I recently had two close friends visit and I chose to put them here at the Aksarben Courtyard. The choice was good and I live nearby. They have great cable tv and super easy in/out of the hotel with free parking. Highly recommended!

We were leaving Colorado headed to Minnesota and needed to sleep over in Omaha for the night. I booked online through Expedia and got an amazing rate on the hotel. We travel a lot for work and family and this was the best first impression and check-in I’ve ever had. From the moment we entered the lobby we were politely greeted. The lobby is huge with plenty of comfortable seating while you wait. The gentleman who checked us in was polite, funny, efficient and engaging. We arrived late at 10 pm, but he still had that great day-time energy. He offered us water and made sure we had no questions at all before we walked away from the counter. Seriously, I’ve never had someone treat me so personally at a place where so many people come and go everyday. Our room was clean and fabulous. I asked for a first floor room near a door (we travel for a month at a time so we carry a lot of stuff) and they were eagerly and easily able to accommodate that so we could unload easier. The bed was great, the sofa was great, desk was great and the bathroom was great! I almost wished we were staying longer because the room was way better equipped for a stay away from home than most hotels I’ve been in. The sofa, art and sculptures really help give the room a cozy feel. We were concerned about parking when we first arrived in the area, but there is a very nice, well-lit parking lot in the back, that you can see from your window if you’re on that side of the hotel. More importantly we were able to park close enough that we’d be able to hear our vehicle alarm, though the whole area appeared to be pretty safe (lots of lighting and lots of foot traffic outside). We didn’t use the facilities, but the fitness center looked very nice and we did see a small pool. If you’re visiting in the area, lots of rentable scooters right around the hotel. Standard ice machine but there’s also a coffee/breakfast bar (separate charges of course) inside the hotel with plenty of comfortable/functional seating for eating with friends, or by yourself with your laptop (That seating has dividers to help with privacy and charging ports). If we’re ever in Omaha again, we’ll absolutely stay here again!

Had a great stay at the Courtyard Aksarben Village. The reception staff was very nice and parking was easy and free. Great location if you have something going on in this area, or are fine with about a 15 minute drive to downtown. The rooms were clean and nice. It felt like the bathrooms could use some updates, and the tv was small and looked very dated. I would stay here again.

Room was good location is great. The actual hotel perks were not as good. You pay for breakfast and the bar, well there’s a bar but never open. Many other people that stayed at the hotel told me they never have the bar open. So don’t be fooled, no bar.

The hotel was great! Nice people working and great location. rooms are very well designed. The only complaint I have is the room looked like it was cleaned in a hurry.

Friendly staff, clean and modern rooms, conveniently located. Food options limited and somewhat expensive.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Gives you everything you would want from a Courtyard. Staff is uniquely kind and helpful.

Hotel is in a great location if you don’t want to drive in the evening for dinner. One of the better options in town and was actually a bit cheaper than some older and poorly reviewed properties.

My vehicle parked in the back parking right next to the building was broken into with items stolen. Don't expect any surveillance, help, or that the situation will improve.

Check in guy was very receptive, courteous and made the process smooth. Our door when closed had a tiny gap around all edges, would have been great if the door didn't have any gap and shut with good fit.

We visited for my sister's party and the hotel was close by the airport. The rooms were clean and built nicely. The customer service was exceptional. Would definitely recommend!

Great location if you want to explore all of Omaha. Many good restaurants within walking distance in Aksarben Village. A short drive to UNO, downtown, and easy to get to the interstate and west Omaha.

Beautiful lobby! I played with my God daughter with the big Connect 4. They had a big 1 to play with, so that was fun. Clean and nice rooms. No continental breakfast but they have a Breso

Nice location, stores, shops, shopping, and great eating choices. Prime directional point for reaching most places I wanted to visit or explore. Close to several interstates, highways, or main streets for travel.

Parked here because I was running so late to school. Lot was basically empty, and my car got towed. As a college student I don’t have much money and now I’m down to none. It costs less to rent a room here than it does to be towed. I am very disappointed.

Stayed 2 nights and requested bed be made and fresh towels. I was brought towels and told their policy was they didn’t refresh the room. Never have I not had such poor service. Manager said they should have done it and that was it. I do not recommend this hotel. They do not care about their guest.

We are gold elite members eligible for a free upgrade and they could not upgrade us because they said limited availability. We asked if they could simply get us free breakfast or even free coffee and they said no. All they could do was give us 2 extra little coffee packets for the in room insta-coffee maker😳. Fridge not cold. No freezer either. All of our food is now warm, hopefully not spoiled, and all ice packs melted. 😞 I told them about that and he told me where the ice machine is located. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Excellent place, super kind staff, very clean and overall awesome. Really great location, there are shops and food places all around. You will love it here and the Starbucks in the morning is a perfect addition! :)

I’m giving a 5 star because I had called the hotel when I was about 3 hours out of town and the front desk worker Christy worked with me and helped me so much and I was arriving into town around 10pm but her shift ended at 9pm and she so gracefully waited for me to get to the hotel to check me in because I had circumstances I was worried about. She made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. She is amazing and I think she needs to be recognized for her selflessness and commitment to this company.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. I encountered several issues that made my stay quite unpleasant. Firstly, I found the overall level of professionalism to be lacking. It seemed that the staff's primary concern was making money, rather than providing a satisfactory experience for guests. One specific incident that left a sour taste in my mouth was the extra charge they imposed on me, alleging that we had smoked in the room. I received an email from the hotel claiming that they knew we were smoking, which I found quite perplexing. No evidence was presented, and it felt like a baseless accusation. To make matters worse, they charged us an additional $240 without any prior notification. This lack of transparency is certainly disheartening. It is my belief that fair treatment and communication are essential in the hospitality industry. While I understand the importance of enforcing hotel policies, the approach taken in this instance felt unjust. I would have appreciated a conversation or warning beforehand, instead of being charged without any opportunity for clarification. Overall, my experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory. I hope that the management takes this feedback constructively, and endeavors to improve their policies and communication with guests in the future
