If you want peace and quiet DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL. We could hear the cleaning people upstairs along with new guests above us. Could also hear outside traffic most of the day and night. The hotel charges you $15 a day to park in their parking lot. I’ve also never been to a hotel where there isn’t complimentary coffee or tea. They literally charge for EVERYTHING. Those tiny creamers you put into coffee, to the sugar packets. The fire alarm also went off not only once but twice at 6:30 am. The positives: they have a shuttle that runs til 11pm. The gal that checked me in was helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, friendly staff won’t make me come back. I’ll stick with the Hilton.

This is a great hotel in Omaha - very close to a lot of things downtown. The check in process was smooth and the staff was very helpful. We were very appreciative of the complimentary shuttle for guest. The hotel itself is fun and bright - very unique design. It's great for people who want to prioritize health and fitness during their travels. Thanks for the wonderful experience, EVEN Hotel!

Great rooms. Spacious, well appointed. Friendly, professional help. They have a bar on premises that's basically for the hotel customers. Good breakfast. Did not like having to pay an extra $15 for a 3rd party parking lot that's physically separate from the hotel. You're a couple miles from downtown. It's not that dense that you'd expect that situation. Not convenient for loading/unloading because their shuttle buses take up the very limited curb space at the front door. They need to make their buses park elsewhere to accommodate customers. From the looks of things 95% of their customers are driving. The staff wasn't very informative about local options for food or entertainment, but you can go downtown and find it on your own if you allow some time.

This hotel is in a great location and the staff was very friendly. The room was really strange... The bathroom door is on a barn door type slider meaning it doesn't actually close or lock. There is about an inch gap on either side so keep that in mind if privacy is important. Also annoying was the switches for the bedside lamps can't be reached from in bed. The workout stuff was an interesting addition, and the hotel channel had a dozen or so on demand workout videos using the equipment in the room. Breakfast was made to order and good but quite expensive, more so than dining out would have been.

The rooms and gym are amazing. That said, as someone who’s stayed here at least 10 times as I drive to Denver from Chicago often, here are the cons: 1. Once I got in way late in the am and they gave my room away. Despite already having paid for it. I was not issued a refund and had to get another room. You can imagine after driving all night how stressful it is to come in at 6am and be told you don’t have a bed. Had to pay another 100.00 to sleep for 5hrs. 2. Bar is overpriced. White claw was 15$. No menu to tell you the prices so ask your bartender unless money is not an option. 3. Neither parking nor breakfast is included. Parking is 15$, and not worth it as it is out in the open, no cameras. Breakfast is also overpriced. If you’re looking for a nice clean room and a 24/7 gym, it’s great. But I wouldn’t take any chances trusting management these days.

The hotel was amazing! It was bright and modern and the rooms are SO SPACIOUS!!! The glass shower was like a half shower, meaning there was no door to close but I liked that. They have like exercise equipment in the room which isn't as crazy as it sounds, it's like little mini exercises to do & they have their own channels that even give you ideas and do workouts showing you how to use them which I thought was cool .The only thing I didn't like was having to use a 3rd party qr code scan to pay for parking. I expect to pay for parking in that area but I guess I'm more particular & would've rather paid the hotel up front instead of either day by day or through this service at all. I would still stay here again whenever I'm in town!

Clean large rooms, breakfast was included so made individually & tasted good. We had to pay for parking but since we were gone all day it was fine. Tons of street metered parking. $1.25/hr but not really checked by the hotel. Free parking on Sundays and on all other days it's free from from 9 pm to 9 am. The front reception staff were polite but the cook was very nice. Lots of board games, pool was nice, no hot tub & gym was fantastic.

11/10. This place is amazing. Affordable, clean, large rooms, the beds were so comfortable we didn’t want to get up in the morning. The late night bar was very nice as well. We had a few rounds, the drinks were well mixed and the bartender was good conversation.

Different hotel to what we are used to. It kind of feels like a gym when you first go in. There is a gym located right as you come in. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast is very good. The people that handle the shuttle do their best to get to where you need to go in time. There aren’t many restaurant or convenience store choices that are within a 10-15 minute walk. Remember that you need to ask for maid service one day in advance if you want it and you should also reserve any shuttle rides you need. The best part of this hotel are the people. They are a diverse bunch and without exception, very friendly, kind and service oriented.

Bad attitudes from the kitchen staff completely destroyed a perfect 5 star review. We were very impressed how clean, nice, and spacious this hotel is. The front desk staff, cleaning staff, and basically everyone we came into contact with was pleasant and friendly, with the exception of the kitchen staff. The man (acted more like a child) in charge of cooking was very cold, rude, impatient and just plain disrespectful. We were simply trying to order food and he made it seem like we were personally ruining his entire life. This guy is a great way to turn happy customers into bad reviews, well done sir. Never coming anywhere near this place again thanks to him.

This was the weirdest hotel we ever stayed in. There was exercise equipment in the room, and most of the TV channels were workout channels. Exercise equipment but no washcloths! Bare bones on amenities. Add $15 to your room rate because that's what their parking costs and the free hotel lobby coffee? it's $4, and it sure isn't Starbucks! You want breakfast? Talk to the machine and order overpriced institutional-style cuisine. They didn't think investing in any soundproofing was necessary, so the family of acrobats in the room above us kept us awake for 2 nights. We're coming back to Omaha soon and will be checking into a different hotel.

This hotel is dirty. The commons area had dirt on the tile floor and the same hunks of dirt and hair all over the floors for all 3 days we were there. We then got to our room which smelled AWFUL and was filthy. I had to clean the room before we could unpack and I debated on asking for a vacuum. We have a baby and she was finding all sorts of nasty on the floors. You could visibly see how dirty it was. The windows were gross and then I looked under the bed and there was food, plates, and someone's old nasty sleep mask. If cleanliness is important to you DO NOT stay here. They also charge for breakfast and coffee. The breakfast was terrible don't waste your money. The pool had a brown film round it and the vent on the ceiling was covered in dust. It's also not in the best part of town. I would recommend staying closer to the downtown area. We will not be returning.

Room was the cheapest I could find in the area for a decent place to lay my head. Building is definitely new(er), so a "sawdust smell" was present as soon as I exited the elevator. Not problematic, just reminded me a bit of a college dorm. Room was acceptable, TV size was decent, and bed was comfortable. Parking was convenient enough, with the closer spaces nearest the building

I wish I could give zero stars because this experience has been nothing short of a disaster. I made a reservation directly through the hotel's website, thinking it would be a straightforward process. I was gravely mistaken. The confirmation email had both the wrong date and the wrong room type! That should have been an easy fix, right? Wrong. I was told by the support line to call the front desk directly to sort out the mistake. One would think that someone would pick up the phone at a reputable establishment, especially on a Friday. I've called at least 20 times throughout the morning, and nobody bothered to answer. It's as if the entire front desk staff has vanished into thin air! What's even more infuriating is that I'm now out $250 due to their complete incompetence and lack of problem-solving skills. I will definitely be disputing this charge and am prepared to contact any necessary authorities. This is not just poor service; it's downright THEFT! If you're considering booking with this hotel, I strongly suggest you reconsider unless you want to risk losing money and wasting endless time trying to fix their mistakes. I've never encountered such a dysfunctional operation in all my years of travel.

I stayed here on August 18th and paid $137 and the check-in was smooth and quick, but I got stuck on an elevator for 45 minutes and lost exponential sleep over it. The "call for help," even the fire-escape button was disfunctional. The room was very nice and all , but I should have at least got a breakfast comped after reporting the elevator incident the next morning for got some extended / late checkout. They charge for basic breakfast. I recommend this place for millionaires who enjoy not being able to get off the elevator so you can go to bed.

This hotel was awesome. It was a life saver since the other hotel I booked gave my room away. The staff was super friendly and super understanding of our situation. The guys that drove the shuttle buses were friendly and funny. They did a great job considering how many times they had to go back and forth to the field. He was even nice and gave a lady in a wheelchair a ride to her hotel a block away. Will be staying here again.

I had a nice weekend stay at EVEN. Another hotel I wanted to stay at in Omaha sold out, so I went with EVEN based on price and shuttle service availability. The rooms, shuttle, and staff were good, however, my room had no hangers and my tissue box was empty. Also, the water station was not working on my floor. The location is solid if you have a car. The area is not walking friendly save for some cafes nearby, so the shuttle is a lifesaver. Since I had such a short stay, the location worked fine for me. A major miss is the restaurant concept—I would not recommend buying food at EVEN. The restaurant is more of a heat up and go operation. I ordered steak skewers which I saw come out of a bag pre-cooked. The preparation and taste were OK, but the lack of freshness for a wellness concept property is baffling and my stomach was unwell after eating the food. Besides that, I had a comfortable stay and great interactions with staff.

Room didn’t seem the “friendliest” if that makes sense, but the beds themselves were to die for. Best hotel mattress I’ve ever slept on. Also not a fan of the extra charges for everything like parking and even coffee.

I love this hotel for so many reasons. Number one I love that they are unique by having every single room number at the hotel and even number, hence the name Even Hotel. But aside from that, I love that their theme and their hotel is all about working out. Every single room has some sort of exercise equipment in it so that, even if you don't feel like running to the gym at the hotel, you have something to do right there in your room. The rooms are always spotless!! Aside from all of that, I love the service they provide. Every single staff member there is wonderful. My favorite person is Black Jack (yes he and I came up with that name together) the shuttle driver! That man will take me wherever I ask and I appreciate it so much! He has a huge heart and a kind soul! The people there really care!

Place was very clean, friendly staff and comfortable bedding and pillows. Rooms have little fridge, coffee maker and exercise equipment all in the room. My biggest cons were the kinda spendy drinks at the lobby bar, no breakfast, but had options to purchase something, $15 to park on-site, and while one elevator was out of order, the other was extremely slow. Overall, nice place!

Loved it! Friendly, helpful staff at front desk. Although we ended up not using the free shuttle, it was super nice to have the option. It will take you in a 3 mile radius for free! Super clean rooms and very comfortable beds! Nice big windows in the room. I would definitely come back!!

Had a wonderful time staying at the even hotel. The one bedroom was like a small apartment and the shower was definitely the best I’ve had at a hotel, loved that it had the rainfall and side shower heads. Would definitely stay here again but the downfalls are the parking and food. Parking has to be paid every 24hrs and is a hassle when staying long term with a car. Food at the hotel is way overpriced and I tried to avoid at all cost.

This hotel may looks nice, it very over rare. The shower the hot water did not get hot. It not good on safety. A man walk in on my room with a room key. They did not do anything to accommodate me on the very scary experience I ever had to stay in a hotel.... I do don't ever stay at this hotel. The night staff was nice and the bartender was very nice. The morning staff was very rude and stuck up attitude.....

This hotel has gone downhill since the pandemic. The rooms are clean, but the common areas were definitely not clean. Dirty floors, elevator and workout room. Comfortable beds. Front desk service is hit-or-miss depending on staff on duty. Key cards didn’t work more than once. Disappointed by the $25 parking charge - park on the street instead.

I had to voluntarily rate this hotel. I was not very motivated to work out or continue my healthy living style, but this gym actually made me motivated! The options in the room to stretch and start a workout set the mood. The gym is amazing and have more than you could ever need for any kind of workout routine. The best part about the hotel is that they have a heated pool! I’ve been to hotels all over the USA and when the pool is too cold, it kills the fact that they have a pool. This pool is very very relaxing and not too cold for myself or my family to enjoy. The environment is great. My room is a tad small (two queen beds) but I’m sure there are upgradable rooms.

Remember to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any stay. This web site will compare hundreds of booking web sites and usually will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This hotel is one of the highest rated in the area. I've been coming here for a very long time. If you stay for a few nights you for sure won't regret it. The rooms were very big and comfortable. There were lots of games in the lobby to keep kids entertained. Pool was great. Staff were all great. The shuttle driver was fun. Only 1 small recommendation would be to have wine at the bar. They have a "seltzer wine" which is not at all wine. Other than that a perfect stay!

Great place to stay. My 4y son and I had a great experience. I think what I appreciate the most is the coziness of the hotel. It has a working pool, bar, resturant, and lounge area with games for community use. The room we stayed in was clean, comfortable and had easy workout equipment in it. Room service was exceptional.

Have stayed here many times. Recently recommended the hotel to a large group in part because of the easy in/out and free parking. Guess what, no more free parking and I got to take the brunt of the feedback (it was my advice after all). Having had to travel quite a bit recently, this is also the first hotel I’ve been to in a long while that doesn’t have free coffee in the lobby. My advice, if you want to pay these types of rates go to a place that has amenities to justify.

This was a good hotel for staying downtown. Not overly priced and in decent condition. Could use some touch up here and there but a nice place overall. We had a room with a king bed and single bunk beds. Works well with 2 kids boy and girl. They also run a shuttle around a 3 mile radius which works well for concert nights at CHI Health Center
