on the curtains which needed a good wash. The curtains were also broken and hanging off. Details matter

So I've been staying here a few days and everything is šŸ˜ƒšŸ‘ great! I enjoy the staff morning and night. I find the quietness a welcome addition to my stay and they have an actual full breakfast. It's great! If I were you I'd give them a chance. Thank you Comfort Inn!

READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE BOOKING - I did not and had a poor experience. I checked into my room and immediately took a nap being tired from traveling. After resting I took a shower. While showering I noticed hair pasted to the curtain and wall as well as a dirty hand print with dirt running down the shower wall. After showering I wiped the counter with a clean towel and found a concerning amount of NOT MY hair on the counter. The more I looked, the more hair I found, as though someone had given themselves a haircut prior to my arrival. The tissue box contaminated, hair stuck to the already visibly used shampoo bottle, hair stuck to the mirror, stuck to the info cards, and a considerable clump on the edge of the counter. (I wish I could attach photos.) I informed the front desk I was not satisfied with the cleanliness of my room and was told they could offer me $10-$15 off my stay which was frankly insulting. I told them that wasn't satisfactory and they blamed me for not telling them sooner so they could change my room. They told me a manager would call me and never did. Lesson here: thoroughly INSPECT your room the minute you enter or its your fault its not clean enough. After reading the reviews it appears that management will blame guests for the poor services they provide.

I've stayed here a couple of times. The front desk people are always friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable. The carpets in the room are a bit worn and I bring slippers to wear in the room, but the rooms themselves feel clean. The provided breakfast is good and is one of the reasons I will likely stay here again.

As far as the room, is appeared clean. One of the bathroom lights was out, the TV didn't work. When they came to check it out, the staff person asked my husband to step out of the room that he paid for. Thought that was odd, never had that happen before. The TV ended up having to be replaced. And around 3am, there were people screaming obscenities in the hall way. I guess these were just inconveniences, but the staff did not seem very friendly. Could've just been an off day. I'd probably stay there again, price was decent.

Liked the cleanliness of the rooms, the staff was friendly, polite, and professional, the breakfast and the location was great for me. The only reasons I gave 3 out of 5 stars for the hotel overall just needs a upgrade with minor things and the carpet.

Overall, the hotel was fine, but just fine. It wasn't the most professional or well maintained, but the rooms were comfortable and my kids enjoyed the pool. For a young family who isn't going to spend much time at the hotel, this place is an acceptable low cost hotel. Don't count of breakfast. We went on a Friday morning and it was a fine experience. Saturday and Sunday it was crowded and most items were out of stock. The breakfast area doesn't have nearly enough seating, but there's a sign asking you not to take food to the rooms, which I could only laugh at. There was a strong odor, not bad just... Strong. When we got home after our stay, everything smelled like the hotel. Overall, we won't stay again but it wasn't awful.

Very convenient and reliable (though a bit dated) Comfort Suites in the Omaha suburbs. We use this property as a midway point stop over on our way to and from Colorado (live in Wisconsin). The property is clean and nice service, a great value for the reliably lower price.

In omaha for my mother's funeral, we requested to be able to have my sister stop so we could deal with funeral arrangements and if my nieces and nephew could swim while we did so. We were denied. Not only for swimming, but weren't even allowed to have them in our room and were told that we could visit in the lobby for 5-10 minutes. I understand you get what you pay for, as were the rooms. While going outside to get my 3,4 and 6 year old in the vehicle, my 4 year old son almost picked up a broken bubble. We intended on staying 3 more days but chose to leave and find a different accommodation. I try to stay pretty positive about conditions but this place needs work all the way around. Not a pleasant experience at all.

Room was ok. Clean, quiet. Bed was comfortable. Shower did not heat up very well at all, and neither did hot tub. Breakfast was meh. After a while, box scrambled eggs a sausages just don't do it. And eggs were a bit lifeless and warm at best. They also ran out of bread and muffins and never refilled while i was there. Also, lids didn't fit coffee cups, and when i told the front desk they just chuckled and said something under their breath i couldn't understand. Also gave us a weird look when we asked for a few extra towels. Would i stay here again, maybe yes, but just for the immediate sleep and nothing else.

The front desk staff was extremely helpful and kind, very respectful especially Geeta front desk manager. The room service was excellent, rooms were done daily. Breakfast was hot and good. They cleaned the corridors daily. The rooms are spacious. Any problem with the room was attended immediately. The hotel is excellent for the price you pay.

The hotel was nice overall, better than I was expecting based on some of the reviews. The indoor pool and complementary breakfast were nice, and checking in and out went smoothly. The rooms were clean, no stains or anything but the carpet was slightly dirty. The fitness room was small but the treadmill works well. The main reasons Iā€™m giving 4 stars instead of 5 though are that the TV wasnā€™t working, and that the guest laundry was out of order. We were counting on doing our laundry and werenā€™t expecting to have to go pay at a laundromat. But overall, good experience! We would come back if weā€™re needing to stay in the area.

"COCKROACHES"!!!!!!!! Review pending change, pending reimbursement of our stay!!!! No manager on site until after check out..... Showed up, property was poorly maintained. Front desk lady was immediately rude. Room was not as described online. Pool was small, highly chlorinated, and extremely humid. Icemaker barely spit anything out and was located on 1st floor. Stains on the mattresses, holes in the walls. Miss matches paint patches everywhere. Nothing but a cloth shower curtain. Poor water pressure. Rude patrons. Woke up to use the restroom, roaches crawling across the bathroom floor. Was packing to leave and opened the guest book to find Roch feces and live bugs inside. Beds are terrible. Spring mattresses. Only nice thing was LA MESE Mexican restaurant 2 minutes from hotel. Also would suggest LA peep restaurant for breakfast

The staff was excellent at this hotel. Although the carpet was so filthy that my one year olds feet literally turned black on the bottom, but completely black. Overall the room other than the carpet was pretty clean. The bathtub didnā€™t have a stopper so I had to be with my kid in the shower and the walls had some damage, but it was nice for the most part. It would be nice if the sink had hot water when you turned towards the hot water itā€™s completely off. Breakfast here was excellent. It was the best hotel breakfast Iā€™ve had in a while.

I would not stay here again. I wish I would have read the reviews. The room did not feel clean, there were roaches in the bathroom, who knows where else, blood stains on the carpet and stuff stuck on the walls. The wall unit was good for temp control. The breakfast area was mediocre. Fitness center was nice to have.

I called ahead two times to confirm that there would be a crib or pack and play available because I was traveling with my five month old baby. Both times I was assured there would be a crib for the baby. When we arrived they had not looked for one, the person who checked us in said ā€œIā€™ll search for it and if I find it you can have it,ā€ then he never followed up. The hotel was also generally run down and there were dirty towels in our bathroom when we got into our room.

The hotel is in dire need of an update! We left a day earlier because the room was in POOR condition! I had planned to discuss this with the morning crew, but no one cares enough ask me how was my stay! This hotel was ridiculous: red substance on the flower, no cover on the ironing board and something white on the couch!!! JUST nasty! We didn't shower because the bathtub was so nasty! I will Not stay at this location emy

Check in went as expected. The clerk was curt but not outright rude. I was settling in for the night in bed, then got up and when I returned, there on the pillow was a cockroach! I don't know why I didn't leave at this point. I called the front desk and they were quick to get me into a different room, but I was never even told sorry! I didn't rest well that night and rushed out the next day since I don't even want to think what might've touched their "breakfast". Apparently nothing was said to the morning clerk because no further comment was made for the incident. I just wanted to leave so I paid the full price. Never returning and will never recommend this location!

Room didnā€™t have smoke detectors; tub had gunk in it that stuck to your feet (think they were attempting to create a non slip tub). Big hole in the baseboard by the bed. AC was had a loud roaring noise. Told front desk of problems. Young Hispanic girl seemed to understand, older white woman not so much. Informed them that I want a refund and that I will be reporting the hotel to the department of safety for an inspection to be done. Got refunded and left hotel never to return. Be on notice that itā€™s nasty and unsafe.

What a dump. Had to switch rooms 3 different times. Rooms smell musty and like smoke. No toilet paper or hand towels in public restroom. I had company over and was embarrassed. Pool was broke down. Dirty place.

Checked in and the hotel smelled like mold. We went up to the room , the elevator door opens and the carpets are stained and look wet. The mold smell was even stronger. The room wasnā€™t any better. Moldy corners, dead bugs on the window ledges, food crumbs on the mattress under the sheets, stained sheets, what looked like blood on the bathroom door, and mushy stained carpet. I didnā€™t even set my stuff down. Disgusting.

I was offered a king suite but after I agreed that the room rate was non refundable (which was double the normal rate) my reservation was switched to a queen suite. When I confronted the concierge he just gave me that, too bad so sad look. After I realized he didn't give a hoot and would rather I leave so he could keep my cash and save the cost of washing my dirty sheets I gave up. The room had something splattered on the wall by the cradenza. The bath tub had something peeling off the floor and was stained a dirty brown. The drain was full of hair which made you shut the water off every 90 seconds because the water was ankle deep and grossing us out. The handicap railing by the toilet was so dirty I took it upon myself to clean it out of fear of accidentally touching it and contracting something. No iron, poor lighting and no information of breakfast times. Bottom line, stay where they appreciate your hard earned money and make you feel welcome.

My room had an ant and roach infestation the whole time I was there and nothing was done about it after talking to 3 different staff members including the manager Leena and her husband. Nothing was done, refunds were discussed but no action was taken. Poor customer service as my requests and messages were not relayed up the chain of command. Their resolution was that the ants are normal basically for this time of year and that I was in no jeopardy. The rooms are shabby at best and in need of renovation in some areas. My sink wasn't even attached to its countertop and the exterior windows allowed air leaks which I assume is how the ants are entering.

There was an ant infestation in our room. We paid for a rollaway that never came despite asking three times, but we're still charged the $10 for it. Asked for money back, but they say to talk to the manager, who was never there during our 18 hour stay. Breakfast was spartan at best. Pool was closed for "maintenance". Shower was filthy with a sticky floor. On the plus side, the air conditioner worked and the mattress was comfortable. Bottom line, do not stay here.

Our stay was horrible. Will never go there again. No sleep. Workers that was painting and fixing things stood outside our windows talking and laughing for hours. Doors slamming all night. People in the next room kept trying to get in the door for a joined room. Bugs in the bathroom. Plenty more. No nothing from hotel manager not even a sorry.

I would NOT EVER recommend that someone stay at this hotel! In fact I would HIGHLY recommend you stay somewhere else! I stayed here with a group of six other people and I was appalled at all of the problems we encountered! (The biggest being BEDBUGS!) - [ ] Rooms smelled like cigarette smoke and employee lied when asked if someone had been smoking in there - [ ] Pool was closed ā€œfor maintenanceā€ - [ ] There was a toilet plunger in the hallway the whole time we were there - [ ] Hallway outside our room smelled like weed most of our stay - [ ] Found a hair under the pillow on one of the beds - [ ] A/C unit looked like it had a fire at some point - [ ] No toilet paper or paper towels in the public restrooms and the womenā€™s restroom hand sanitizer was on the floor instead of mounted on the wall - [ ] Most of the group I was staying there with ended up with BEDBUG bites after staying there - [ ] A long hair in the scrambled eggs at breakfast I would recommend you look almost anywhere else to keep from staying here!

I rated this 5 stars because of the stellar pricing and safe area. I also wasn't planning on writing a review, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We stayed for 6 days during the Christmas season, with complimentary breakfast. Breakfast gave you solid options. They had a wafflemaker that was always hot and ready to go, eggs and sausages, and other of the usual stuff. There was always water in the lobby. Clean. I'm nitpicky when it comes to cleanliness and I had zero issues except for the hair dryer filter, which was a bit dusty. Everything else, especially the bathroom, was really clean. The room was suprisingly spacious. We had a king-sized bed and there was a pull-out bed/couch. There was cable TV and the internet had pretty good speed (we were streaming Netflix on our devices without issue). One con is that there was no phone in the room, so you had to go to the lobby if you had anything to discuss, but service was always quick. What I did appreciate was that they can print stuff out for you if you need it. There was always parking available. Staff were very friendly and always had a smile on for guests. All in all, it was a great place to stay. There were two days when it was snowing heavily so we were in the hotel 24/7, and it was very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again if we find ourselves making a similar trip.
