No continental breakfast!!! The pool and fitness room was closed due to construction. There is no microwaves in the rooms nor any ice machines on the floors. You had to go to the front desk to get a bag of ice. The rooms were hot! The one good thing is at least the staff was nice, helpful and friendly. Also the cleaning staff did a good job on the rooms.

Very nice Marriott stay. Definitely more for business travelers. There aren't too many attractions that are walkable nearby. Only one or two restaurants that was really within walking distance. So I wouldn't stay here longterm with family, but for business, it was pretty good. Layout of my room was pretty small but they tried to fit in the amenities that they could. Good desk, comfy chair, but the layout felt a bit cramped. That being said, the amenities were updated. The shower pressure was good and hot. A lot of plugs. Good iron. Everything felt very clean. Sometimes with older properties you can't clean out the "old" but this felt updated and nice. Service was always very top notch. Dining room, front desk, etc always has a smile and willing to help. Definitely the best part of the stay was them.

Where do I start? The rooms were dated The sinks very slow. The general manager was not customer friendly. The lunch that was served was way too expensive and low quality. Do not recommend this place. Ugh.

Passing through Omaha and found a room at the Omaha Marriott. It’s a little dated and could use a little lipstick. We picked a very busy weekend as it appears that some little league events had taken over the hotel. The one staff member working the desk was less than pleasant, maybe because she had to work. The hotel is pretty remote and not walkable to any restaurants. Apparently there was breakfast available but hidden in the back behind some kind of busy conference goers. We were not offered or welcomed. The room was nice and housekeeping staff were nice. Probably won’t be back to this hotel, even though we’ve been Bonvoy members for years.

Was in town for a Christmas party. The hotel is clean. The service is friendly. The rooms are quiet and the bed is very comfortable. Would stay here again. Went to the bar for drinks and it wasn't too loud. Very nice place to stay.

What a pleasan surprise, nicely remodeled rooms. Good AC, concierge floor quiet. Front desk staff very nice, efficient, and helpful. With thousands of Marriott stays in my life, this hotel itself on my return list. Only downside was the horrible breakfast service, items empty and not refilled, and not very appealing set up. Staff was nice, but overwhelmed, tables not cleaned or reset.

The Marriott rescued our evening! We began our night in a terrible hotel, and after abandoning our stay, booked last minute at the Marriott. So glad we did! They turned our lemon for an evening into Brazilian Lemonade. Stellar service, beautiful hotel, extremely clean, and so worth every penny. We will never not stay at the Marriott when in town. I would have appreciated a selection of teas in my room for the morning, but that's my only suggestion. We adored the herbal soaps, shampoos, and lotions. The dual-headed glass shower was amazing.

Bed was comfortable and shower was nice. Breakfast isn't included and is expensive. You have to go outside to access the pool. The pool was closed early for an unknown reason, even after we were told it was open.

This is nothing new reading past reviews from guests, and seems nothing has changed STILL! WISH I SAW THESE PRIOR TO OUR STAY!!. Hotel under construction, when reserving you don't know that. The building looks abandoned and coming in at night you see NO signs of where to go. Finally get to front door, get to room and rooms are hot as hell!! Spoke to the front desk about this the next morning , they said they will send engineer to look, they did, they tell us they fixed it... NOT EVEN CLOSE! Put it to 60 degrees never pumped out cold air. Spoke to them yet AGAIN the next morning and requested a fan or something. Come back after a day out NO fan still and room is even worse. Back down to front desk request AGAIN for that evening..... STILL NOTHING!!! Next day I was done with all of this, finally get a fan didn't do much but move hot air around. Very disappointing! Room has no microwave, beware for families with small children that would need that convenience or anyone that does for other things. Ice issue other guests have already noted, no soap in bathroom to just wash hands, food not impressive for price. I would advise to look at the other options in area, if you found a good price it's because IT IS to good to be true. They only highlight, is the front desk was always pleasant so I never gave them a hard time because it's not their fault, but I feel they have dealt with this alot and try their best but they are covering up for poor management, but the management should be at the front desk to deal with all the complaints and fix them themselves! Do your research travelers!!! If you need a good night's rest this is not the place! I'm sure this will be answered with their standard copy and paste responses they have done with all the others... which does nothing.

I am a huge Marriott brand supporter. (Over 5600 nights in Marriott hotels.) This is a Marriott that I choose NOT to stay at in the future. Marriott management at this hotel has chosen to forgo the “Concierge Lounge” and/or the “M Club” because of expense, this according to the general manager of the hotel. This is the only full-service Marriott hotel that I have ever stayed at that has decided to forgo this important service. It is one of the main distinguishing features between not only Marriott brands, but other non-Marriott brands.

The staff is kind but incompetent at the front desk. They can apologize but don’t accept responsibility or accountability. They are nice but empty in any kind of service promise. I would stay somewhere else if it requires the staff to have any kind of leadership involved with your stay. We asked the front desk to ensure a special bag was delivered to our guests and they were unwilling to do anything about it. One shift blamed the other shift for not knowing what to do . They offered no solutions. They apologized but again, did nothing. They’re vacant. No leadership. No training. No care. Vapid. Fine.

Great place to stay! Excellent good and drinks. Bar offers a great local distilled spirit, Brickway Double Barrel Bourbon. Awesome and I love the name!

My daughter and i review hotels and we can say this one is one of our favorites. The beds are so comfy and the staff are extremely nice. The food was good but a bit over priced. We would definitely be going back

Updated hotel with good style and functionality. Full service and amenities. Cons - overpriced and limited food selections. Pros - excellent and friendly staff.

Loved the low key, quiet, low traffic area. The indoor to outdoor pool is perfect along with the large sitting area around the pool. I was blessed with an upgrade to a large suite right outside of the pool area.! We had an amazing experience.

This place was great everything was amazing from the front desk attendant's to the room! But the most amazing was the lounge! Glenn and Rachel gave such superb service! Glenn and his old fashioned will have you absolutely wondering what hit your taste buds don't miss your chance to get one of those when you're there! Rachel with her knowledge of everything on the menu made it to where I didn't even have to look and I was able to order she was great and had great conversation!

I was so blown away at how helpful this hotel was. I had a birthday party and they went above and beyond to make it so special. It's a clean beautiful hotel! I will for sure be returning and recommend it to anyone! Thank you

Very nice and clean hotel in a great area with tons to do. Love the outdoor/indoor pool and lots of space outside on the patio to hang out. Loved having the bar/restaurant option and the small convenience store in case you need a snack or beverage. Front desk and bartenders were very friendly and accomodating. Only thing that was off was the elevators seemed to get stuck frequently and it was very hot in the hallways/elevators, but the rooms themselves were cool. Definitely would recommend this hotel and stay here again!

Safe parking, great staff and great environment. The restaurant is very good, breakfast offers fresh omelets and it is definitely worth the stay!

An older mariott hotel that relieved a nice renovation job a while back. Great for events and has an awesome workout room. The staff are very friendly and professional. Hotel is in a great location and easy to get to everywhere in omaha area.

Overall just ok. Room was small but fine- seems overpriced in my opinion. Disappointed that for a $150 room, breakfast was not included (an extra $20 per person). If we are in the area again, will likely stay elsewhere.

Very safe area, wonderful rooms and comfortable, nice bar area. Easy in and out. A little pricey, but considering we left another hotel, because of lack of cleanliness and security. Safety and cleanliness is worth the money.

The beds are small. We booked 2 double beds which ended up being full size. The air and fan didn’t work so the room wouldn’t cool. The bedding was damp from the humidity. The closet doors wouldn’t open and the front door looked like someone broke into the room. Signs said to bring your coolers to the front desk for ice but the staff made comments about having to fill them. Only positive was the pool. For being a Marriott property, very outdated and the cost per night, would not recommend.

Ricky at the front desk was extremely accommodating and helpful! My friend and I went to purchase some water and Ricky went out of his way to stop us and give us a couple free bottles on the house. The rooms are very clean and beds are super comfortable.

Attended a convention there. Staff did a good job and showed a good attitude even when things happened (like a flash flood.) I was not staying there but heard nothing bad about the rooms. Bridge players book A LOT of hotel nights and if the room isn't up to Marriot standards they will say so.

My family was in town after Christmas and we all spent several days here. Staff were awesome and even with the remodel checking in was easy. Clean rooms & we’re planning a return stay this summer!

We recently stayed at this property and thoroughly enjoyed our entire visit. I was particularly impressed by Muntaha and Shaira at the front desk as their enthusiasm and personalized service was much appreciated. We were in town for a wedding, and they emphasized if there was anything they could do to be helpful to let them know. Their thoughtful recommendations, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile truly enhanced our stay.

Very Nice. Clean. Great Staff. Beautiful outdoor pool & patio space. No microwave in room but a mini fridge. Shower (no tub)

  • 5/5 Mels C. 1 year ago on Google
Hot tub and poop where little but great. No bathtub in a room that cost over $200 a night which made me sad - but very clean and cute room. Just wanted a free cup of coffee but not happening there. They do have a bistro where you can Starbucks coffee for $9 a sip haha - oh the shower as large and great except the water splashes out all over the floor - which no biggie I put a towel down. Bed was super comfy more positives than negatives by far!! Oh and I loved that the pool and hot tube were open at 6am. That's a great way to start the day!!

I enjoyed my stay at the Omaha Marriott. The staff worked hard to make us guests happy. They were very cordial and helpful. I was surprised on how active the bar area was during the evening. It was like a fun party every evening. I would stay there again.

As a Marriott lifetime Platinum Elite member, I've stayed at a lot of Marriott properties. The staff at this location was among the best in the world. Incredibly friendly, great suggestions and always smiling. The food was outstanding as well!

Omg!! Love this place. I had reached out cause I am allergic to feather pillows. They hooked up in style. Room was clean and had put in a special room with pure room. Everyone was nice from the front desk staff to the lady at the bar. Thank you!!❤️

This is such a wonderful Marriott! Really in a great location, lots of food and shopping around. A very clean hotel, with a friendly staff. I would highly recommend this hotel if staying in Omaha—been here many times, and they are always consistent. Thank you Omaha Marriott staff!

The parking lot is very spacious. Plenty of room for hanging out before check-in, or just chilling in the car if your room mates get too loud or they forget to shower after a workout.

Great rooms and service. The bar restaurant in the lobby is lively at night and creates a nice atmosphere. Breakfast is your typical price for a Bomboy lineup. Recommended.
