A really nice water park for kids of all ages. My family spent almost all day there and had a great time. The water slides are a ton of fun. The only reason I didn’t give this place 5 stars is none of the other activities listed were functionally the time(mini golf). Overall, it was a great experience and fairly priced. Would recommend to anyone. We did not stay at the attached hotel because of the bad reviews and I think I’m glad we didn’t. It did seem kind of run down.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The fact that this hotel has 3 stars is completely baffling to me. My husband made reservations there weeks ago for a suite and earlier this week upgraded the suite. When we went to check in they informed my husband that they didn't have the room he reserved but had something better. They put us in the tower, as I'm walking to the doors the parking lot is very dim and seems very sketchy, as you get into the unsecured building as people had the doors propped open you get to the elevator as quick as possible. When me and my two young daughters get to our floor and step off the elevator I feel like I'm in a horror movie the hallway lights are dim and I had this feeling like someone was going to jump out at any moment. When we finally got to our room it's also very poorly lit and just nasty, not only is it not a suite it's a double bed when the entire time we had reserved a king suite. I waited for my husband to come up with the luggage and we try calling the front desk and no one answers. We all walk down to the front desk to complain they inform us that making a reservation and paying for it does not guarantee us what we want and in fact we were upgraded because we got 2 beds. No apologies nothing, we were told we would not be billed for this our credit card is still pending these charges when we refused to stay at this garbage hotel that doesn't seem to care about customer satisfaction nor care about the quality of their hotel. We also had friends that also reserved a suite and they also got stuck with the same garbage as us, but unfortunately for them the room that they tried to put them in had multiple bodily fluids spread throughout their room, again no apologies nothing. We were all forced to try and find hotel rooms at 11pm on Friday night each of us with two young children. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Thankfully the Courtyard Marriott had two wonderful rooms available

The only thing this hotel had going for it was the friendly young lady who checked me in early. I went early to check our room as ALL the reviews were bad. They allowed me into room 205 at 1230 all was clean. we dropped our stuff and went to our volleyball tournament. At 10 pm when we returned the heat didn't work. Room as about 65 degrees when we got in. After three calls to the front desk and 50 minutes (now 54 in the room) later they moved us to room 6019. I got into that room at 11 pm to find a mattress corner infected with Bed Bugs. I called the front desk promptly to tell them I was checking out because the room had bed bugs. His reply 'Sorry about that ma'am' The same kind lady who checked me in at noon was there to check me out at 1115 at night she too with a lower voice apologized for the findings and promised we wouldn't be changed. Three days later the charge appeared on my card. I did call right away and that lady didn't know how that happened but would credit me back. We won't be staying there again, I can not stress enough these reviews aren't wrong. this hotel is a mess, avoid it!

I booked 2 king suites through a third party. Upon arrival I showed them the booking confirmation stating paid in full. The clerk confirmed and assured me the card on file was for incidentals only. After checking out they charged my card for the full price of the rooms. Given proof of the over charge they have refused to give a refund. Insisting it's the third party booking agents responsibility. Besides this ordeal I felt the rooms were over priced. The ice machines were broken, tub didn't drain well, pull out couch was broken and lumpy, and there was no breakfast as advertised. Very dissatisfied. I'll stay somewhere else next time.

This hotel is getting ready to close, according to the people and reception. It looked abandoned when we first drove up. They had one great guy cleaning rooms. Such a nice guy. Working so hard. However, the hotel has gone way downhill. We stayed here years ago and it was very nice. Great place to stay for the college world series. That's why I didn't read current reviews which are all correct. Find some other place to stay if you can! It was sad to see how far downhill this hotel had gone.

Horrible Rooms weren't clean by any means. I sanitized and it was cleaner when I left for sure. Jelly/sticky spots over all the table tops. Cup rings..you could tell it had not been even wiped down. Got wrong combination of beds and had 2 recliners instead of pull out sofa. We have 3 kids 1, 5, and 12. So we have 5 people and one Q bed and two recliners. One that didn't really recline. We said we needed a baby crib when we booked. After asking all night about it we got it at 1030 PM. Long story short we left around midnight. They did give us a full refund...but I will never stay again. On the other hand the swimpark is pretty cool, kids loved it and we will be going back to that.

Would give zero stars if I could. The staff members were polite and professional but the property itself is very worn down and in desperate need of cleaning and maintenance. The water park is not being limited in the number of people allowed in - no enforcement of social distancing or mask wearing. They ran out of towels, yet had people sitting at the desk doing nothing - surely these folks could be washing / drying / folding towels at some point? Or CLEANING? The entire property was dirty and hadn't seen a vaccum in weeks. I didn't see a housekeeping cart the entire time I was there or any kind of measures to disinfect. Our room had broken furniture and they keys stopped working several times (others had this same problem). Bud Light buckets were being used at the front door for ash trays. The list of problems is honestly too long to list here. This could be a wonderful property if it was given some time and attention. Hopefully post-Covid they can allocate the proper budget to give this hotel the staffing and attention it needs. I do not recommend at this time.

Check in was really slow, one employee was checking guests in at 4 on Friday afternoon (Check in is at 4) . Had three more computers with nobody operating. Six more guests waiting to check in. Staff was not friendly at all!!! Had reservations, or else we would have gone elsewhere. Rooms were not very clean! Vehicle was broken into, understand this is not their fault. Asked if my family could stay an hour or so past check in, so I could go get a new window installed in our vehicles They were not very willing to let them stay! Have stayed here in the past, business has gone downhill over last few years. Heard several other guests make the same commit. Would not recommend staying here at all!!! Only reason they got one ⭐ is because I couldn't figure how to leave a feedback without a star. Have a safe trip and choose your lodging well. On another note, Safelite is an awesome place to get a windshield installed, last minute, on a Saturday morning! STAY SAFE!!!!!

Staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom appeared really clean. The carpet had not been vacuumed as there was debris on it. On the phone we were told there was a pull out couch in reality, it was a dual recliner loveseat. The person we spoke to, must not have realized that. The hotel interior, common area and bar area were lovely. Very nice decore. We got in late and did not use the water park. Price was reasonable. Will come back this summer with a large family group.

Where do I begin? The check in was extremely late at 4pm. For someone who paid extra for the water park passes, this means we only had a few hours in the water park after check in. Front desk staff was friendly but didn't really care. Took forever to check in. Lack of staff. Rooms are dated. Broken phone and water stains on the ceiling. Room was cold, with only a fake electric fireplace as the source of heat. The water park re-opened 2 hours late at 11 because of heating issues, which only gave us an hour on our passes. Staff couldn't care less. The manager was the only one at the front desk and she couldn't be bothered to get off her cell phone to talk to me. Had to wait five minutes before she bothered to acknowledge me.

All of the pictures used to advertise this hotel are false. The pictures they use are for the newer part of the hotel but they put you in the older tower suites. It’s musty, dark, dingy and not clean. The first room I got the air conditioner was full of mold, the second room the room was broke. I would’ve found a different hotel but everything was doubled in price with short notice. The water park was the best part of the stay but it wasn’t included in the room

Our room was fine, although the bed was very uncomfortable. The hotel seems like it's under staffed as well as the water park. One day the water park wasn't even open and that was the whole reason we booked this hotel. The second day the water park was open, but the hot tub was closed. People kept asking about it and they said someone was coming to open it. No one open it and staff acted annoyed when someone one would ask them about something. The bar tender gets a 5 stars ⭐He was nice and very helpful.

The rooms are barely clean. All the ice machines were down. Front desk people had TERRIBLE attitudes. They had no water in the pool. The WHOLE water park was off. The fridge was dirty. Some parts of the elevator was gone. Walls are dirty, looks like they don’t at all. Do not recommend.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times and the first two time were good but this last time I was not impressed. The room just did not give me a clean feeling. Musty smelling and dirty walls. Some of the rooms need updated and some fresh paint. It is nice to be able to walk to the Waterpark and the main hang out area is nice. Also I was not thrilled with the bag breakfast they offered. A lot of kids staying there and some more options would have been nice since a continental breakfast is suppose to be included with the room. The staff I dealt with were all very pleasant, just need to step up there cleanliness!
